• Valentina (9/5): Base perfetta e tranquilla per visitare Roma - La posizione è davvero ideale, situata strategicamente tra le fermate metro Valle Aurelia e Baldo degli Ubaldi. La zona è ottima: tranquilla, poco confusionaria e servitissima da bar, pizzerie e negozi di alimentari. La camera è moderna e molto pulita, e l'host è stato gentilissimo e sempre pronto a rispondere. Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto positivo e una base perfetta per visitare la città. ​Come suggerimento per il futuro, aggiungerei dei comodini accanto al letto per una maggiore comodità. Inoltre, andrebbe fatta una piccola manutenzione al lavandino del bagno che ha dato qualche problema. A parte questi dettagli, il soggiorno è andato molto bene e lo consiglierei sicuramente.

• Héloïse (6/5): - Le matelas et l’emplacement étaient bien ! Plusieurs points négatifs et non négligeables sont à noter de mon côté … Dans un premier temps: la communication. En effet, il m’a fallu appeler plusieurs fois (le jour même de notre arrivée) pour pouvoir avoir les informations nécessaires pour entrer dans le logement (notre vol atterrissait à 23h donc il nous fallait absolument les infos avant de prendre l’avion). Dans un second temps, nous avons su seulement le 1er matin à l’heure du petit déjeuner que celui ci se prenait dans un café en ville (en bas de l’immeuble à 2 pas et heureusement les personnes du « Caffè Matilde » étaient très sympathiques ! Et enfin dans un dernier temps, nous avions réservé cette chambre notamment car elle disait avoir une baignoire balneo et quelle mauvaise surprise quand nous avons découvert que la fonction « balneo » ne fonctionnait pas … Heureusement que le matelas était confortable et encore une fois, le caffe Matilde accueillant !

Mi sono trovata benissimo Non sono riuscita ad avviare l’idromassaggio della vasca, e giusto come consiglio: sarebbe ideale includere almeno due bottigliette d’acqua (magari una naturale e una frizzante)
• Nicola (10/5): Gentilezza e comodità. - La posizione è perfetta perchè si trova a 2 minuti dalla metro e vari supermercati per ogni evenienza. Zona tranquilla, la camera era più grande di quanto mi aspettassi ed aveva una macchinetta del caffè. Il proprietario inoltre mi ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli nella hall in prima mattinata considerando che avevo impegni per i quali è stato comodissimo il check in non fisico visto che son tornato direttamente di sera in camera. Farei un po’ di manutenzione all’idraulica della stanza perché la doccia si otturava e quindi faceva una sorta di laghetto per cui se non ti lavavi in fretta, ti ritrovavi con la stanza allagata ed oltre a questo, il tubo della vasca perdeva un po’.

• ly (10/5): - this place is awesome with friendly staff and they let us checked in early. the room is much bigger in person than in photos/website. the area is super safe, very close to metro station (3 mins walking). the gentleman at entrance to the main building is super nice and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting rome.

• Ella (2/5): - I would like a refund we were given two different addresses which led to further confusion. After 45 minutes of walking in circles attempting to find it we could not find the hotel due to a lack of communication. This was incredibly frustrating and led us to be forced to pay for an uber and book another hotel. This hotel was non refundable so I ended up wasting money because of incompetence from the owner.
• vito (4/5): Da evitare - La stanza affaccia su un tranquillo atrio interno al palazzo Il gestore si è dimenticato di inviare i codici di accesso alla stanza dopo l'obbligo di check in online. Il soffitto del bagno che si sgretola e pieno di muffa da umidità. Il water presenta una sgradevole macchia nera di dubbia provenienza. Il gestore si è dimenticato della colazione, non si è presentato e soprattutto non ha risposto ai messaggi e non si è neanche scusato.

