- Verified traveler (2/5): - The front desk told me that I have no reservation since I have already paid via Expedia. There was new ownership and Lux Star does not exist anymore according to the front desk. I had to stay at another hotel. I want my money back.

- Cheng-yu (6/5): 酒店位置不適合遊客, 交通不方便 - 前台不會說中文, 英文也一般般, 在網站上訂好房間後去到酒店, 前台沒有資料, 根本不知道我們會入住, 不知道哪裡出了問題, 還好有房間, 不然就麻煩了, 房間有窗, 整體還可以, 但酒店周邊是傳統市場, 不適合外國人逛.
