patrick (10/5): - La ubicación frente al parque Juárez ( pas vraiment bruyant).. la gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel notamment Kary très professionnelle et attentionnée. Et le surclassement… Tehuacan mérite une étape aussi pour zapotitlan salinas et au delà. Que les travaux du parc soient achevés

BERNARDO (8/5): Buen hotel pero puede mejorar - El hotel está muy bonito. Buena higiene y buen servicio. Los únicos puntos negativos son el estacionamiento pequeño y que se filtra el ruido de la calle y del bar de la lado.

La caja de seguridad no servía. El control del aire también lo tuvimos que pedir en front.

Omar (3/5): Poor - Staff is polite, rooms are nice and it's good value for money for the location. The hotel had an incipient infestation of bed bugs and the staff thought we were making it up even though we showed them a death bed bug. First they said nothing could be done, then things changed when I offered accepting a partial refund. My friend, who works in hospitality, then explained that if it was up to us to get new accommodation, the refund should be total. They did oblige and owned it up and became very helpful in the end suggesting places to stay. However, I didn't appreciate the staff trying to take advantage of the situation at the very beginning.

Matthew (6/5): - The location is the great close to everything right in the heart of downtown, how ever our room didn’t have a window that opened and it was tiny, no AC only a floor fan due to all that it was extremely hot inside. No elevator. But the staff was very attentive and nice.

Nancy (10/5): - ON OUR STAY THE STAFF WAS GREAT AND ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN, THE LOCATION WAS CLOSE TO ALL SHOPPING STORES, RESTAURANTS AND EASY TRANSPORTATION. WE HAD A VIEW ROOM AND ON OUR THIRD NIGHT WE HAD TO REQUEST CHANGE OF ROOM BECAUSE EVERY NIGHT THE MUSIC WAS SO LOUD FROM THE BARS BELOW THEY HAD MUSIC TILL 2AM AND IN THE EARLY MORNING YOU COULD HEAR TRAFFIC VERY LOUD. THE STAFF RIGHT AWAY MOVED US TO THE ROOMS FARTHER FROM THE STREET AND IT MADE OUR STAY MORE COMFORTABLE. WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN ON OUR NEXT TRIP.

Suzanne (10/5): Right on the zocalo - Great location and friendly staff. We used the underground parking, and thought the room was great - clean and spacious with a superb view of the zocalo. Sweet little breakfast too. Absolutely great value. Only issue is there is no lift so not appropriate for wheelchair users.
Doug (10/5): Fine hotel on the Main Park - Very helpful doorman spoke some English so was a great help to someone just learning Spanish. Across the park was a beautiful cathedral heavily trimmed in gold and the area around the park was marvellously alive with activities on Saturday night.
