- yulianorman1 (4/5): It did not feel like Hilton - Was very disappointed by services and rude pushy communication from hotel staff. Dirty carpet with lot of stains, dusty room, stale pillowcases, bedsheet with stain.. They tried to charge us the room price for spilled fruit drink by kid. Unfortunately did not read reviews beforehand, it seems that's their other way to earn money is to charge guests additionally. Such spills could be easily cleaned by lemon acid which cost less then a dollar. It looks like they have most unprofessional cleaners. Very disappointed. Spoilt our birthday holiday in Kazan. Ought to move to another hotel where stay was purely outstanding for the same price. Sad to be disappointed
- chintan-traveldiary (10/5): Very convenient location with excellent staff and rooms. Only problem, no vegetarian food. - The hotel is located very close to all tourist destinations. Like the Kremlin is just a 10 min walk from the hotel. There multiple eateries available at a stone throw distance. We did not eat at hotel restaurant except our breakfast as they did not have any vegetarian food options. The rooms are big and spacious. The cleaning is also top class and toiletries are of excellent quality. The front desk staff is super helpful and courteous and always ready to help. Best part is they speak English so if you don’t know Russian, you can survive. We had a very memorable experience and we are sure we will come back here.

Especially, they have two double beds room, it was perfect for my family, one adult and two children. They offered us early check in, late check out, thanks to their kind support.

- ebelya749898 (10/5): A very good place to stay in in Kazan - A very good place to stay in in Kazan. Location is perfect! The main pedestrian street - Bauman street - is in 1 min to go. Kremlin is within 5 min. The hotel is perfect, clean, safe, polite - nothing to want more. Though, the breakfast is quite modest.

- PABLO JAVIER (8/5): Good for short stays - Located at walking distance of White Kremlin and main pedestrian street is a plus. Hotel itself is quite ordinary with a good / fast check in process, internet connection works fairly fine for media usage and video calls. I booked two rooms with double beds, size is enough for a short trip but please don’t consider a long stay you will need more room. Acoustic isolation is not good, people can hear noise and conversations from neighbours as well as from corridor. Carpets need some deep cleaning particularly in rooms. It has a good restaurant which is not expensive as a dining option, although a few steps away there are plenty of alternatives

- MISOOK (8/5): 위치가 아주 좋고, 전체적으로 괜찮았음. - Overall it was good. Unfortunately, the electric kettle was made in China, and the quality of the shampoo and soap was not very good. The shampoo and soap were very good at Doubletree in Croatia.

- Sergei (10/5): Отдых в Казани - Отель расположен удобно для посещения достопримечательностей. В отеле чисто, комфортно, уютно. Персонал вежливый, грамотный, отзывчивый. Номер ежедневно убирали, меняли принадлежности. Ежедневно предоставляется 2 бутылочки питьевой воды. Завтрак шведский стол, сытный разнообразный. WIFI бесплатно по всему отелю и номеру, работал отлично.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Весна в Казани! - Всё очень положительно! От холла до номера. Обслуживание на достойном уровне, чисто, кровати удобные. Единственный жирный минус-это открывание окна! Окна открываются только настежь! Отелю нужно подумать, что с этим можно сделать, а то приходится в отличном отеле приставлять бутылки с водой и т.д, чтобы ограничить открывание окна. Думаю, что в отеле данного уровня это неприемлемо.

- SERGEY (8/5): Очень хорошо, хотя и не без "но". - Размещались на 1 сутки (ночь) в двух номерах, без завтраков. Рестораном, стоянкой и фитнесом не пользовались. В целом впечатления остались хорошими, но ожидания не оправдались (есть опыт размещения в отелях этой сети в иных городах, а также в других сопоставимых по заявляемому уровню). Из отрицательных моментов: 1) излишняя усталость отдельных предметов (просиженное рабочее кресло у стола с разрывами по строчке, перебитый провод фена, халат с дырками по строчкам), 2) жестковатые (имхо) кровати и старые подушки (перестали восстанавливать форму), 3) плохой сигнал у ТВ. Из положительных моментов: 1) хорошее оснащение чай / кофе / минибар / средства для обуви / вешалки / сейф / принадлежности для ванной, 2) просторная душевая, 3) очень внимательный и приветливый персонал, 4) тишина. В целом отель производит положительное впечатление, а недостатки везде либо есть, либо появляются. Главное, чтобы их не игнорировали. Если случиться снова приехать в Казань, без сомнений снова выберу этот отель.

- Yuriy (10/5): Достойный отель в Казани - Останавливались в отеле на два дня. Чистый, современный отель. Все по западным стандартам. Номер небольшой, но для двоих места достаточно. Не очень понравилась еда. Завтрак на тройку-четвёрку по пятибалльной шкале. Ужинали в ресторане Kedr при отеле. Очень слабо в отличие от других ресторанов Казани. Отель рекомендую. В ресторан не ходите. Кстати завтраки в соседнем кафе Агафредо дешевле и вкуснее.

- MAXIM (10/5): Large room, great breakfast, perfect location - We stayed for almost a week and will choose this hotel again next time. The location is right in the center of the city, the breakfasts were very good, the staff was friendly, smiling and helpful, the room was large, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel restaurant is a bit expensive, but they cook an outstanding filet mignon, so it's worth it. No hotel is perfect: I noticed a small spider web under the ceiling on the 1st day and it was there the whole week. Also a good thing to know is that besides hotels.com reservation says "24 hour check-in", official check-in time is 2PM, and additional payment is needed to guarantee early check-in. But, thanks to very helpful staff, we negotiated a complimentary check-in at 10AM. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel and recommend it.

Our room was spacious and very clean. Wifi was fast and reliable and service was great. We arrived at 7am and we were able to check into our room immediately.
