Guest Reviews
- Bobbie-Jo (9/5): -
- William (4/5): Won't return - The wifi only worked for about 5 minutes of the entire stay. The toilet seat was the shortest one I've ever seen and the the shower head was way too low for a 6 ft. tall person.
- John (9/5): It was very pleasant, very little noise leading to a better nights sleep. - We found some syringe caps in our room, indicating it had not been thoroughly cleaned. Otherwise, the room was very nice and comfortable for the price, and the staff very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely return again if traveling thorough that area. Finding syringe caps in our room.
- Sharon (7/5): Ok. - It was very roomy and comfortable. A very noisy location and the deadbolt on the door didn't work.
- Stan (4/5): - Room was really cold. No heat
- David (8/5): - The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast would have been nice. The room was clean, but xould use a remodel. We could get only one channel on the TV eventho they just upgraded the cable.
- Danielson (7/5): - No TV.. cable was out
- Zoey (7/5): Overall a great stay! The service from the desk to booking was a breeze, great customer service! - The bed was really comfortable, the jacuzzi was very clean, the room was clean, the patio was clean, overall a good stay! I'm still waiting on getting my money back from the temporary hold, I haven't yet received it back. There were no damages and nothing used that would've taken from the cost of staying at the hotel.
- Maureen (10/5): - Friendly staff
- Petersen (10/5): -
- hallock (8/5): good but no tv - all was good, but no tv have tv
- Janet (6/5): Clean, good value for a basic no-frills overnight stay - Easy check in & out process. Nice staff. The room was clean. Quiet stay. Price was right.
I needed ice for a very small cooler...the desk clerk told me yes, by all means, and pointed out the ice machine. He also told me where nearby restaurant & microbrewery were located, in case we were interested. The rooms need sprucing up (updating & replacement), and cable TV was still non functional, but I was told that before checking in, so no surprises.

- Gregory (2/5): Lively evening nightlife in a neighborhood with lots of community activities. - Everything was broken, curtains, fridge, outlets, cable tv, and more. Wifi was slow and useless. People hanging out in the parking lot all night making tons of noise, shouting, screaming, getting in fights, tires squealing. People living at the motel with visitors in and out constantly. Two guys who weren't even staying there were hanging out by my door I told them to leave. They came back so the manager came out and told them to leave. It wasn't even all that cheap still cost a hundred bucks when all said and done.
- Walter (6/5): - Friendly front desk person. Loud traffic noise and no TV service!
- Jill (6/5): -
- Lucinda (9/5): Super lovely check in staff - On an easy to access main drag. Very reasonable price Would be nice to have a mini fridge
- Kathy (8/5): - Clean, quiet, helpful and friendly staff, good value ☺️
- Gary (9/5): -
- Joscelynq (10/5): Great value! -

- Fox (8/5): Taking a break at Brooks Street. - Front desk was very guest oriented. Room was too close to main road
Lots of road noise.

- Guest (7/5): At the price, this motel was fine for one night. - The price of lodging in Missoula varies with the school year. This was the cheapest we could find for one night's stay after 500 miles on the road, and in that a good value for our money.
The night manager was courteous and helpful. For early coffee and snacks there's an excellent Circle K on US 93 just west, en route to I-90. Our room had a card table and chairs, but no microwave or fridge. Surfaces were worn and scuffed. Still, the room was clean enough and adequate for our short stay.
- Kathy (8/5): My stay was short and fine - It was not only affordable but was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also accommodating because after got there I asked for 1st floor because of no elevator and the lady switched me over quickly. There was really nothing not to like. Not fancy but clean and usable
- Randy (6/5): -
- Gary (10/5): - Outside property was very well kept clean and the room was very clean
- Natalie (6/5): - I was concerned about the homeless trailer out my window and if they would break into my car. I took everything out of my car for the night so I did not have to worry. Maybe I should have asked for another room closer to the office.
- Ronald (8/5): - Close to restaurants and other venues. Internet spotty at best, need more transmitters.
- Mobile40257002189 (10/5): I had a great experience here! I recommend - The staff was very friendly, they made my stay enjoyable. I can say, I have never stay at a place tmwith a friendly group of people. My next stay will be here.
The room was clean, I had everything I needed for my extended stay.
