- Dominic (8/5): Great for remote workers on a budget - Fantastic value for money. Comes with a co-working space downstairs which you can use 24hr. Superior room with balcony is spacious and has a nice feel. Rooms are a little dated but comfortable and for the price you can’t go wrong.

- David (10/5): A Very Good Hotel - 1. My room was larger than I expected, so it felt comfortable. 2. The bed was hard, which is good for my back. 3. The room was quiet. I only heard the lovely sounds of the birds singing chirping in the morning. 4. The room had a full size refrigerator, which is great for long stays. 5. Two rolls of toilet paper were provided along with 2 X 600 ml bottles of bottled water per day. Soap and shampoo provided as well. 6. Staff were kind and helpful. The manager lent me her smartphone charger because I forgot to bring one. Not something the hotel has any control over, but the conduct of the women employed by the 8 or 10 massage shops located on the same street. They constantly shouted "Massage" out to me every time I passed. It's really annoying and disrespectful to me. I am in Chiang Mai for a peaceful vacation, not to be the target of aggressive saleswomen who I have absolutely no intention of patronizing. If you stay at this hotel, please do not give your business to any massage shop that solicits you. Support the professional ones that don't. Note to Hotel: Please contact Grab taxi service and have them update your hotel's name in their app. Their app has your hotel's old name. So, reaching your hotel from the airport with Grab was a little tricky. I had to write out the whole address in their app when I reserved the taxi.
- Blankenheim (10/5): - My first night I stayed in a upgraded quiet room on the third floor with some English movie and world news channels on television. Next day I decided to stay in a budget room on the fourth floor. Other than no English tv channels the room was excellent 👍. WiFi excellent. Best WiFi so far in eight Thailand trips. Excellent air conditioner. Nice clean shower with plenty of pressure and hot water. Paid 150 baht for a four egg breakfast. Owners are very helpful and not afraid to spend to keep rooms in excellent working order. From My side of the fourth floor You can hear the rock and roll bands from the Night Bazaar in the distance until 1130ish at night which for Me is an added bonus. Thanks Mel

Simple room but clean The road was a bit on the noisy side, but then during the night it calmed down and i could anyhow sleep quite well
