• Ειρήνη (10/5): - Ήταν κοντά σε ό,τι θέλαμε να κάνουμε. Και στο καλύτερο μαγαζί με τιραμισού της Βενετίας!! Επίσης μας άρεσε πολύ το μπαλκόνι που είχε το δωμάτιο. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό. Επίσης, μετά το check out, κράτησαν τις αποσκευές μας για όσο θέλαμε και έτσι μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε την τελευταία μας βόλτα χωρίς να κουβαλάμε.

En recepción me dijeron que tenían un restaurante y que con la tarjeta que me estaban dando me darían una bebida gratis, al llegar al restaurante nos dieron una bebida que le daban a todos los que allí estaban, siendo o no huéspedes, cosa que no me gusto al momento de pagar, no me descontaron ninguna bebida. La atención en el restaurante bien, no excelente como había sido en la recepción del hotel.

• Hotz (8/5): Top Lage und mehr... - Die Lage war sehr zentral. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war sehr gut. Der Weg zum Zimmer durch den Innenhof fühlte sich so an, als würde man dort wohnen. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber für ein Städtetrip ausreichend. Abstellfläche hat mir im Bad und im Zimmer etwas gefehlt.

Não tinha frigobar quarto sem esse item melhor nem colocar para locação algo indispensável e não pode faltar televisão não funcionava nenhum canal ..

• Birgit (6/5): Okay, wäre aber nicht sicher ob ich es noch einmal buchen würde. Vielleicht als Paar okay. - Die Lage ist sehr gut, 3 Minuten vom Markusplatz entfernt. Schlüssel müssen abgeholt und abgegeben werden in einem anderen Hotel, dieses ist ca. 8 Minuten entfernt und dies erfährt man erst nach der Buchung. Hotelpersonal hat mir bei der Abholung des Schlüssels mit dem Gepäck geholfen und mir den Weg gezeigt zur Unterkunft. _Allerdings bedeutete das beim Auschecken, dass man mit seinem ganzen Gepäck erstmal wieder in das Hotel zurück musste (Treppen steigen etc.) um den Schlüssel abzugeben. Das Zimmer war groß, ebenfalls das Bad, Sauberkeit okay. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem alten "Palazzo" und man gelangt über drei Türen in sein Zimmer. Da es kein Hotel ist verfügt es nicht über eine Rezeption, d.h. man ist quasi in einer Privatunterkunft. Die Durchgänge in dem Palazzo zu dem Hotelzimmer sind etwas gruselig, da wenig beleuchtet (dunkel), labyrinthisch mit verschiedenen dunklen Ecken, Türen und Kammern und es wirkte alles ziemlich unbewohnt und sehr vernachlässigt. Da ich als Frau alleinreisend war habe ich mich daher immer etwas unwohl gefühlt beim Verlassen und Zurückkommen in mein Zimmer.
• Edmundsz (6/5): - The location was perfect—a quick, few-minute walk to St. Mark's. We were especially impressed with how quiet it was, which led to a very restful and good night's sleep. The rooms were clean and immaculate. While the stay was good, there are a couple of areas for improvement. Firstly, street navigation was very challenging; clearer directions or local signage would greatly help guests locate the hotel entrance more easily. Secondly, the indoor plants seemed uncared for, detracting from the overall aesthetic inside the building.

• James (10/5): - This property was great for our needs. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. There were even outlets on both sides of the bed which was helpful compared to some of the other places we stayed on this trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Casa Dolce is basically guest apartments operated by Bella Venezia so there is nobody onsite at Casa Dolce. This was not a problem for us in any way. Check in was completed at Bella Venezia and then they helpfully walked us the half dozen blocks to Casa Dolce. This was really helpful because the streets of Venice feel like a confusing maze the first day or so. Breakfast is available as Bella Venezia for 12 euros. It is buffet style with a good selection of food options, but it is hard to beat a cappuccino and a pastry at one of the nearby cafes. The location was a short walk from Piazza San Marco and about a five to ten minute walk to Rialto Bridge so it was very conveniently located. If you are traveling with large/heavy luggage, keep in mind that a ten minute walk over uneven surfaces and multiple ups and downs on stairs over the small bridges can be taxing. Overall, Casa Dolce was just right for our needs and we had a great stay.

• Matías (9/5): Excelente alojamiento para parejas jóvenes. Muy recomendable si buscas una opción económica y de buen nivel. Personal ag - Excelente alojamiento, acorde a su precio. Limpio y con personal preocupado. Solo fue difícil al llegar encontrar la ubicación exacta de la habitación y conectarse con el servicio. No tenía buen internet y menos telefonía móvil. Las habitaciones están alejadas del hotel central lo que dificulta un poco la coordinación en el uso de la habitaciones.

The only thing I would change is higher seats on the balcony and a fridge for drinks so that more time could be spent sitting out enjoying to the view. Absolutely can not wait to come back!!

• Kristy (8/5): Right in the heart of venice - Lovely superior room right in the heart of Venice. The room was lovely, good a/c, comfy bed. Rooms cleaned everyday. Couldn’t complain could even just see canal from window. Only thing that could improve was having a fridge in the room but as the spar shop was literally opposite this wasn’t really a problem. The court yard in pictures no longer looks as nice as this but the whole building itself was quite quirky, very Venice and one of the cheapest rooms I could find so close St marks square. Bit of a faff checking in at a different location but our room was ready early so no problem really. Overall lovely stay.

Location was amazing and a different part of Venice to where we stayed the previous three nights. The room was dated but you get what you pay for in Venice. Room was dated but if you just need somewhere to sleep it does the job.

• Martin (4/5): - Martina on front desk amazing - but it is an old disused hotel - no amenity. The rooms are very tired and pictures make it look good when in fact it is a closed hotel. You also have to check in at their main hotel - and then walk to the accomodation - not ideal after a long flight. The atmosphere is bare, water damaged and the rooms are very tired. Would not recommend.

Location was fine, but essentially everywhere in Venice is walking distance. Expensive for the low quality of room. Service was very nice and walked us to the hotel.
