• Mary (9/5): It was well worth the price. - Clean, staff was nice, whorlpool in room worked, candy on the counter lol, welcoming when we walked in. shower was clean and hot water. Always nice to have pool and hot tub. Went out for a hot breakfast.

• Guylene (7/5): Very nice - Great location good staff The tv didn’t work let them know at 2:30 on Saturday by 8:00 when we returned to the room still not fixed we had to change rooms and it was difficult and inconvenient.

The hotel was in the downtown part of the small city area and was very walkable to everything. There was a continental breakfast and work out room and the parking felt safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If we were in the area again, we would seek out this hotel again.

The only complaint was that the light in the bathroom/tub room did not work part of the time. Not something that could have been avoided--just an inconvenience.

Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Pillows were not comfortable. Our room could have used a fresh coat of paint. It had several scuff marks on them.

• Becky (10/5): - Driving down the Main Street of Shenandoah, you wouldn’t have realized there was a modern hotel in the century old buildings. I wasn’t impressed with the LED night light built into the hair dryer. Made it very hard to sleep. I was impressed with the breakfast, cleanliness and safety.
• Barbara (1/5): A wheelchair needed in case of emergency - Not the properties fault but I was put into an ambulance and put in hospital. If a wheelchair had been available I could have been driven to emergency by family. I had three rooms rented for one night but the staff was able to let us keep two of the them an extra day. So yes the facility was excellent but my stay was not 😪

Breakfast was provided, which surprised me, but it came in useful. The parking lot was well lit with motion activated lights. Shenandoah is small, but could be a cute getaway for some.

The breakfast at the Inn was very limited, there seemed to be only processed cereals and cereal bars and 1 bowl of fruit. So we did not eat anything. Checkout was convenient, you only had to drop your card into a box by the door to the parking area.
