Anna met me personally and showed me to my very large room that could have slept 4-5 people. She helped me with what to do my first day, and showed me all the booklets about the area. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Thank you so much!

• Liana (8/5): B&B consigliabile - Proprietario del B&B molto disponibile e cordiale. E sinceramente non necessitando niente di più di quello già offerto nell’abitazione non avevamo altre richieste. La locazione è in pieno centro storico e dentro Orvieto si gira tutto piedi. L’unico neo era il parcheggio, che sì è gratuito…ma si trova in parcheggio pubblico, affollato. Però il proprietario è sempre stato gentilissimo muovendo la sua autovettura per darci il posto. Abita al piano superiore ed è sempre stato attento a soddisfarci.

The bathroom mould needs a good clean & no kitchen plug to wash up in kitchenette, even after request. Self serve breakfast with packaged products. Friendly host. Comfy bed with extra single beds in studio room.

• Natalia E (8/5): A pasos del duomo - El lugar está poco señalizado (llegamos de milagro), es muy céntrico, amplio y limpio, el bioler es pequeño u no alcanza el agua caliente más que para una persona, el respaldo es muy modernista pero si te mueves dormido puedes golpearte. Jack el mejor anfitrión.
• Jean-Philippe (6/5): - Nous avions pris cet hébergement car nous croyions que c’était un B&B, mais finalement c’était un loft dans un quasi sous-sol sans fenêtre. Pour déjeuner, il n’y avait que du pain emballé sous-vide et des yaourts. Très ordinaire. Toutefois, l’emplacement était parfait, juste derrière la cathédrale. Donc, c’était acceptable mais sans plus.

Very easy access with no city traffic, free parking right outside the door, relaxed surroundings, and a delightful, classy host who made us feel like we were staying over at a friend’s apartment for the night. Coffee and breakfast snacks, good hot water, useful kitchenette. A perfect overnight stay.
• Marlene (10/5): Welcoming hostess - We received a warm welcome by our host. The accomodations were spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of hot water. We were allowed to store our luggage after checkout. I would very much recommend this place friends.

Kind of enjoyed lighting the stove each morning for the moka coffee pot! Would have like to had a microwave to heat things up. Comfortable bed and clean facility. Highly recommended.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - The location was so convenient to walk around Orvieto. Giacomo left us with a basic equipped kitchenette where we could heat up food etc . This meant we didn’t have to eat out every meal. He was kind enough To give us a lift from and to the train station. Nice fluffy bath towels too and bath essentials . Grazie Giacomo. !

My only complaint is not all of the beds were made up and we didn’t notice until he got in late so my friend and I had to sleep on the king bed. Wasn’t a big deal because bed was comfortable which was a huge plus! I would definitely stay there again. Nice that it had a little kitchenette.
• Callan (10/5): Basic, a little hard to find, but a great value - This is a room that is let by a super nice guy named Giacomo. It is very spacious and would be a good choice for traveling with smaller children, It is in the middle of town and all of the attractions in Orvieto are walkable. It is promoted as a B&B but don't expect a hot breakfast. There will be a supply of packaged pastries and a few other things, but that's it. BUT there is a full assortment of cookware, plates and utensials, ground Italian coffee, and two Moka pots. A gas stove and fridge are in the unit, but no microwave. We had a little trouble finding the unit (by little I mean maybe two extra minutes) . The unit is attached to the Duomo's property, just a short distance up Via Nebbia from the elementary school but on the opposite side of the street. The only sign is a 6" by 6" ceramic tile at eye level that says simply B&B. There is an intercom next to it and if you press it, Giacomo will hang his head out the second story window and greet you. Take note when he is recommending places for dinner, his suggestions are great. The Wi-Fi works well if you stand on the side of the room opposite the bed.
• Melissa H. (8/5): Comfortable space for a couple - Giacomo was very helpful in giving directions, places to explore and things to do. He walked us through the apartment as well. The space (and especially the bed) was cozy for two people. My husband and I would recommend staying here.

