• Aleksandra (9/5): I recommend to stay there, close to everything but not to loud - It’s really close to the city center, quiet neighborhood. Close to the shops, nice view, the breakfast was nice also coffee, jucie and fruits to choose. Really nice and friendly staff, they will always help you. 8 minutes to the beach if you decide to walk there, many restaurants.

A medencehasználattal kapcsolatos kiírás félreérthető volt, és sajnos a panaszunk kezelését nem éreztük megfelelőnek. Az ágy számunkra kényelmetlen volt, a zuhanyzó pedig nagyon szűk, a zuhanyfüggöny ránktapadt zuhanyzás közben. Ígéretet kaptunk arra, hogy utánanéznek egy szobaváltásnak, de visszajelzést végül nem kaptunk. Úgy gondoljuk, a vendégélmény javítása érdekében nagyobb figyelmet fordíthatnának a panaszok kezelésére.

• Çağla (10/5): Very relaxing vacation - I love the room, the pool, the breakfast, and how Vasilis was helpful with everything we needed. The pool was very calm and we preferred spending time in the room. Everything we needed was there. we could easily lock our door and the AC was working perfectly. The cleaning was not the best, but it was still okay.

• Iain (8/5): I had a very enjoyable relaxing holiday. - Vasilis, Helene & Mika were great hosts. Very welcoming & friendly with lots of helpful tips & advice. Great location with choice of 3 local beaches. Near to a good selection of tavernas which served lovely Greek food. Bus stop very close allowed easy & cheap travel to Rhodes Town (30-40 mins) & Lindos (50mins-1hr10mins). Good selection at the breakfast buffet each morning. It is a quiet hotel & quiet location away from Faliraki centre (25-30 mins walk). I stayed 17 nights & had a very enjoyable relaxing holiday. My first time to Rhodes & would love to return soon. The shower & shower curtain were difficult to manage.
• Adis (3/5): Viel Potenzial aber auch noch viel zu verbessern - Es wird jeden Tag sauber gemacht und es gibt jeden 2 Tag frische Handtücher. Frühstück- Extrem schlecht,jeden Tag das gleiche,nur 2 Sorten Käse ( Und das in Griechenland) ,nicht mal genug Brot für alle Gäste. Das Zimmer 105 als Deluxe zu bezeichnen ist ein Witz. Es ist nicht zu empfehlen hier Urlaub zu machen

Blisko przystanek autobusowy- możliwość wycieczki do Lindos i Rodos. Właściciel wyszedł z inicjatywa, że możemy wymeldować się później.

The breakfast was tasty and varied each morning, and the location couldn’t be better - just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. The whole place had a relaxed, welcoming vibe, and the staff were super friendly, always ready to help with a smile. We really felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The only downsides were the Wi-Fi, which worked well on some days but was mostly unusable (though that seems to be our usual experience with Greek Wi-Fi, haha), and the lack of a few hooks or something similar near the sink area for hanging towels. Other than that, everything was really nice and we genuinely enjoyed our time here.

Un giorno ha piovuto e lo spazio all’interno al coperto per fare colazione non era adeguato ad accogliere tutti gli ospiti. Il personale si è comunque dato da fare per trovare una soluzione. • Elena (8/5): Simpler accommodation with basic equipment - 5 minutes to the beach or to the bus stop. Very friendly and helpful stuff. The room had a balcony, a tea maker, a fridge, shampoo, a soap. Functional AC. Shower stall with a curtain - not so comfortable and hygienic.
• Danijela (10/5): Piacevole sorpresa! - Struttura semplice e bella, camera spaziosa e pulita, posizione ottima: a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, 10 minuti dalla strada principale dove transitano tutti gli autobus verso nord e sud dell'isola (e per l'aeroporto) e 10 dalla zona centrale di Faliraki. Personale molto accogliente e amichevole. Colazione a buffet ricca e varia. Siccome dovevo partire prima dell'orario della collazione, il personale mi ha preparato la sera prima il box colazione da portare in camera e fare la colazione in camera. Davvero un'attenzione al cliente che rimane impressa, con il costo di pernottamento contenuto rispetto ai costi a Faliraki. Consiglio vivamente! Sarebbe bello, oltre al frigorifero, il bollitore e le tazze con in omaggio le monodosi di nescaffé, tisana e zucchero, avere in camera un paio di piatti e di posate.

• Liselot (3/5): Het viel erg tegen - De ligging van het hotel is goed. Korte afstand van centrum en strand. Wij hadden dit hotel gezocht en geboekt vanwege het zwembad. Bij aankomst bleek echter dat het zwembad alleen beschikbaar was voor de kamers op de begane grond. Toen wij aangaven dat dit niet duidelijk zichtbaar is op booking.com kregen we als enige reactie het zwembad is alleen voor bepaalde kamers. Dus let hier goed op bij het boeken! Ook waren de handdoeken vies in de badkamer en waren de airconditioners helemaal voerroest.