- Eileen (6/5): - Didn't like the room. No remote for the room and microwave was not cleaned. So I requested a different room. The desk assistant was helpful, so we got a different room, liked it better, this room was also missing the tv remote. Makes me think 🤔 what happened to them, anyway the desk clerk manage to find one from
Another room. My experience is I will not stay again here. No coffee for the next morning.
- Rusty (5/5): Motorcycle trip. Was better than camping. - Quiet. Small frig and microwave in room. Was not available. Had to go to office for coffee.
- danielle (2/5): - Rude staff, carpet old, dirty and stained. Bedspread old, blanket was made of weird material that made my skin itch.
I will NEVER stay there again.
- Warren (8/5): - You can park outside your room.
- Karl-Heinz (10/5): - Convinient and reasonable priced
- Ronnie L (10/5): - Room was comfortable.
- William (7/5): -
- james (4/5): Not again... - Nothing. the room was dingy. For the price, Motel 6 would have been better. It reeked of some sort of air "freshener" that made one think of rooms used for purposes other than sleeping.
- Vickie (10/5): - We stayed here before when we drove cross country to see our daughter and grandkids. It’s great. We like to go to Cracker Barrel when we stay there.
- Michelle (10/5): - Everyone was very nice and very personable and gave us whatever we asked
- Eileen (10/5): - Fine for a late night stop. Clean and quiet.
- Megan (10/5): - excellent
- Becky (10/5): - Staying another night
- Ofelia (10/5): - Very friendly staff. Great pub and food truck in back of hotel. Very relaxed environment.
- Shayne (8/5): - Clean room and easy parking.
- Dylan (6/5): - The place was nice and comfortable and the staff were very nice, but the wifi did not work
- bruce (8/5): - Clean dated room, quiet and friendly staff
- Selvaraj (10/5): - The check in was smooth and the room we booked was large with two queen bed. We just stayed one night on our way to Seattle. It is the cheap and best place for a overnight stay.
- Lyle D. (10/5): - Great value for the price. Very well kept and comfortable facilities.
- Fox (8/5): Breaktime in Missoula - Location was a plus. Close to everything, easy to get around. When you stay more than one night....you do not get your room serviced.
- Janet (10/5): - Clean, staff super nice. Room was very nice
- Barry (10/5): - Great place, great staff.
- Carie (8/5): -
- martin (4/5): don't stay - old motel needs updating. front door was rusted and had air leaks, not worth $100 for the stay. at midnight hells angels arrived on there Harleys felttheywere in the room. lumpy mattress. how did this get a 8.8 review. More like 4.0
- Merran (7/5): It was a place to keep and do washing - It had a coin operated laundry and was easy to access It advertised breakfast when that is actually just a sweet muffin & coffee/tea/hot chocolate
- Samuel (6/5): Good on the inside, questionable on the outside - the room was clean, and adequate. There were no disturbances. The interactions with the staff were friendly and efficient. The bed was comfortable, and the sink, toilet and shower clean and functioning well. the outside is looking run-down - stains and scratches on doors, for example. The were no extra amenities in the room. We arrived at 3 for check-in tired from participation in the Senior Olympics, but the rooms were not ready, leaving us outside when we wanted to be inside resting.
- Kevin (8/5): - It was ok just really old
- Russ (7/5): -
- Brittany (10/5): - The laundry was cheap and the area was very clean! Beautiful view from the second floor. Muffins for breakfast were delicious (they stop serving them the beginning of October jsyk). And my room was huge.
- Ian (10/5): - Very clean rooms at a great price.
- Sean (10/5): - Well above average for a “budget hotel”
- Daren (8/5): - Stayed here several times. Basic clean, no frills room at a good price. Don't expect breakfast or refrigerator/micowave at the 1bed price. They offer other rooms that have those options for more money. I've paid more in Missoula for more options but in less clean and maintained property in a less accessible area. If you want a better property to have other options go for it. I don't need a pool, laundry or breakfast for a room I'm going to spend 12hrs in at almost, for twice the price.
- Patricia (6/5): - Didn’t realize there wasn’t an elevator. Stairs in the annex are questionable. Review I saw was 8.2. At best, should be 6.2. Run down. Clean. Folks were nice.
- Joyce (10/5): - Good hotel for the price.
- Glenn (6/5): -
- Guest (7/5): -
- Magdelane (7/5): - The staff were courteous and the rooms were very clean. The beds were not comfortable.