• salvo (10/5): Ottimo b&b - Abbiamo trascorso due giorni in questo b&b per una breve gita ad Orvieto. La posizione è ottima, il monolocale è carino e il proprietario e’ super disponibile. Ci ritorneremo.
• Fabio (10/5): Tranquillissimo e a due passi dal centro - La struttura è un monolocale con servizi, wifi gratuito e possibilità di usare la cucina. Nonostante sia al pianterreno è tranquillissimo, forse la pecca è che è poco luminoso anche di giorno, ma se si va ad Orvieto è per visitarla quindi! Giacomo, il proprietario, è stato molto cortese e ci ha lasciato un posto per la macchina di quelli riservati ai residenti nel centro storico (d'altronde Orvieto si gusta camminando). La posizione del B&B è strategica: in meno di un minuto si raggiunge il Duomo, giusto due minuti in più e si arriva al Corso Cavour che è l'arteria principale del centro storico da cui raggiungere la stupenda piazza dei Capitani del popolo; sempre a piedi in una decina di minuti ci si può allungare al pozzo di San Patrizio e a quel punto si può passeggiare sul camminamento che circonda la rupe su cui sorge Orvieto. Chiaramente il Duomo da solo già vale la sosta ad Orvieto ma tutto il centro è carinissimo e poi il valore aggiunto è dato dalla possibilità di mangiare davvero bene in tanti posti (uno su tutti L'Oste del Re)

• Verified traveler (10/5): Overnight in Orvieto - B&B Duomo is very well situated in Orvieto, being right behind the Duomo. It is convenient for walking to most of the sights of the city. The B&B is spacious, quiet, and secure and was adequate for an overnight stay.
• Noko (8/5): Duomoに近い、便利なロケーション - オーナーのお宅の１階が宿泊施設になっています。部屋は広く、ダイニングテーブル、小さなキッチンそして食器が揃っています。私たちは2人で宿泊しましたが、4人でも十分な広さです。部屋の入口は道に面しており、オーナーから鍵を渡されると、自分の家のような気軽さで出入りできます。お部屋には12時に通してくれました。その日の午後はOrvietoを散策の予定でしたので、昼食や休憩に立ち寄ることが出来て、便利でした。翌日の早朝のバスに乗る予定でしたので、部屋に用意してあったバンを食べ、鍵をテーブルの上に残し、部屋を出るだけのチェックアウトでした。チェックイン以外でオーナーにお会いすることは有りませんでした。真冬だったため、エアコンの暖房だけでは少し寒かったのが残念なところ。暖かい季節ならパーフェクト。

• Fabio (10/5): Excelente custo benefício! - A hospedagem foi ótima, quarto grande equipado com uma mini cozinha, banheiro confortável, aquecimento e wifi perfeitos. Café da manhã de acordo com a proposta, caso queira incrementar tem a geladeira e fogão à disposição. A localização é perfeita para conhecer o centro histórico, as principais atrações são alcançadas a pé. Tive a sorte de ser recebido pelo anfitrião na estação de trem (o que foi uma grande gentileza), que me levou de carro até o estabelecimento. Para quem vai chegar sem poder desfrutar da corna, basta sair da estação de trem, pegar o funicular que está logo a frente, depois de subir tome o ônibus que para na praça da catedral, dirija-se ao fundo dela, no lado direito de quem para ela olha, desça uma pequena escadaria, vire a direita e em seguida à esquerda e já chegou na rua do estabelecimento (é muito perto).
• Patricio (10/5): Súper Recomendable!!! - Muy bueno!! excelentemente ubicado, a 1 cuadra del Duomo y de la calle principal de la ciudad: habitación muy confortable, excelente recepción por parte de Giacomo ( el propietario ) quien nos brindó víveres para el desayuno. Camas confortables, Tv y WiFi muy bien. Lo mismo el baño.
