• Millie (10/5): It was prefect for what we needed! - It was very close to the bus station, thus our reason for picking it. It was a great choice as it was very clean, our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.air conditioning worked well and the restaurant had delicious meals. I definitely recommend it.

• Ricardo (9/5): Muy comodo y muy buena ubicación - La recepción siempre con simpatía y mucha amabilidad. En el restaurante comida buena, y pueden llevarte el pedido del restaurante al cuarto.
• Natalia (10/5): Acogedor y seguro - La ubicación es excelente para ir de compras y conocer el centro de la ciudad. La limpieza del hotel es impecable, la atención también. La habitación es amplia, con buen A/C y mini refrigerador 👌🏻 El parqueo es amplio y muy seguro (está dentro de las instalaciones) razón por la cual me pareció una excelente opción para hospedarnos. Las almohadas tenían poco relleno (para mi gusto😌)

• Mario (6/5): - Die Kompressoren der veralteten Klimaanlagen laufen extrem laut. Es ist zu lärmig im Zimmer. So schaltete ich die Klimaanlage aus und öffnete das Fenster. Das Resultat war dsss im überdachten Hof wo das Fenster ist unzählige Kompressoren während der ganzen Nacht einen riesen Lärm produzieren. Das war der negative Punkt meiner Übernachtung

• Skilly (8/5): - Clean modern hotel, very good location. Beds are comfortable. Fridge and desk provided, big bathroom, good WiFi and cold AC. There's also a nice little coworking area on the first floor and a few common spaces. Room we were assigned was a bit dark. Lift and corridors were a bit warm, no fan or AC.

• Ruiz (5/5): Ajustarse al precio - La habitación era espaciosa Me cobraron más de lo que se me notificó. Se supone que seria 44$ y termine pagando por la misma habitación 59.50$ y por que la necesitaba pues pague.

• César (8/5): Estancia en Hotel Alcalá - El lugar estaba limpio y calidad precio me parece bien. El ruido del aire acondicionado porque son aires de ventanas y hacen más ruido que los Split. Los precios del restaurante están muy costosos.
• Mark (5/5): Not worth it. - Close enough to everything. Restaurant nice. Great food. A/c units have to be upgraded. Way too noisy and rooms always got. Not good enough. TV too old. Stick on wall u can't plug fire stick into it. No good if I bring your own TV stick u won't be able to watch TV. I got a better hotel with all amenities better for half the price 100 metres away. Even closer to the center.

• R. Garcia (9/5): Calides al cliente - El hotel es muy céntrico, esta muy cerca de la terminal, y tiene restaurante. Solo note que les faltaba limpiar la regadera, y ser un poco más atentos en recepción, nosotros somos Mexicanos y los sentimos un poco secos solo las de recepción

• Sharon (10/5): - I liked that the Acala Hotel was different. From the outside it looked like a typical store front, but when you walk inside you're in the hotel lobby. I used rhe stairs and on each level at the top of the stairs was a seating area. It was somethng different. I was exploring just walking around and at the end of one of the hallways was a balcony with a view of the shops on the street. I would recommend the Alcala Hotel. I will stay there again. Also they have a restaurant with very good food. The workers are all very courteous, and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.
