Complementary water, soft drinks, tea. What’s in the bar is not chargeable. That’s rare. Great attitude of staff.

- Tatiana (2/5): Not worth to be included into Hilton chain - Hotel furniture is quite dated and design reminds of 1990s. Breakfast is horrible: very small selection of interesting dishes, e.g. it was not even possible to find ingredients for an English breakfast - even scrambled eggs were available only on one of the two mornings. Beans were hard, potato pancakes were the worst in my life. Croissants and pain au chocolate were inedible. Any cafe I’ve been to in Minsk serves better food. The worst thing was that there was no hot water in the hotel at all during all our stay - it appeared just 1 hour before the checkout. Stuff didn’t warn about the issues with water heater on checkin and suggested just to “wait a bit more as the issue is almost fixed” every time we were asking. And it all cost 160 USD for 2 nights - very expensive for Minsk and for such a level of service, better go for another hotel or rent an apartment.

- Vladimir (10/5): My first choice in Minsk - This hotel is my only choice for Minsk. It's located right next to the train station and subway. There's a big mall across the road. And the hotel itself is comfortable and quiet.
- Veranika (10/5): Birthday trip stay - Stayed here for my daughter’s 10 year birthday trip. We loved it! The room had a lovely view and we enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning. So beautiful! Staff is amazing. Everyone is very polite, professional and caring. Breakfast buffet was great. Lots of options for any taste. Restaurant had delicious meals as well. Hotel is right next to the railway station and central bus station. Despite that fact, the area is very clean and extremely safe. There’s no noise from traffic in the rooms at all. Rooms are clean and pleasant. Overall we enjoyed our stay so much. Kids don’t want to leave. I guess we’ll be back soon:)

The new Hilton Clean-Stay policy was perfect for me - no housekeeping entered my room the entire stay. worked perfectly. The location is ok, however, there is nothing really to do outside the hotel. having the hotel restaurant closed due to COVID was uncomfortable. ordering food can be done, but the hotel does not promote these services and you need to find it yourself. Uber does not work foreigners. didn't really understand why. local taxies are fine and inexpensive.

- Simon (10/5): Great Service and Nice Hotel - The hotel is not too far away from one of the main squares and about a 20 minutes walk to the railway / bus station if crossing from the bridge but no problems here. There is a construction site outside of the hotel on the road side however we did not hear any noise during our stay and it did not disturb us at all. The staff were very friendly and explained everything that we needed to know about our stay. The lady in the Restaurant called Anna? Was superb and spoke excellent English and was able to look after my partners food allergies. The food was also excellent and I really enjoyed my traditional Belarusian food. The twin beds were like two small doubles and were comfortable to stay in. We loved our stay here and it was also reasonably priced as well. Highly recommended

Our food took 55 minutes to arrive (pasta, a salad and potato wedges) on a very quiet evening. We were offered an apology but only after I had asked what was going on. The food itself also wasn’t good. Rooms are great, but don’t eat here!

Location was near rail station although building work for new Metro line means the walking route is a few minutes longer than normal. Only negative is the rather intrusive piped music in the public areas. The volume needs to be turned down (or off!)
- Michelle (8/5): Good hotel in a not super convenient area - I spend 3 nights at the Hampton by Hilton. The hotel looks very new and all areas were super clean, though I didn't visit the gym. The room was spacious (for European standards), the bed was very comfortable, bathroom was appropriate (and even had decent lighting!). The first 2 nights were super quiet, but on the thirst night the couple staying next door decided to have a lively chat at midnight and that's when I realized the walls were not as thick as I had imagined. I could hear everything they were saying, and ended up having to put on headphones so I could fall asleep. Breakfast was adequate, but not great -- in my opinion, the variety of items was good, but quality could be better. The staff are very friendly and spoke English well. I highly recommend booking an airport transfer with them -- it currently costs 45 rubles per car each way, and it's way easier than taking a bus to the central station and then walking to the hotel, or catching a cab at the airport (one of the official airport cab drivers told us our ride to the hotel would cost around 120-130 rubles!). The hotel's location is not bad; the area felt safe to me and was quiet, despite the construction site on the other side of the street, but it's a 30 minute walk at 5-6km/hr pace to the main attractions in old town, so prepare to walk a lot or use the subway every day. Overall, it was a good experience and I would stay there again if I went back to Minsk.

Very good wifi and the breakfast was also adequate for a long walk. Staff were friendly and helpful. Though located near the central railway station and the long distance bus station, I found the location fairly safe for tourists. It is thus a good location if you want to stay near the railway or central bus station.

It's very easy to walk through the underground tunnel from the station to get to the hotel. I had to check out early and they prepared me a take away breakfast package which was lovely and unexpected.

From that time our stay kept improving as the breakfast buffet was full and delicious and the room very comfortable. Traveling with our teen daughter the pull out couch proved to be very comfortable. The location was also nice. Nestled between two train stations and near two bus terminals the access to transportation was easy find and utilize. It was also about an 6-8 minute walk to the subway, I would stay there again for sure.

- John (8/5): Short Minsk trip. - Hotel is about a 10 min walk from the railway station where one can pick up the metro service to most tourist spots and also mainline services for regional and international with visa restrictions.About a 20 to 30 minute walk to the main avenue where most tourist attractions are off if so inclined.But don't be afraid to explore the city on foot ,its quite safe.It does take time to get your bearings as everything is in Russian so have google translator handy on your phone.First thing to do is take a City Bus tour as this will give one a good idea of the city and its attractions.Its not hop on hop off so you will be on the bus for about an hour and a half.Goes about five times a day from outside the railway station.Most people do not speak English so this can prove tricky when trying to go somewhere on the metro so do your homework and download a Minsk guide.
