Tried to even give us an upgrade, but we were too tired to wait for it to be cleaned 🙄We had just arrived from USA They did get us a nice room and checked in a little early They were super super nice and accommodating.
• Thomas (4/5): - Fantastic location Extremely noisy throughout the night, both with traffic and other guests coming and going. The room was also tired, had flickering lights and scuffed walls and could do with being updated.
• Debbie (10/5): Fancy but fun in Shoreditch - The hotel was easy to get to from the bus or tube, it had amazing restaurants and a rooftop bar which was such fun. All the staff were so friendly, I can't wait to take the whole family next year. I wouldn't say I didn't like it,but be careful not to get the double story room if you don't like stairs up to your bedroom. It was so cute though like a whole little suite.

• Sarah (9/5): Perfect London Hotel - This is my second time staying at Boundary Shoreditch and both times it was great! I got upgraded to a suite the first time I stayed which was amazing but the regular room I stayed in this time was also lovely. The room was notably sizeable for central London with a convenient separate luggage/wardrobe area and very comfortable bed . The hotel is in a fun neighbourhood with great cafes, bars, restaurants, shopping and transport on your doorstep. Nothing - everything is great!

The room was clean and very big for hotel room standard. We were in the shaker room. The towel warmer was a nice bonus We didn't love that the shower would flood the bathroom floor. There was a drain there but it was weird. Housekeeping did take care of it everyday.

No water provided for the rooms, even when we asked the cleaning girl - she said "ok" but never delivered. Seems odd as this ought to be standard in high rated hotels. Bathroom was large and "good" but the shower/bath set up made it almost impossible to shower without drenching the floor!

• Discover31926736179 (6/5): Good location with no sound proofing - While the location is great and the room size is perfect, compared to other London hotels, the rooms (which are modern since the hotel is recently built) have no soundproofing. This meant that it was difficult to sleep due to the street noise. There is one of the most popular restaurants in the area, apart from other restaurants (including the hotel's one) - where you can hear all the patrons in the street, apart from all the delivery trucks and garbage trucks early in the morning.

• Adam (3/5): Overpriced for what it is - Nice polite staff, location I was really looking forward to my stay as the hotel is marketed as a 5-star property, but unfortunately my experience didn’t match the price or expectations. The shower in my room had very poor drainage, which caused water to pool around my feet. I also struggled to sleep due to significant noise from outside, which carried on late into the night. In the morning, there were no hot breakfast options available because the kitchen was undergoing maintenance — only plain and almond croissants were offered. The hotel did issue a small refund, which I appreciated, but overall the stay didn’t feel like good value for the £250 nightly rate. Staff were polite, but the issues I experienced meant I couldn’t fully enjoy my stay.

• Michaela (7/5): Tolle Lage, aber man muss sich bewusst sein das es laut ist. - Die Lage ist toll. Brick Lane und Shorditch ist alles fussläufig erreichbar. Auch Underground Liverpool Street ist gut erreichbar. Das Eckzimmer war gross und hell. Leider sind die Fenster nicht oder zuwenig gut schallisoliert und daher war es sehr laut. Im Nachhinein habe ich festgestellt, dass wir nicht das eigentlich gebuchte Zimmer erhalten haben.

We were met with Mikey our lovely waiter who immediately turned the music down when we enquired about a quiet table as my friend and I wear hearing aids. Very attentive and friendly waiter and really yummy food!

If I was to be critical - and it has absolutely nothing to do with the hotel itself, it’s such a busy location that there does tend to be a bit of noise at night. We were totally fine with it though - it was dead quiet by about midnight

• julieok2018 (10/5): Fantastic stay for a wedding - We stayed at Boundary for the weekend and they hosted our daughter’s wedding. We cannot speak highly enough of our experience. Andreas and his team were phenomenal. Friendly, helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The food was great and we have already had many compliments from other wedding guests. The rooftop terrace is delightful and we partied the night away in their basement events room. Andreas in particular is an absolute gem of a human.
