• Verified traveler (2/5): Bir daha kalmam ve tavsiye etmem - Öncelikle odada wi-fi çekmiyordu. Sadece "Özel banyo" var demek için odanın içine yapılmış. üstü yarım açık bırakılmış ve dolayısıyla oda ile bağlantısı kesilmemiş bir bölümdü. Bundan dolayı banyo-tuvalet bölümünde oluşan kokular odaya geliyordu. Yine aynı bölümde duşakabin. küvet veya duş teknesi konulmamıştı. Bundan dolayı yerler tamamen su içinde kalıyor, klozeti sulara badarak kullanmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Ayrıca bu bölmenin eni 1 m civarında. boyu da belki 3 m. Yani içeride dönmekte zorlanıyorsunız. Lavabosu iki avuç büyüklüğünde ve tam duvar dibine sıfırlanmış, bel değil, bacak hizasında, aynada kendinizi görebilmeniz büyük başarı, kısaca bu da "lavabo var" demek için konulmuş. Bir de lavaboya ulaşabilmek için önce kapıyı tamamen kapatmanız gerekiyor. Ancak o da tam kapanmıyor. Bunların dışında klima aşırı sesli çalışıyor. Ayrıca  aynı kattaki diğer odaların kullandığı ortak banyo hemen bitişik ve sanırım mukavva panelle bölünmüş. Aşırı gürültü geliyor. Tatminkar olan özellik olarak bir tek ortam temizliğini söyleyebilirim. Özet olarak ise alınan ücreti hak etmediğini söyleyebilirim. Bir daha kalmam ve kalınmasını da tavsiye etmem.
• Quentin (4/5): Accueil très insatisfisant ! - L'hôtelier est pas du tout agréable et a essayer de nous faire payer plus cher en prétextant des frais de change alors que nous payons en TL !!! L'état général laisse à désirer.
• Daria (4/5): - You get what you pay for! Location is good. Smoking is allowed in the rooms! Smoke was overnight!
• Paolo (2/5): To avoid, it doesn't worthwhile - It's a very bad place. I stayed there for 2 days without heating (broken).. and I had a bad cold. Rooms are wet and in the bathroom there is the smallest sink I have never seen. Pls, discard it.
• Gülperi (2/5): - Die Unterkunft ist eine heruntergekommene Absteige. Es schimmelt an den Wänden, marode und verdreckte Möbel!! Am allerschlimmsten war es, dass die Klima NICHT funktionierte, sodass der Raum wie eine Sauna und deutlich wärmer (!!) als draußen war (dies bei 40 Grad Außentemperatur).

• Verified traveler (6/5): Merkezi konum, uygun fiyat - Konum olarak çok merkezi. Tramvay ve diğer toplu taşıma hatlarına çok yakın. Kaleiçi'ne yürüyerek gidebilir mesafede. Konaklamayı sadece gece dönüp uyumak için değerlendirmek isteyenler için fiyat olarak ideal bir pansiyon.
• Mark (6/5): You get what you pay for - This hotel was exactly what we wanted. Cheap and clean. Just there to break a long journey.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - The room was dirty and smelt like cigarettes. The sheets had marks and stains and hairs and the bin in the room hadn’t been emptied. The shower didn’t drain properly and there was no house keeping/room clean during my stay. I was meant to stay two nights but I only stayed one.

Ayrıca konaklamak için otele gittiğimizde odanız dolu boşalmasını bekleyin denildi mevcut konaklayan boşaltmaz ise biz ben yapacağız dediğimizde başka oda yok maalesef dendi bir tur atıp gelin denilip gönderildik 12 de tekrar gittik oda boşaltılmış ama temizlememişler otel sahibi bize tekrar biraz daha gezip gelin şeklinde kaba davrandı üstelik 15 saatlik yoldan gelip yorgun olduğumuzu belirttiğimiz halde benden tavsiye özel banyo lavabo adı altında belirtilen bilgiye kanmayın odanın içinde yarım sunta ile bölünmüş bitmiş lavabo banyo var klozetle duvarlar yapışık hesap edin artık ve üst tarafı açık lavaboya gidenin sesi odanın içinde berbat bir hizmet berbat bir oteldi bir daha asla tercih etmeyeceğim bir yer

• Deano (2/5): - This was a most unpleasant experience. I booked, and had a confirmation. It was pay on check out. I emailed the hotel and advised them that my flight arrived late, 00:30. I got no reply. I arrived at the hotel at about 1:30 am. A grumpy old man came out to the taxi and said 'no room'. I showed him my expedia confirmation he just shrugged his shoulders and repeated, what I guess is his only English, 'no room'. So at 1:30 am after a long day of travelling, tired, I had to start looking for somewhere to stay. Thankfully the taxi driver, who was great, suggested a reasonably priced 4 stay hotel close by. I called them and got a room with breakfast for £40.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Very bad experience - Told me hotel wad full and I had to drive at 11pm to their sister hotel. Toilet flush had a water leak and flooded the whole room while sleeping and soaked our suitcases and clothes. Customer service was poor and nothing was done about it as their were no other rooms available. They turned off the flush so we could not flush the toilet. Would not recommended staying here.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Booked this hotel, got moved to another one - We booked into this hotel only to discover that we were staying at another hotel (not sure of the explanation, as we don’t speak Turkish, but it appears both hotels share the same online profile). Be warned, if you book the basic room on this booking and are moved to the other hotel, you will be placed in the economy room, which has a shared bathroom and no air conditioning, unlike the room description. But given the price of the room, it is still very good value for money, you get what you pay for...
• Verified traveler (2/5): - Well to be honest, this place isn't even worth $1 - We were charged extra on top of the Expedia rate. Our room was dirty, smelly and crawling with bugs. We barely stayed there a couple of hours before leaving in exasperation.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Basic hotel at good location - The price is cheap, so u don't expected much. The outlook of this hotel is not attractive at all! But it is close to tram station and the scenery spots, with good air con + wifi + comfort bed. The staffs can only speak little english but they are enthusiastic to help.