• ARMANDO (10/5): - La propiedad está en un barrio muy agradable, hay restaurantes, minisuper y una pequeña plaza con negocios y comida, el acceso al metro está prácticamente a vuelta de esquina y llegas muy rápido a sitios como el Vaticano o el Coliseo. En la habitación hay cafetera de cápsulas, tazas para servir café y un pequeño refrigerador, la cama muy cómoda, hay aire acondicionado y calefacción, y siempre hay agua caliente para ducharse. En general muy recomendable.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - Le matelas était horrible. Il faisait un creux au milieu très désagréable pour dormir surtout a deux. La baignoire ne faisait pas de remous, et le dernier jour il n'y avait plus d'eau chaude.
• Josephine (4/5): - Was a little weird, as if someone bought an apartment room and made it into a bed in breakfast. Location very hard to find but luckily the neighbours were helpful. The room was large but didn’t get the hot tub as advertised which was upsetting. Only saw someone once. Never got the breakfast as there was none found and instructions were vague.
• Jada (6/5): - This was an odd place. It was okay, however, there were some difficulties. I never talked to or had communication with management, despite sending emails and messages. Check in was conducted through trying to communicate with the doorman, who spoke only Italian, who called management and then let us in. It is hard to find, and not exactly a hotel, it’s more like an airbnb with a main area, then 3 rooms. Room had good AC and had good bed, but toilet smelled bad and wasn’t clean. All in all it was okay. Don’t count on breakfast at all, though (there were coupons for a coffee and pastry, but no clear instructions, bakery was okay, then was closed our second day).

• Antonio (6/5): Almost good - Nice building. The room was quite large and clean, comfy bed and pillows, nice shower. Close to the metro station and a shopping mall. The owner lacks any communication skills which would be appreciated by the guest, he didn’t answer at all at my messages on booking / WhatsApp, he doesn’t provide you any useful information about your stay. The noise from the other rooms is quite annoying, especially if you are on a business trip. I could hear everything from the other rooms and the kitchen and for this I couldn’t sleep at night.

Csendes, de mégis jó közlekedési adottságokkal rendelkezik a kétágyas szobát tartalmazó épület. Az ágy kényelmes, tiszta volt. Ám a fürdő nehezebben szellőzik, erre figyelni kellett, de az ablak és a klíma ebben segített. Minden nap volt takarítás.Olasz reggelit a szemközti bárban kaptunk. Kiköltözès után segítettek a csomagok elhelyezésében is.

And the space in the room was good 1) there were bed bugs/fleas? In the bed and both me and my partner were bitten in the night. 2) tea and coffee sachets but no milk. 3) Coffee pods, with no explanation on how to use the machine. 4) the cups just about fit a tea bag in. 5) 2 plug sockets to plug adaptors in, within the whole room, one being right next to the bath. 6) shower head was broken and water trickled out. 7) the bath water was warm, but you couldn’t have a hot bath. 8) there was no staff there the whole time to talk to about issues. 9) absolutely nowhere to park near the building. Terrible experience altogether!

If you like super fast WIFI 6 this is the right place for you other than that I wouldn't recomend this place. The rooms are pretty close to eachother. You can also hear other people on their room sometimes. Bed sheet were dirty, towels old and disgusting. The toilet was making wierd sounds all the time even in the night (some blender conected direcltly bihnd the toilet), shower super small and narrov. Im young and agile and it was hard for me to leave and enter. If you are old, not place for you! The owner turned one big apartment in to AirBNB multi unit. Bad idea...

Italian breakfast. Breakfast included only 1 coffee and 1 crossaint. I expected a Breakfast buffet! In my eyes, it was a big disappointment.

Breakfast was good, provided in our room every day and the location was excellent, close by to the metro that goes into the centre of Rome. Friendly and informative check-in. A great place to stay if you’re visiting Rome!

Breakfast very disappointing only prepacked biscuits croissants, cakes and yoghurt. the description said breakfast in café close by but was in room. The area is a real slum. stinking bins all around one must of had 200 plastic bottles on the floor around it plus bin bags and other rubbish including food. The area spoilt the holiday. We found the hotel/B&B description misleading. The room was in a residential block of flats.

