Staff, however, were friendly and helpful which was a plus to an otherwise rather miserable visit.

Additional notes: - Cleanliness of the shower wasn't great. - Sheets had a stain on. - The hot water took ages to come through when taking a shower, easily over 5 minutes just waiting for it to finally get lukewarm. - Corridors in hotel look tired and could do with some TLC

My partner usually works from home, but there is no table in the room for him to work comfortably. Also, the distance from the lift to the room is quite long, which is inconvenient. The breakfast does not meet the standards we would expect from a DoubleTree by Hilton. Additionally, the service from some members of the team has not been satisfactory. I am not referring to everyone, but specifically two staff members. I called reception to request milk and tea bags, but no one answered. I then went downstairs myself to get some milk, and I was told that tea bags would be sent to the room, but they never arrived.

The bathroom especially the shower cubicle was very small which was a pity as the rain shower was lovely. A small fridge would have been a nice touch. Das Mobiliar und die Einrichtung machen einen abgewohnten Eindruck. Der Blick ins Stadion ist wirklich nur ein Blick; man kann nicht mal das Fenster öffnen. Praktisch hat das Zimmer keinerlei Frischluft! Sehr hellhörig.

• Richard (7/5): Very nice hotel , great location for football matches but some staff not very helpful. - Location They told me they had put on my notes about an early check in and to ask when we arrived. The staff members at check in just said no and when we asked if we could leave our case while we went to the game she said no it’s a security risk but your website says you have luggage storage. !! Also the bar closed early on Saturday night and when I asked why they are closing early I was told ‘well we have been here all day !! ‘ We were having a great night and it was bought to an abrupt end !!
