• Ramzee (6/5): - Location: Excellent - town center, near Kim Song Market and Lee Garden. Staff: Mixed - some were very helpful. Although our booking confirmation approved an early check-in at 12:00 PM, we were told upon arrival at 12:45 PM that check-in was only at 2:00 PM. While we accepted the new time, this information should have been communicated to us earlier. Furthermore, the hotel charges for items that are typically complimentary at other hotels, such as irons, and extra pillows and blankets. The hotel also did not provide laundry bag. Finally, while there was plenty of parking, the parking areas were dark and not properly lit, which felt inconvenient and somewhat unsafe.

• blossom (5/5): - location is good “To Diamond Plaza Hotel, please change the mattress. The mattress is terrible. Everything else is okay, but the mattress is really bad—it makes the whole body ache, and the springs are poking into the back.”
• Chang (5/5): - Except for its location, the room especially the toilet was quite run down. The hot water supply was not consistent and the bath tub was not as clean as expected. Only two little packets of shampoo and tiny little bars of soap for washing and bathing. Will not consider booking this hotel again unless it will improve it's basic amenities Pls refer to the above

• Ahmad (7/5): Short Getaway With Friends - The location near Kim Yong Market and away from the busy Lee Gardens night market. The receptionist was cheerful & helpful. Wifi not stable. Pillow quite hard.

Very helpful Dated and run down facilities, lot of things is old and dirty. At least they changed their previous carpet to wooden tiles. Havent been upgraded much since the golden days of hatyai, but price increased lot ever since

• Shida (8/5): The location of the hotel is good surround by shop and massage centre. The halal restaurant not many and the one nearby - The front counter staff are very helpful. The room abit smelly and we ask the room service to do some spraying to clear the bad smell.

Did not provide basic toileteries. Sink was block, bath tub also blockage. Very horror experience staying here. Parking area also very dirty and dusty.

• Chian (2/5): Will never go back again but nevertheless hope they take my advise seriously. - Only location & the recept staffs are good. 1. Very old hotel with very bad smell. (Should add air cleaner in room or just the lobby, or lighting essential oil at each floor or even in the room) 2. Whole room only 1 plug for kettle, so that will be the only one u can use to charge HP, comp etc. (should just supply another extension multiplpe plug) 3. Bed & both pillows very very hard (should just add a topper and change both pillows) 4. Room is not sound proof, so morning housekeeping talking or the guest talking will wake you up. Since there's no carpet and every walking or pushing cart will be noisy. (Should at least add on the bottom of every door seal to prevent light and espedcially reduce noise from outside.)

• syarifahh2018 (2/5): Unhelpful front desk officer - Very bad service from the front desk officer in-charge. Almost everything i asked him he will say no. It was heavy rain i asked him if i can borrow an umbrella and return it back later he said hotel do not have it… and when i asked for the complementary drinking water also he said finished i’m sure he can just refill the water inside the refrigerator.. old hotel with old facilities.. i dont have a big complaint much on the hotel but more to the service that i got from the unhelpful front desk officer in-charge..!

• Meng (8/5): was a comfortable stay and will return again - i liked the location. so central and convenient and it makes all places in Hatyai so accessible. I didn’t appreciate that there was only one electric socket. there should be at least 2 or 3 electrical points.
• k0ksengk (8/5): Hadyai Diamond Plaza Hotel - Fantastic receptionists at checking in but unfortunately we encountered an unfriendly housekeeper who comes across as being rude. Asked for another bottle of water and she refused to give. Stingy on toiletries and bathroom needs upgrading. Take note that the hotel charged for additional pillows. So don’t asked for more if you don’t want to pay. Rooms are clean and roomy. Lobby is big and spacious. Air conditioning works well throughout the hotel and rooms 👍

• Loh (4/5): First time bring family to stay in this hotel, the room, facility is require to upgrade. - The location is good for any place to Main Street in front of Lee Garden Hotel and as shopping hot spot area. The room mostly is old, toilet old, toilet door is deteriorated, the bed is not in good especially the bed not comfort to sleep well from Spring on the edge side. The price we pay should not provided this condition and under value. Also, the plug point found the only 1 in the room. This is very inconvenient for us.