È stato tutto perfetto, a partire dalla proprietaria, Sara, carina e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. La camera pulita e attrezzata per ogni necessità. La vasca idromassaggio nella camera è la chicca perfetta per passare una serata fantastica in coppia. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Consiglio assolutamente!!!
• Emma (8/5): - My boyfriend and I booked one night here. It was a bit difficult to get checked in. We got there around 1pm, It says check in is at 2pm so we decided to wait but no one ever showed up. My boyfriend and I waited for nearly two hours. I had to walk around the vicinity to find Wifi so I could call Expedia and have them contact the owner to send someone over. This wasn't professional, especially since the owner later said that he didn't know when we were coming -- just ask. That's really all I could criticize and suggest for improvement is to have a way to get your guests itinerary so they can get settled in right away. Otherwise, the room is wonderful and beautiful and VERY clean. If the room hadn't been so nice, we would have been pretty unhappy with our stay. Thankfully, the person the owner sent out to check us in was very kind. For those staying here in the future, all I would suggest is to tell the owner your itinerary or find a way to contact them when you're at the airport or somewhere with wifi and you'll have no problems.

Petit bémol pour le bruit. En effet, nous entendons très bien les bruits extérieurs... Mais je recommande +++ cet hôtel.

• Davide (10/5): B&B a Roma - Comodissimo a due passi dalla fermata della metro, la stanza era deliziosa, il bagno moderno e pulito, la cucina ben attrezzata, inoltre la titolare ci ha ben accolto e non ci ha fatto mancare nulla, io e mia moglie siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti di questo soggiorno!

La chambre belle avec le gros plus la baignoire bain à remous... au niveau des services cela reste à désirer un petit déjeuner des plus modestes et à faire soi même ... deux biscottes, un croissant industriel bas de gamme, seulement le 1er jour de l eau pas de jus d orange le dernier jour... autre petit détail la lumière de la glace de la salle de bain ne marchait peu pratique pour se maquiller ou se raser enfin pas de papier toilette le dernier jour... étant donné que les serviettes et autre papier toilette sont remplacé au compte goutte.... la chambre reste belle et le bain très appréciable mais pas à hauteur de la prestation décrite et du prix déboursé pour cette chambre. Petit plus tout de même nos bagages ont pu être gardé dans la chambre le jour de notre départ avant de les récupérer pour prendre l avion... Sarah et Federico très aimable et parle en plus français . Métro proche de la chambre pratique pour se rendre au centre ville de rome. Pour résumer une chambre belle avec un bain à remous très appréciable mais les services de petit déjeuner clairement à améliorer au vu du prix de cette prestation.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - B&B nuevo, limpio y silencioso cerca de una parada de metro que te lleva al centro. No tiene servicio de recepción. Te reciben el primer día y luego es como un apartamento al cual entras con llaves.

Subito la sig.na che si era preoccupata di aspettare oltre le 19.00 siamo arrivati alle 18.00 ci ha informato che dovevamo provvedere noi alla colazione niente cornetti o biscotti freschi solo confezionati . La camera da lasciare entro le 10.30. Al momento della prenotazione si specifica... Prezzo comprensivo di tasse e oneri con colazione e check-aut alle 12.00 . Abbiamo dietro richiesta della sig.na pagato anche la tassa di soggiorno €7.00 , credo non duvuta per pagamento già all'origine di cui sopra. Non consiglio questa struttura .

