What truly stood out, however, was our breakfast experience at Mezze. Our server, Nickesha, was incredibly attentive, warm, and thoughtful throughout the meal. She made us feel genuinely special as we celebrated our anniversary, and even surprised us with a couple of complimentary mimosas — such a kind and memorable gesture. It’s clean, lots of eating options onsite, and a huge pool. But the best part is the wonderful staff. I’m a frequent visitor and I’ll keep coming!

Lulu welcomed us to the pool each morning. Josh, at the pool seemed to be everywhere at once. Kevin at the pool bar whipped up some great concoctions for my wife and I. He also recommended eating at Moody Tongue in the Hotel. That turned out to be a home run. The meal was fantastic and Leo and Princess treated us like gold. I wish I could remember the manager’s name. She was great. Not just managing employees but checking on the guests like a good manager should. We’ll be back.

From the moment we arrived, the level of service was outstanding and genuinely welcoming. Nickesha went out of her way to accommodate a special request by preparing a custom green juice without bananas, which I truly appreciated. Ashraf was also warm, attentive, and eager to help. What stood out most was the team’s attitude. Every request was met with enthusiasm and a willingness to make the experience great. “No” simply didn’t seem to exist in their vocabulary. The entire experience made me feel like a valued guest, and the hospitality did not go unnoticed.

- Foodie-for-me (10/5): A 10/10 birthday getaway! - Beautiful grounds, clean spacious room, 10/10 hospitality, close to lots of great dining. Highly recommend. My husband and I had a two-night stay in February for his birthday. The check-in process was quick and easy. Our room was a good size. The bedding linens were good quality. The bathroom was clean. We used the on-site gym and liked it very much. A good variety of equipment considering the space. The eucalyptus towels were a nice touch. The decor and artwork throughout the property is something we especially liked. If you enjoy architecture and artwork - you'll appreciate the attention to detail. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the main floor, which was 10/10 quality. We would like to give a special thank you to Bambi for her amazing hospitality at the front desk. I hope she is given a special kudos and reward for her top-notch service. We enjoyed walking to the nearby restaurants and again enjoying the vibrancy. There's a charm and a wonder about the area. We ate at Al Camino twice (lol) - it was that good! In the day, we ventured out to the marina, and passed by the Aston Martin dealership on our way back. Would definitely recommend a visit to Hilton West Palm Beach.

Reagan at the front desk was very helpful when there was an issue with the battery going bad with the door lock!

Small things make a big difference. These two women were kind, cheerful, and totally helpful at 6a on a Sunday morning, and we were super grateful.

I enjoyed the complimentary buffet breakfast and my server Nickesha was amazing. Room is comfortable, though carpeting can use some refresh. Everyone at the checkin is helpful and so pleasant. I look forward to my next year trip.
