- YUTAKA (8/5): シャワーと文化の違い以外はとても素晴らしい快適な施設でした。 - 何よりも清潔。安全。多くの利用者のリテラシーがそこそこ高い。 ベッドに小物置きと電源がある。 湿気った空気が篭らず循環するようにバスルーム周辺には常にファンを回していてくれるのはとても好感度が高い。 大音量でスマホでドラマとかを見ている人が居るのは文化の違いか、施設はもう少し静かに視聴するように注意して欲しい。 一つのシャワーの勢いが非常に弱かった。本当に熱い水が背中を流れるうちに冷えるくらいの量しか出なかった。 タイミングとシャワールームによるのかわからないがもう一つのシャワーヘッドは壊れかけていて自分と全く必要のない方向に向かって吹き出してしまい自分向けが弱かった。どちらもシャワーには問題があった。早く直してください。

- Thiên Bão (1/5): - (English below) 我在這間青年旅館的住宿經驗非常令人失望，原因不僅是員工的態度惡劣，居住環境也很差。那位年長的婦人和女接待人員對客人非常無禮且毫不尊重。當我的朋友只是短暫過來幫我送一些東西時，她們立刻表現出敵意。她們堅稱，在讓任何人進入旅館之前，我應該先徵得她們同意，儘管現場並沒有任何地方清楚寫明有這樣的規定。她們不但沒有以禮貌和專業的方式溝通，反而提高音量，彷彿我做了什麼可恥或不可接受的事情一樣。 更令人不安的是那位年長婦人處理事情的方式。她不但沒有試著冷靜解釋，反而態度強硬地叫我如果不滿意就去報警。這樣的回應極度不專業、帶有威嚇意味，而且在任何服務業中都是完全不可接受的。身為付費入住的客人，我感到非常羞辱，彷彿自己根本沒有權利對她們的行為提出質疑。 宿舍房間的衛生情況也同樣令人無法接受。有一些長住客把濕衣服掛在床位上，儘管旅館自己的規定明明寫著不允許這樣做。工作人員，尤其是那位年長婦人，卻完全視而不見。因此，房間裡瀰漫著一股濃重的潮濕與霉味，讓整個環境變得既不舒服也不健康。 我會強烈建議其他旅客避開這個地方，除非你願意忍受粗魯的對待、帶有威嚇性的態度，以及非常糟糕的衛生條件。 My experience at this hostel was extremely disappointing because of both the staff’s behavior and the poor living conditions. The older woman and the female receptionist were shockingly rude and disrespectful to guests. When my friend briefly came by to drop off some belongings for me, they immediately showed a hostile attitude. They insisted that I should have asked for permission before letting anyone enter the hostel, even though no such rule was clearly stated anywhere. Instead of speaking politely and professionally, they raised their voices and treated me as though I had done something shameful or unacceptable. What was even more disturbing was the way the older woman handled the situation. Rather than trying to explain things calmly, she aggressively told me to call the police if I was unhappy. That kind of response was deeply unprofessional, intimidating, and completely unacceptable in any hospitality business. As a paying guest, I felt humiliated and treated as though I had no right to question their behavior. The hygiene in the dorm was also unacceptable. There were long-term guests hanging wet clothes on their beds, even though the hostel’s own rules say this is not allowed. The staff, especially the older woman, simply ignored it. Because of this, the room was filled with a strong smell of dampness and mold, making the environment uncomfortable and unhealthy.

- Drew (6/5): Weird staff. Average hostel. Adequate for a night or 2 max. - There were kitchen facilities There is an older lady, I assume to be the owner. I was making my dinner, when she walked in to show someone around, saw me and instantly marched up to me and asked what I was doing. She then moved my drink and went off to the other part of the hostel. Not one minute later, the younger lady came over and asked me what I was doing. I was making beanballs in the oven. They treated the whole situation as though I’d just slapped their newborn across the face. It was so bizarre. Don’t have kitchen facilities if you don’t want guests to use it, or are so paranoid or bored. Frankly the older lady is a typical busybody, who wants to know everyone’s business, and determine if she approves or not. Rude. It’s fine enough for one night. Wouldn’t stay here long term.

Screaming at me on several occasions while I was on a work call because of minor infractions of the rules like not wearing her house shoes or trying to rest on her sofa! 業主態度粗魯，對待客人非常惡劣。因為一些輕微違反規定的行為，例如沒有穿她提供的室內拖鞋，或只是想在她的沙發上休息，她竟在我進行工作通話時多次對我大聲咆哮！