Buffet della colazione giusto nelle quantità, migliorabile leggermente nella varietà. Spiaggia carina raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti, in circa 10/15 minuti si arriva alla zona dei bar/ristoranti Molto vicino alla strada principale che collega Lindos e Rodi, ma in una via tranquilla e silenziosa. In generale ci siamo trovati bene considerando il rapporto qualità prezzo. P.s. Attenzione solo all'aria condizionata che non è compresa nel prezzo (sono 9 euro al giorno), ma su Expedia ciò non viene specificato.

• Mandy (10/5): - Wir waren 12 Nächte im Nikos BnB in Faliraki und hatten eine rundum schöne Zeit! Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich, man hat sich wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Unser Zimmer war sauber, mit Klimaanlage und einem schönen Balkon ausgestattet. Die Reinigung erfolgte fast täglich und war immer gründlich. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut – besonders der Kaffee hat uns positiv überrascht, richtig lecker! Ein besonderes Highlight: Uns wurde spontan bei der Mietwagenbuchung geholfen – innerhalb von 15 Minuten hatten wir ein Auto. Die Rückgabe war super unkompliziert: Wir konnten den Wagen in der Nähe des Flughafens abgeben und wurden anschließend sogar noch zum Flughafen gebracht. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub und können das Nikos BnB uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Duschen war ein Abenteuer. Der Duschvorhang klebte ständig am Körper. Der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken hat ziemlich gespritzt. Aber das sind nur Luxusprobleme.
• Alessia (1/5): Un’esperienza da non ripetere, attenti alle foto che ingannano - Nulla. Generalmente tendo a lasciare un feedback solo quando l’esperienza è stata positiva, ma purtroppo mi trovo a dover mettere in guarda altri turisti come me che magari vengono attratti dalle foto di questo BnB. Sono stata una settimana nella stanza superior, appena arrivata mi rendo subito conto che non è ciò che avevo prenotato. Chiedo spiegazioni alla receptionist che mi guarda sbigottita. Nella camera era tutto diverso, specchi, letti, armadi, cassaforte non presente, bagno con lavabo più piccolo. Sulle finestre c’era addirittura dello scotch in orizzontale, che impediva di guardare fuori. La cosa che ci aveva spinto a prendere questa camera, con prezzo così elevato, era la piscina indipendente, accessibile solo a chi aveva la stanza superior. Purtroppo la nostra era la prima e non era separata come le altre, difatti la mattina dalla zona colazione si vedeva direttamente nel nostro appartamento. Tornando alla receptionist, mi chiede cosa trovo di diverso dalle foto, io le elenco tutto ciò e mi viene detto che sono differenze minime. Chiedo quindi di poter avere la camera delle foto, mi risponde che sono al completo e che al massimo mi avrebbe dato una camera per un prezzo inferiore. Insisto ma non trovo soluzione, quindi torno in camera amareggiata. Durante la settimana succedono anche episodi poco piacevoli. La receptionist mi aveva assicurato che solo durante la mattina avremmo avuto gente che guardava nelle nostre camere, durante la colazione. Così non è stato, un pomeriggio difatti in costume, dopo un bagno in piscina, mi ritrovo un uomo che fumando una sigaretta nella zona colazione (la cui cenere si è depositata tutta nella nostra stanza) mi guarda insistentemente. Non so se era un cliente o un dipendente del BnB, comunque la nostra privacy non è stata rispettata. Ultimo episodio sgradevole successo a due giorni della partenza. Torniamo in camera alle 16.30, dopo essere stati a Rodi città, ci buttiamo in piscina e ci mettiamo a rilassarci sui materassini.
• Sandro (9/5): - La colazione sia dolce che salata è risultata più che soddisfacente e può essere consumata sia all' interno che all' esterno in una atmosfera rilassante. Il personale della struttura è risultato presente e disponibile verso il cliente. La posizione, un po' defilata, garantisce tranquillità a tutte le ore e risulta a 2 minuti di macchina dal centro di Faliraki. Nonostante avessimo la TV in camera, non abbiamo trovato canali italiani. Questo non ha influito negativamente nel giudizio espresso nei confronti della struttura.

They definitely make your stay even more enjoyable. Both check-in and check-out were easy and quick. The location is very good, around the hotel is very quite, and very near to the beach. Is all clean, the room and the other spaces. The pool is exclusively for the apartments located in the main floor.They should clarify this in the Booking.com description and include photos of the other apartments that aren't fully renovated. Breakfast is always the same; it doesn't vary at all. The Wi-Fi didn't work very well in my room.

Ogni giorno cambio degli asciugamani e frequente cambio delle lenzuola! Abbiamo chiesto causa allergia una pulizia del condizionatore in camera e sono intervenuti di domenica pomeriggio per sistemare e pulire il tutto! FANTASTICI! Una bella colazione con scelta fra dolce e salato, non molte cose ma sempre fresche e rimesse durante il turno della colazione! Personale e staff veramente gentilissimi e super disponibili a qualsiasi esigenza!

• Berivan (7/5): Tam bir fiyat performans oteli - Konumu harika. Denize 5-10 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Özellikle Billy’e teşekkür ederiz, eşime doğum günü pastası alıp sürpriz yapmama yardımcı oldu. Otopark sorunu yok, otelin önündeki geniş sokakta rahatlıkla park edebilirsiniz. Kahvaltısı da gayet yeterli ve iyi Yatak ve banyoların yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. İşte o zaman gerçek anlamda mükemmel olur.

