Nigel (5/5): Great location but - Location was good Friendly staff Evening restaurant was good The breakfast was no more than OK but was way overpriced. I've had better in cheaper hotels. If we stayed again we would source breakfast in a local cafe or pub. The hotel was clean but rather tired in appearance. It needs. IMHO, a refresh. The second night they closed the restaurant without warning. We had to find an evening meal elsewhere and, to be fair was better quality and less expensive.

We were travelling with our baby and there was a travel cot provided as well as ample high chairs. Everything was super comfy and perfectly clean. We loved our stay here! People comment on the dated decor - but we thought it was kindof cool.

Bed right outside Bathroom door, could hear everything going on in the bathroom when in the bed, embarrassing for some imo.

King (9/5): It was ok in most areas - Have stayed before. Location was good for us. Breakfast was lovely. Staff in breakfast room very pleasant The shower plug was blocked, which I didnt notice the water coming over the top until I had finished washing my hair. It took ages to go down and therefore my husband couldn't use the shower. I told the receptionist but she didnt seem surprised! So it was disappointing as my husband has a colostomy bag and likes to shower every night.
Andrew (8/5): Really good North Norfolk Hotel - It's a hotel that has everything you need - comfortable rooms, a good restaurant, a pool and spa (not used), and a pub all in a good location for North Norfolk. A big plus was the excellent room servicing team. Nothing really but the pub staff seemed to spend a fair amount of time talking to each other and some of the younger restaurant staff were a bit inexperienced but nothing to spoil our stay.

Jacqueline (7/5): A perfectly adequate hotel in a convenient location, but not luxurious for the price paid. - Convenient location, easy to find. Plenty of parking, but I made the mistake of parking under a tree and the birds made a mess of my car. Spacious room. I was very pleased to see a walk in shower with grab rails, I think all hotels should offer this. Very friendly staff. Good selection at breakfast. My only issue was that my room (29) was cold. I noticed when I arrived that there was a draught from the full-length windows. The radiator didn't come on in the evening and I ended up having to put my coat on to watch TV. Luckily I had brought a hot water bottle. The heating did come on in the morning. I found the evening meal a bit disappointing, the portions were small (and I'm not a big eater).

Neil (6/5): Although we have been fairly critical we did enjoy the stay as it was relaxing - The location of the hotel was nice and quiet, the breakfast was good the room size was good and we liked the fact we had a balcony and the water was always hot. My wife also liked the fact that she had two areas to get ready and do her hair and make up. Staff were not welcoming and were not too friendly. The hotel itself looked nice but is very dated and we felt was run down and needs investment. The hotels pool and facilities were very shabby and we were disappointed with the general upkeep of these, we felt that for what we paid this wasn’t value for money and we have stayed in many hotels of a similar price which were much better. My wife had a Spa treatment and although the therapist was very friendly the experience wasn’t a goods one, the sheets had not been changed as the oil was coming through the couch roll and the massage wasn’t good, she was cold through the hours treatment and the hot stones felt gritty and she also had no head support.

Beverley (8/5): Lovely location. Good for visiting sights of interest. Lovely size room with an excellent view. - Excellent location to see other sites of interest e.g. Castle Rising Castle, only 4 minutes by car. On site pub, with good menu and lovely friendly vibes. The room was cold even though there was a heated towel rail but not sufficient for a large executive room which we booked. The hotel restaurant, on the Friday can order main full breakfast but on the weekend, can only have what is offered in the buffet. The Image Spa on site, unfortuantely ran out of towels so was expected to use own bathroom towels. Not convenient to do so.

Lots of choice for food and drink on sight and room service available, good choice of food at breakfast also. £4 for room service was extremely expensive. Shower leaked out water everywhere into bathroom had to mop it up each time, as the shower screen leaked so bad, wall paper peeling of bottom of walls, bed was so hard and needed better curtains or blinds as we had a very bright light from car park pointing directly into our room all night witch kept us up. “Spa” really needed an upgrade and cleaning, felt very dirty and pool was freezing, not relaxing at all, no where to lay out and relax.

Gerald (10/5): Nothing short of brilliant ! - Staff where super friendly and helpful The room was spotless with plenty of space Incredibly comfy bed (WITH 24/7 ROOM SERVICE) The food was fabulous and deserves five stars (Highly Recommend the pork belly starter and the duck,potato main and my fiancé recommends the chicken and potatoes) The facilities including the pool,spa and restaurant were all no more than a two minute walk from the room and all perfect,clean,plenty of options We will be staying again Amazing bang for your buck and we only got the standard room Thank-you very much too all staff who made our stay wonderful ,Mr Smith Nothing to say here we loved every second.

Steve (2/5): Budget stay for a premium price - Property is stuck in the 1970`s. Very dated and tired. Evening meal was so bland we skipped breakfast and went to McDonalds ! ( which you know will not be great but its not expensive either) Cant understand why people will put up with this in the UK, if it was anywhere else in the world it would be out of business. Book a Premier Inn next time and at least you'll get what you pay for (budget no frill accommodation) and not be disappointed.

James (6/5): Disappointing but OK - Usually a good place to stay, quiet with two restaurants on site. Having booked an executive room, which was spacious and quiet, I walked into the room to be hit by an overpowering stench of polish, which got into my sinuses. After complaining, I was moved to a smaller room which was then fine. I was not impressed by the managers attitude over the matter. A load of general niggles small things adding up- room service forgets to bring knife and fork or sauces/etc, online menus out of date and no info the room. It is a shame because in the past I had many excellent stays but have noticed recently last year or so it is not as it once was. Rooms and decor are tired. I have since avoided this location and gone elsewhere where standards are higher and now in my view makes this place over-priced.

Paul (7/5): Was only there for the evening, but I wouldn't hesitate to return. - The room was very spacious, clean tidy. Staff where friendly and helpful. There seemed to be plenty of parking although i am not sure how busy it was. Cooked breakfast was a buffet style and although don't usually find this delivery of breakfast to be satisfactory (find this a lot in larger hotels), this was in fact very good. The bar seems to be separate from the hotel but the food and drink selection was very good and the food good quality pub grub. Having to walk across to the bar in the rain, accommodation was a little dated and it wasn't that clear where the hotel reception was in amongst the ad-hoc layout.
Melanie (8/5): A good place to stay for business especially with the gym/pool facilities. - The room was very clean, the bed was comfy and everything was in good condition. I used the gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. I ordered room service for dinner as I was travelling alone for work. The only thing I could say I didn't like, it was a bit noisy outside my room when people walked down the corridor and there was a door into another corridor outside my room which was squeaky. It wasn't a big deal though.
Malcolm (8/5): Good - we will use the hotel again - No problems with the hotel. Staff were very helpful. Dinner menu was limited choice but we found something acceptable on it. More extensive choice on Hotel menu.

Elaine (8/5): Enjoyed the use of the gym. Stayed for work - would stay again. - Room was pleasantly decorated and the bed very comfortable. Generous supply of tea and coffee. Evening meal was average. Generous portion size and well presented by quite bland to taste.
Evan (8/5): Brief holiday in a very busy city. - All well. Friendly service. Coffee quality not to my taste - personal decision. A large sign indicating reception is needed. Tried two entrances before finding the very nice helpful receptionist.
