• Thijs (10/5): Nice hotel - Excellent location, small rooms but clean. Friendly staff. During breakfast you need to take everything your self, even paper napkins and cutleries. This was the first for me.

• Isabel (7/5): Bien - Ubicación y personal Nos dieron una habitación que daba a un tejado. Era agobiante. Y eso que había sitio en el hotel y que no reserva se hizo hace un mes. Una pena ir a un lugar tan remoto del mundo para que te toque una habitación asi. No reclame porq era para una noche pero no me gustó.

Ficamos no centro da cidade, o hotel é muito bem localizado. O sistema de aquecimento que era central e sem opções para regulagem da temperatura ambiente.

• Cesar (10/5): Quero voltar de novo - Esse hotel é perfeito e fica perto de tudo. É padrão boutique, é um pouco mais caro , porém ele entrega tudo o que fala. Quarto era grande e confortável, café da manhã era perfeito com muitas opções, spa com piscina aquecida uma delícia, fácil acesso a tudo.

El spa está bien y después de un día de excursión se disfruta, ya que está abierto hasta tarde. Sugerimos abrirlo más temprano. Nos han mejorado la habitación y han sido muy amables. La primera habitación era muy pequeña, y sin vistas. Luego la otra, muy bien. Un día nos quedamos en el hotel, sin hacer excursión, y han tardado mucho tiempo en hacernos la habitación. Volvíamos y aún sin hacer, y eso que avisamos que ni bien se podría se hiciera.

• Laëtitia (8/5): Good - Great location. Easy to walk to town or activities. Tomas and Aswaldo were really helpful and friendly and provided great customer service. The laundry was very expensive and there was no information in the room to give out prices. When we spoke to Marcus at reception about this he got annoyed very quickly and was very argumentative and insisted all information was in the room when there was nothing there. We ended paying and leaving the hotel very disappointed with Marcus’s services.

• Valerie (4/5): - Very central location just in front of the port. The staff made an effort to put our group in rooms next to each other The lobby is a facade. It’s nice and feels luxe when you check in but the actual rooms are really old. There’s no air conditioning and the WiFi signal is really bad. We couldnt get internet in our rooms only in the lobby. Only 1 pillow per bed. It was a last minute booking because our flight got cancelled and we booked it since it was close to the port. The layout of the hotel is weird with the newer lobby and restaurant part necessitating 2 different elevators to get to the rooms. The staff didn’t even offer to help us bring our bags to our room, nor did they invite us to explore the pool/spa area while we waited for our rooms to be ready. We wouldn’t stay again

• Vanessa (10/5): Super lune de miel! - L’hôtel est superbe, très bien placé et avec une belle vue pour le petit déjeuner! Nous avions un lit King size. Le Spa est très sympa, le petit déjeuner très copieux. Sans critiquer mais simplement en suggestion, rajouter un balai brosse dans les toilettes serait bien le plus serait d’avoir une bouilloire dans la chambre mais sinon tout était parfait!

• Berit (9/5): Incredible! - The breakfast was great, location was perfect, staff was helpful, and the amenities were perfect! Definitely a great hotel to start off our journey at. Not that there is much to change, but hallway noise easily enters the rooms. Also, the mattress and pillows seemed a bit dated and uncomfortable, but nothing that would make me think twice about rebooking there.

Masaj denedim o da çok başarılıydı. Odada günlük 1 adet su ücretsiz olabilirdi. Bir de spada duş yapmak için şampuan ya da duj jeli yoktu.

Like anyware around this part of the world, hospitality and services is not a common thing, its not in there dna. Like Asia has! I booked via the hotel website. At check in , again I needed to fill in a paper, as a week before. Arrive in the old part in the hotel floor 3, street side , with lots of noise. I got a room with a double bed, I booked a 2x single bed. I called Reception, but hotel fully booked, and to make a 2 single bed, I needed to wait after whole check inn by other guest was finished. Its your fault you didnt gave me a room with 2 single beds, the didnt care! I needed to get up at 5 am. After many phone calls, finally housekeeping came to make the beds. I asked to speak to manager, Im still waiting. The lack of service is not normal in this hotel. The ' I dont want to work attitude ' is not also arriving in This hotel, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!

This would have been nice because I was super tired and just wanted to relax and watch a show. Instead I laid there 😞 and went to sleep.

It was great, friendly, helpful staff, comfortable bed and good breakfast to start the day.

• iantG6098GR (2/5): Soulless, unfriendly and completely inflexible. - This hotel is bland and devoid of any warmth or hospitality. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and management seem to operate on a hard “computer says no” policy. We made the mistake of assuming they would store some luggage between stays — something most hotels manage without drama. They flatly refused, even when we offered to pay. We ended up finding a lovely hostel up the hill that was happy to store our luggage — which says everything when a hostel offers better service than a hotel. Would not stay again. Avoid.