- Holliday (5/5): The aging condition of the room did not bother me as it was clean and comfortable - Room was clean, beds comfortable, staff pleasant, spacious room. Plenty of hot water. Frayed carpet, pealing wallet paper. No bedside reading lamps
- Georgiana (7/5): - Easy to find and easy on/off to I90. The WiFi in our part of the facility didn’t work. The room could have used another table.
- Diana (2/5): - Would not recommend, noisy, beds uncomfortable, pillows very hard and no continental breakfast, only muffin and coffee available.
- Kathie (10/5): -
- Robert (8/5): -
- Joshua (10/5): - We had a Nice comfortable stay for two nights. Friendly staff and very clean room. I would recommend and would definitely stay there again.
- Timothy (10/5): - Always great service and our go to when in Missoula.
- Danette (9/5): Super Clean Room! - I was pleasantly surprised! The room was great!! Cleaner than some of the 4/5 Stars I’ve stayed in! It’s an older hotel but very very clean! Nothing wrong with an old blue sink when it’s spotless! The bed and pillows were great too. We will stay again for sure!! Well worth the the money! Not much to complain about!
- Robert (10/5): -
- Helen (9/5): Overall very good - 24 hour coffee and muffins for breakfast No fridge and door hard to open
- kathryn (4/5): - Clerk said there were no lower rooms availableat 6pm despite the lots being not over parked at 2am when we checked the lots. It also had no coffee maker. Felt like residents lived in some downstairs rooms. Didn't feel like a great safe neighborhood. Would not recommend.
- Frank (4/5): - Our room was worn out! Curtains were falling apart, cabinets were falling apart, window was only secured with a short piece of dowel. Bed squeaked every time you moved, headboard was so worn and dirty that the pillows stuck to it. There was a worn sheet and one of the fleece static blankets, that's it. No fridge, no microwave. We went out and bought a blanket and a shower curtain to make the window more secure. We asked for a better room and they said 'no'.
We found a much nicer hotel for less money (Motel 6) and left after 1 night.
- Nino chan (7/5): まあまあ良かった。 - 受付担当者の対応がフレンドリーで好感が持てた。 連泊の場合の部屋の掃除が完全でなかった。2泊目のタオル交換が無かった。フロントに問い合わせるとタオルが交換できた。
- Rhonda (6/5): - It was a very old drive-up style motel but it was comfortable and clean. The staff was very accommodating when we asked them for more pillows.
- Melanie (6/5): -
- Walter D. (10/5): - The price was right and location doable. Would stay there again.
- Roger (8/5): - Clean friendly in lobby
Room clean . Carpet older, but clean.
Beds are older. But ok
- Philip (8/5): - Motel was right next to the highway, so a little noisy, but not too bad. The flooring was wood-like, which feels cleaner than old carpet. The room was spacious.
- Kristi (10/5): -
- Guest (4/5): I won't be returning nor recommending this outfit to anyone. - Had a table with 2 chairs. Shower was very nice. Check-out person was very friendly and made certain to have fresh coffee made for the early risers (5 a.m.). Pillows should have been replaced years ago. Television programs available were mainly sports (college town?). No counter space - stand alone since outside toilet/tub area. Dryer was low wattage (1200), glad I had my own (1875 as in most motels nowadays). Check-in person had no warmth to her personality & dressed in worn jeans and sweatshirt w/ some odd logo.
Bathroom had wood laminate floor that was warped & cracked ... wear shoes or slippers when entering/leaving the bathroom; feet got pinched.
- William (9/5): - A microwave and fridge would be nice.
- Michael (4/5): - For the price I paid I felt the facility lacked the services I would have expected. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. The bed was old and saggy. The room itself was depressing in its worn condition. the wifi was inconsistent and of very poor coverage. I had no problem with the staff. The night manager was pleasant enough and the housekeeping staff offered service each day I was there. Unfortunately the property is run down and unappealing in appearance and amenities.
- Matthew (10/5): -
- Bruce (8/5): - The bathroom was in the nicest condition I ever saw….the carpet needs replacing though
- Michael (10/5): - Great staff
- Tanya (8/5): - The staff was very friendly and helpful
- Marie (6/5): - Only two thin pillows. Hard old mattress. Very clean tho
- Cynthia (10/5): - At the end of a long day driving it was great to get a warm welcoming smile at the front desk—no problem for a late check-in…and the next morning, fresh muffins were wonderful.
