• sachiko (9/5): ハイコスパ！ - リビングと寝室が分かれていて、それぞれにエアコンがついていたこと。 小さいながらバルコニーがついていたこと。 エントランスに、コーヒー紅茶、レンジがあったこと。 フロントの方が、とても親切でした。 ベットが若干硬い（タイでは標準なのかもしれません）

• Kosuke (8/5): 部屋を借りるだけで使うならgood - 安いし、バスターミナルに近く、次の日の朝にバスに乗るために1泊するという用途には十分でした。 アパートの一室を１日だけ借りるという形式なので、部屋には湯沸かしの電気ケトルも鍋、食器、調理器具も一切ありません。冷蔵庫はあります。割り切って使うなら良いでしょう。

• Judith (9/5): Nice place to stay near the Chiang Mai bus station - We just stayed here one night in-between bus journeys, and it was quite a nice place to stay. The location is less than a five-minute walk from the bus station, and it was a full apartment with a bedroom, couch, kitchenette and TV. There were also some good places to eat nearby.

• MadiiC (9/5): Bon séjour - Très grand logement parfait si vous êtes solo ou en duo. L'emplacement est a 10,15 min de old town en moto ou voiture mais même pas 3 min de la gare de bus a pied. Si vous voulez etre près mais dans un endroit calme c'est votre lieu. Le lit est un petit peu dur et la salle de bain a besoin de rafraîchissement.

• Wilson (7/5): Good stop over for catching the bus. Good price for the space. - Very handy for one night for the bus. Place was spotlessly clean, great space in the apartment. Close to restaurants and only a couple minute walk to the bus station. Bed is very hard so I was a bit sore when I woke up. Furniture in the bedroom is very dated and worn. Kitchenette has no facilities whatsoever so couldn’t make a cuppa in the morning.

• David (10/5): Excellent Value in many Ways! - Their check-in policy is earlier than most other places 10am. But even with that, they still let me check-in another two hours earlier. Room was big and clean, with separate living room and bedroom. Sofa was comfy and the tv had at least six English channels. Not that it would stop me from glady staying here again, but it is an older building and many things in the room look it. Doing a major update of furniture and fixtures may not be cost effective, but that doesn't mean they can't use a little paint to make things nicer. Paint is cheap! The paint on the wardrobe on the bedroom, for example (room 406), has worn away. It would only take about 100 baht worth of paint and maybe 30 minutes to make it look fresh again. It will still look old, but it doesn't have to look old and ugly! 😂 Just a little paying attention and a little effort can make a big difference!

I had to be in the city and also be outside... quiet location, good fo sleeping easy parking the hot water machine had a child protection system, i could not suss it out and needed help
• Janessa (7/5): Good - Adequate stay for 1 night. Great location for being close to the bus station. The room was advertised as having a sofa bed but this is not true. Then they charged me 200 baht for setting up a mattress on the floor.

The beds were hard, and also the sheets and blankets were dirty as well as the tables, walls, etc... , there's a whole empty kitchen with no plates or anything sort of not even a microwave !! just a simple sink and a mini fridge. Also the bedroom was pretty small compared to the rest of the apartment.

• Ruby (10/5): Lovely and easy stay near the bus station. - Booked to be close to the bus stop and was much nicer than we thought it was going to be and great value for money. Staff was friendly, room was clean and large, and the bed was super comfy. Even got the sun shining in onto the bed in the morning which was lovely. Nothing! All good :)
• Aguilera (6/5): We booked it cause we needed to take an early bus and arrived late night. If you plan to do so, this is your stay. Other - Location Couch was very damaged and we did not want to sit on it
• Dakota (8/5): Decent! - Very much as advertised! Location is right next to the bus station, which is why we chose it. Food options are right nearby. Spacious and comfortable enough, clean. Wifi worked okay from the living/kitchen area but not at all from the bedroom, and not well enough for working on video calls or anything. There are no amenities in the kitchen (no kettle, bowls, etc) which others have noted. So it is fine for a night or a couple, if you want to stay longer you’ll need your own things! Poor wifi.

• Lapapan (9/5): The very good place to stay near the Arcade Bus Station in Chiang Mai. - I like almost everything of this aplartment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is good. Location is good for me. The bathroom does not have shower curtain.

The apartment had a small kitchen and living area, bedroom and bathroom. It was very clean and had air con, fridge, water and toiletries. The apartment was a bit loud as the walls were thin so you could hear neighbours. The furniture in the living room was old and broken such as the couches and chair. The apartment was quite small and didn't have any kitchen equipment so couldn't be used for a longer stay. Lighting was harsh, the rooms need some lamps. It felt a bit dated and it could do with some modernising.

• Monta (9/5): Convenient- right next to buses - Right next to the two bus stations which was perfect for us. Spacious room. TV worked well. Spacious fridge also. Bed was a bit hard and one side of the sofa seemed to be broken. No kettle or microwave but not the end of the world.

• Gavin (10/5): Exceptional - Location location location. Stayed with 2 small children. We had to catch an early Green bus from Terminal 3 and the hotel was a 1 min walk away. They had private off street parking so we could leave our car parked overnight for the rental company Budget Catcher to collect in the morning.
