- Ruan (9/5): Comfortable. - It was comfy and the breakfast options were also good. I really like this hotel and it wasn’t my first time staying at this hotel. I just want to recommend that the hotel invests in “do not disturb” signs for the doors.

- Pornpan (10/5): Excellent and good value - Good value, excellent location in the middle of city center, clean, big room and hotel staffs are helpful and good service minded. No window in the room
- Antonio (10/5): Exceptional - The garden outside for breakfast but also for having a drink and reading a book is very cosy with many tropical plants.
The room was very clean and so was the bathroom.
The bed was very big and comfortable.
The breakfast was really good, from Thai specialities to bread, butter and jam.
If I had to give one piece of advice as a traveller and as someone who works in tourist accommodation, the only two things missing to have a perfect breakfast, I think it would be tea (one black and one green) and cow's and/or oat's milk.
But anyway, I highly recommend it

- Ingon (8/5): 2 girls at the front desk very nice, good location! - good location, 2 girls at the reception were very nice, helpful and kindness. We extended our stay because of them!
the room was smelled moldy and mosquitoes, around the table beside the bed was very dusty. Breakfast was ok not many options but tasted good. Room smells moldy and a bit dusty
- Kenneth (8/5): Review - Stayed here before.
All as it ever was.
Comfortable modern and wifi good.
Only thing that has slipped are the choices at breakfast.
Very limited Western style options.
New hotels are popping up all the time here,so it is quieter than it was, maybe the poor breakfast is due to cutbacks.
The hotel is somehow connected to the restaurant in the same road called Morgans/Mogans,which is infested with large rats.BEWARE
- POH JIN (6/5): Average hotel - Staff could have been more inviting and friendly. Average stay
- Paul (10/5): An Oasis in Nakhon Si Thammarat - While recognizing that Nakhon Si Thammarat is not a prime tourist destination, if you have a need to visit you can't go wrong with this hotel. Spacious lobby facilities and a marvelous buffet breakfast.
- PAUL (10/5): - The nicest friendliest staff in a very friendly country
Nice outdoor garden where breakfast is served
- John (6/5): Style over comfort - The first thing that caught my eye when I walked into the hotel was very chic little balls with slight depressions in them. I guess these are intended to serve as chairs, though they had no back, no armrest to make a person comfortable after a long journey. The next thing that impressed me was the unsmiling desk clerk, who did manage to sign me in without any problem. And when I entered my room, its loud (even in subdued light) pink decor made me ask for another room.A bit later, I discovered that this high-style room offered no easy chair. There is only a narrow window to let in some light. All other aspects of the room, however, were excellent: everything fresh and clean, great bathroom and shower, very comfortable bed. On my way out, the gentleman who appeared to be the manager of the hotel asked, in excellent English, what improvements I would make for Expedia customers, whom he wanted to please. I told him that he got some unfortunate advice from a designer who had a nose too much in the design magazines and not enough in the air of reality. He took note of my answer, and hopefully the hotel will be turned into the much more comfortable place that it can be.