• Giorgio (10/5): - Cordialità e disponibilità dello staff. La pulizia della struttura ,posizione strategica vicino le spiagge e il centro ma al contempo zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Punto forte la colazione varia e abbondante. Struttura consigliatissima!! Consiglierei un box doccia così da evitare che l'acqua esca fuori.

• Dóra (5/5): - Jó helyen van, a személyzet valóban kedves. Légkondicionáló használatával foglaltuk a szállást, bár nem használtuk, mert a kinézete alapján azóta nem volt kitakarítva, hogy felkerült a falra (csatolok képet). A szoba koszos volt átvételkor. 1-2 naponta cseréltek törölközőt, illetve szemetest ürítettek, de más takarítás ezeken felül nem történt. Streaming szolgáltatás csak akkor van, ha le van töltve a telefonodra, de a TV-t használni sem tudtuk, úgy volt, hogy a délelőtti kollega megnézi majd, de ez nem történt meg. Az ágy borzasztóan kényelmetlen (de ez egyéni), a matrac nincs rögzítve, így csúszkál.

• Mehmet Uğurkan (8/5): It was a great experience even if ot was our first time in Rhodes. So I highly recommend staying at Nikos BnB due to its - Initially, staff were great. Vasilis helped us a lot during our stay in Nikos BnB. He arranged a reservation for renting a car with quite reasonable prices. We are not pool people, so we didn’t use the pool, but if we weren’t we wouldn’t have used it as it seemed a bit dirty.
• Marina (5/5): - Die Lage war recht gut, die Busststion ist eine Gehminute entfernt. Busse fahren recht unregelmäßig bzw. nicht immer pünktlich! Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, gefühlt aus den 80er Jahren und nicht renoviert, obwohl es einige dürftige Stellen gibt! Aus dem Wasserhahn spritzt das Wasser in alle Richtungen anstatt strahlgerade herauszufließen. Zum Duschen hat man kaum Platz-Duschvorhang klebt konstant an einem Körperteil. Putzservice war nicht regelmäßig vorhanden. Achtung: Keine Koffer, Türen, Taschen etc. mit geöffneten Lebensmitteln am Boden lassen-sonst bildet sich schnell eine Ameisenstraße!
• Rasa (2/5): Bloga patirtis - Niekas Pusryčiai nevalgomi, aplinka-šiukšlynas. Reikėjo prašyti to kas priklauso-kondicionieriaus, feno. Dar paeme po 2 eur už parą tvarkos mokesti, nors realiai bookinge jau viskas sumokėta. Esu labai pikta. Nuotraukos bookinge neatitinka realybės.
• Jaqueline (8/5): - A localização e a cordialidade dos funcionários foi excelente Alguns pontos precisam ser melhorados - no banheiro havia falta de acabamentos (partes não concluídas da obra) - não havia ganchos para pendurar as toalhas usadas após banho - não havia espelho para corpo inteiro - havia um pote para coleta de água do ar-condicionado na área externa junto à piscina que enchia e saía fora (inútil) - não havia cobertas, apenas lençóis - café da manhã com reposição lenta

• Sika (8/5): I hope I'll be back soon - Very helpful and kind staff. They helped me securibg an excursion on my last day and it was greatMy room was really clean. The equipment are basic but it's ok if you don't really mind.The hotel is located only 2 minutes walk from the bus, 15 minutes walk from Faliraki center and 5 minutes walk from the beach. The only thing for me was some people yelling and playing loud music but it only happened twice during my 1 week stay

Buona la colazione Bagno piccolo, soprattutto la doccia con la tenda. Aria condizionata a pagamento 2€ al giorno. Movida soprattutto per ragazzi dai 18/25 anni. Per un target più alto meglio Rodi o Lindos.

• Veera (8/5): Viihtyisä lomakohde - Henkilökunta oli hyvin mukava ja Billy erittäin joustava ja avulias. Huone oli siisti ja aamupala riittävä :) Saimme myös ohjeistusta mahdollisista päiväretkistä ja bussiaikatauluista. Sijainti oli erinomainen!

• Lijana (10/5): Su malonumu sugrįščiau! - Viešbutis tvarkingas, rami aplinka, netoli paplūdimio - 5 min, iki centro 10 min., autobusų stotelė šalia iš kurios galima pasiekti įvairias salos vietas. Viešbutyje siūloma daug papildomų paslaugų, mums padėjo užsisakyti automobilį kelionei po salą. Labai ačiū personalui už rastą ir saugotą laikrodį, kurį pamečiau terasoje! Baseinas lyg ir bendras, bet į jį pagrinde išėjimas iš kambarių, jei tokį pasirinkote. Jei gyvenate ne prie baseino, išsimaudžius jame nėra gultų ant kurių galėtumėte pasimėgauti saule. 308 kambaryje paskutinį vakarą sustreikavo kondicionierius, ne šaldė, o pūtė šiltą vėjelį, bet už poros valandų atsigavo.
