Lift was efficient. Location: walkable to/from Plaza Indonesia, Grand Indonesia and the MRT stations. Across from Menteng. Breakfast: small but decent selection. Air conditioning and ventilation in the breakfast area was not strong.

• SACHIKO (6/5): とにかくリーズナブルなビジネスホテルです - デパートのサリナやスターバックス、マクドナルド、日本大使館に近く、バス停も歩いていける距離なので便利です。とにかくスタッフの全員がにこやかで、挨拶をしてくれるのが嬉しい。ベッドのシーツが清潔でよく眠れました。無料の朝ごはんも美味しかったです。 隣(裏)にモスクがあって、朝4:30からお祈りの始まりを告げるアザーンが大音響で放送されるので目が覚めます。初めての方はびっくりすると思います。バスタブはありません。

• wanderlustod (10/5): Amazing staff - I spent a night here on my way to Yogyakarta by train. The staff were very helpful, especially Rafi. I hadn't booked my train ticket because I wasn't sure of the exact train to use. He was kind enough to recommend the Traveloka app, assist me in downloading it, and booking the train ride. He also gave me directions on how to get to the mall close by to get a sim card and do some currency exchange. It didn't stop there. The following day, he packaged breakfast that I could eat on the train. I stayed on the eighth floor, and the view from there was beautiful at night. There are a lot of places to eat around, and a shopping mall which is a 2 - 4 minute walk from the hotel. The mall closes at 10pm. I will certainly stay again if I am in Jakarta.

I booked a double room but upon check-in I was allocated a twin room, apparently doubles are allocated on a first come first served basis which is not clearly stated when making this booking!

I like all in general although after staying so many times, i feel variety of breakfast offering could be improved yet for those visiting less often it's about right and would not miss anything from the current options.

Grundsätzlich schliefen wir in den Betten gut. Die Lautsprecher des kleinen Minaretts der Moschee im Innenhof waren direkt auf unserer Höhe und sehr laut gestellt. Der erste Ruf erfolgte jeweils um ca. 4 Uhr. Es war uns daher nicht möglich, ausreichend Schlaf zu bekommen.

Por último, el desayuno está bien, aunque se centra más en tener comida para indonesios, para el pan solo ha mantequilla y mermelada, no hay queso o jamón. Aunque hay una estación de huecos que está súper buena. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable and beddings very clean. Daily room cleaning service. Housekeeping staff very responsive. Hot water shower pressure is good. No drainage problem. Daily breakfast at the restaurant has excellent service. Egg station was the best. Water dispenser at the corridor a great idea. Surprisingly good selection of TV channels in the double room. Breakfast local dishes either too salty or overcooked. TV channels limited in twin room. Room and bathroom floors not checked for cleanliness. Towels provided although clean were fraying and greyish. Housekeeping not aware of noise created when cleaning rooms.

From the very beginning, I was warmly welcomed by the reception team—especially Ms. Estri, Mr. Dimas, and Ms. Anissa. They were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely willing to help throughout my stay and during check-out. Their hospitality left a strong positive impression on me. Breakfast was another highlight. The menu offered a good variety, with more focus on Indonesian cuisine, which I really appreciated, while still providing continental options. The staff at the egg station were also very friendly and helpful. One small note: seating can be a bit limited during peak breakfast hours. The hotel’s location is a big plus. It’s very strategic and close to the TransJakarta Thamrin bus stop, making transportation around the city very convenient. One suggestion for improvement is the restaurant’s operating hours. It currently closes at 9:00 PM. During my stay, I arrived from an evening flight and planned to have a late supper. Extending the restaurant hours could really improve the experience for guests who arrive late at night. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, supported by excellent service and a very convenient location. I would gladly stay here again.

• 805azima (10/5): Great location, fantastic services - Absolutely perfect location, great for solo travelers. The spaces smells clean and fresh all the time. The room is small but enough for couples. Housekeeping are impeccable, the room is always cleaned by the time i got back. The staff are amazing too! Every one of them are so hospitable and kind. Even the security are great people. One of the ladies there Estri has been very nice and accommodating. On my first night, I couldn't pay because my card was problematic. Thankfully the night staff checked me in (although apologies, I don't know his name, but he was on duty on 17th January at 1am) and he was extremely helpful and considerate. All in all I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. I will choose to stay here again when I'm in Jakarta.

I had to ask maintenance several times to repair my air-conditioning as the room and bedding was always damp. The air-conditioning never got better. I ended up with a bad cold and had to get the doctor in. The breakfast was terrible. Very poor selection to choose from. Coffee machines didn't work most the time. The buffet food wasn't topped up by the staff. Only choice of eggs was plain omelette (no vegetables nor cheese included), boiled eggs and fried eggs. When I booked I wasn't aware this is a budget hotel as the price wasn't budget.
