I don’t know if it was just our room or if all of them were like that but we stayed in room 408

I went online to book this hotel for our next destination and was disappointed this was their only location. I wish there were a string of these. They’re doing the hotel business right.
- brent (6/5): - 3 queen beds in the room. Rooms was big enough we did not feel cramped. the lampshade in the bedroom smelled sour. The bathroom was not as clean as I would expect it to be. Hairs on the floor. For the price, I was not unhappy. Still cleanliness is something I expect regardless of cost.

- Frederking (10/5): A very good stay in a nice hotel for a very good price. - I had to leave early and was not able to eat breakfast at your facility. I liked the first night enough that I had to spend a second night in town and chose this hotel again. The room was very nice and so were the beds. The hotel also has a nice sized parking lot that was able to fit my larger SUV.

Biggest problem the place needs more sound insulation in roof and between rooms. Any time anyone walked above us it would wake my wife and we could hear the neighbors talking. NOT GOOD

Cold A/C, comfy bed. If things don’t improve we will have to find another place to stay when passing thru Enid.

UNCLEAN HOTEL AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE:I got bed bugs and was initially told I would get a refund for the stay after providing proof and doctor bills. Weeks later, still no refund and now they are saying they are not refunding even though they confirmed the bed bugs.