C'est un grand appartement transformé avec 3 chambres une cuisine et un accueil. chambre spacieuse et très propre pas de bruit literie confortable baignoire à bulle un régale. Pour le petit déjeuner on fait comme à la maison il y a un petit frigo dans la chambre avec de quoi bien déjeuner Accès rapide au métro 2 mn à pieds bien desservi pour visiter la ville merci pour votre accueil nous reviendrons vous voir très vite je l'espère ANTONIO ET VIRGINIE TOULOUSE
• Gabriele (10/5): Un angolo di paradiso - Attratto dalla camera Suite Luxury con idro massaggio ho deciso di prenotare una notte in questo B&B nel cuore di roma a due passi dalla Metro baldo degli ubaldi e non molto distante dalle attrazioni principali della Capitale. La scelta ha rispettato le mie aspettative: pulizia, ottima accoglienza e disponibilità da parte della signora che mi ha accolto, cucina comprensiva di tutto negli spazi comuni e colazione fai da te disponibile al mattino. La camera mi ha lasciato a bocca aperta: arredamento moderno, pulizia livello 10, ordine, cura dei particolari con un mix di colori bianco e rosso a rendere la stanza intima con un tocco di romanticismo. La vasca comoda per due persone, possibilità di idro e cromoterapia, frigo minibar all interno della suite. Un atmosfera bella, rilassante a un prezzo davvero moderato. Tornerò !
• Hilda (8/5): Perfect Little Spot - I stayed here last summer with my mom & 80-yr-old aunt, I just never got around to reviewing them. Upon arriving it's a little unsettling that it looks nothing like a hotel, but the staff is there, ready to help with luggage and make you feel comfortable. We arranged to have a known driver of theirs pick us up, who quickly became our go-to guy whenever we needed a ride. Very reliable and friendly. The staff does make themselves scarce once you check-in, although they are easily reached via email or cell. Once you are checked in, you are pretty much left alone, and the cleaning service comes by every day; they are another pair of friendly and wonderful women. My mom & aunt didn't like that it's not like a hotel that has someone available all day and night at the front desk, and felt a bit scared to be in that building on our own, but soon they got used to it and it became like home. The "hotel" is really a flat with 3 bedrooms converted into a mini hotel. Al guests have a key to the main door of the building, and to the main door into the flat. Beware that the elevator is tiny and old, like lots of European elevators and you might have to take 2 trips if you have a lot of luggage, but if you take the stairs it's only a couple of flights... The hotel has a common area with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, table, and an armchair. There is no food on site unless you bring something in. They offer breakfast vouchers for a small cafe around the corner, it's coffee/juice & a pastry.

• Jim (10/5): Very Welcoming and Convenient - This was our first trip to Rome and we had our daughter with us. Le Coq is an apartment with three separate rooms and private bathrooms. The owner confirmed our arrival details and offered to arrange a car to pick us up--that probably would be the best way to go to coordinate access on arrival. We arranged our own taxi but had trouble getting into the building itself. Eventually we made a connection by phone and all was well. Very friendly and helpful staff but you won't see them after check--he did provide a cell phone. Our room had a large queen/king bed that was comfortable and a single bed for our daughter and it was a perfect place to sleep at night. We had access to a common fridge, an espresso machine with pods and some dishes but all meals needed to be off-site. Breakfast was provided as 'vouchers' that could be used at a friendly bar/cafe a few doors down the road--expect a nice pastry and a drink which is a normal breakfast in Rome. The room / bathroom was very clean and included daily maid service if desired. Modern amenities but think more like your bedroom with an ensuite at home rather than a 'suite'. The biggest advantage is access within 1 block of Baldo Degli Ubaldi Metro station and 2-3 blocks from Valle Aurelia station where you can pick up a regional train as well. Although you could technically walk to the Vatican, we discovered the hard way that you're better off using the Metro or investing in a taxi - which was reasonably priced.
• Elise (10/5): Great location, friendly hosts. - We had a fantastic stay here. Federico met us at the airport and took us to the hotel. He gave us information about where the best food was, shopping, and options to get to all the sights. The metro is literally out the door so in terms of location it's couldn't get any better.
• Mohammad (8/5): - To say the truth it was bad experience because we were there for 1 night only and we choose the room with bath as it shows in the website picture. It shows like all rooms with bath .. And the hotel representative saw our hotel confirmation of booking , he gave us the room with a bath as it was requested. Then after some time when we were outside he started calling and saying that it's a mistake because our room has to be without bath. So he took our luggage to another room without even telling us. We were very disappointed and sad because of what happened .
