Guest Reviews
- Dorene (6/5): -
- Dennis (10/5): - Charming Historical home vs big hotel with long hallway and view of a parking lot. One of the screws on toilet seat loose
- Navot (8/5): -
- Mains (9/5): Definitely will be back - For the price, the size and location were great.
- Sonja (2/5): Disappointed. For $190 per - Historic building. Convenient location for us. Room was not clean. Pet hair on the rugs, bathroom floor not clean. Spider webs, dirty windowsills, dirty windows. No one to greet us, which can be fine with an Airbnb but this is a hotel. No drinking glasses and no coffee/tea maker as advertised. Outdoor areas in disarray, and not tidy at all.
- Victor (7/5): -
- Gordon (8/5): Peaceful! - Charming Inly person there so quiet
- Ryan (9/5): -
- Xiaonan (9/5): - Location
- Burns (9/5): This is a cozy spot to rest and refresh when visiting the hot springs. - Adorable place just down the street from both Mystic and Red Hill Hot Springs. Owner is very friendly and gracious and staff is very accommodating and eager to make sure that your stay is comfortable. The rooms each have a theme and the owner put a lot of thought into decorated rooms with charming details.
- Kelley (10/5): Loved the old restored building, only three room so the staff was very attentive. - Cozy and very homely. Amazing staff. Nothing.
- Ann (7/5): Good -
- Iman (10/5): Great location in a historic building with friendly staff. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was in a great location and very close to the attraction in town. The historic building was beautiful and cozy. There was a restaurant attached to the inn that had great food and was very convenient. Great shampoo and conditioner in the bath. There could have been a few more towels. We didn’t ask for any additional and the staff would have certainly accommodated.
- Keith (10/5): Beautiful getaway for two! - The welcoming friendly owners and staff are the best and really make you feel like close family friends.
- Darrow (10/5): Exceptional -
- Geraldine (8/5): Very good -
- Carrie (5/5): Wouldn’t stay here again - Clean and friendly staff No air conditioning or fans and infested with flies.
- Philip (7/5): Good -
- Jenessa (8/5): Great! Definitely would come back in the future :) - We enjoyed our stay here! We loved the restaurant, and the inn was perfect for going to the hot springs! The mattress could of been comfier
- Abel (5/5): Passable - Fake pictures
- Maria (10/5): We fell in love with the place! - Clean, great location, restaurant attached, friendly staff
- Julija (7/5): Good - The location looked almost abandoned. We easily managed to checkin, but the garden area looked messy, seemed to be under construction with various tools, dirty cups, etc left around. House windows were very dusty, the cafe was closed, no breakfast available (the note stated it was only available Thursday-Sunday). It was ok to sleep the night, but i would definitely not have liked to stay more and i found it to be far from being worth the price for what it was. i would say it is overprices 3-4 times for what it is worth.
- Zsuzsanna (7/5): Good -
- Daniel (10/5): Best place to stay in Monroe! - i think new owner of the property. now there is a restaurant attached. we received a free breakfast on the morning of checkout. wonderful place to stay if you are visiting the local hot springs. nice yard with outdoor seating space. i would highly recommend.
- Eileen (8/5): Very good -
- Robin (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Samantha (7/5): Nice, quaint, comfortable and clean. - The room was cute, comfy and clean! I was thinking breakfast was included, but there was no mention of breakfast available.
- Simon (8/5): Great place to stay, would certainly return. - Good location, large rooms and very clean with plenty of towels in the bathroom. Very comfy beds. Lovely garden with fire pit but we did not have chance to use them. Easy self check-in with lovely welcome note and everything needed to make s 'mores on the fire pit. Sketchy wi-fi, difficult to watch TV. The bedroom area needed full blackout blinds/curtains as room too light.
- Mary (6/5): Rustic inn with nice garden convenient but not next to the interstate - The Inn is much more pleasant than staying at chain hotels in Richfield. It is easy to find, rustic and charming. The Letters room has a door directly into the garden. It has a good fridge and coffee maker - bring your own snacks and beverages as we did. Leona's bakery for breakfast and the Sagebrush Grill for dinner both in Richfield are not far, maybe a 10 -15 min drive.
- Deborah (9/5): Superb -
- Gempu (9/5): Hidden Gem. Has lovely rooms and full apartment like rooms not far from Richfield - Fully modernized but quaint and unique Town does not offer many Restaraunt choices. You will have to go to Richfield. The Inn does offer an unit with full kitchen with everything you need.
- Mary (9/5): Superb -
- Rachel (9/5): Great value! Would stay again. - Great location! Historic building. Provided coffee and creamer for the morning. Provided towels for the local Hot Springs. Pretty well appointed. Nice view. Nice bath products. Loved that one bed was firm and the other one soft but neither really worked for me. Gap above the door to the bathroom made it less private. No drinking glasses provided, just coffee cups.
- Roberta (8/5): very comfortable - comfortable and charming. great bathroom and kitchen. a little difficult to get our luggage up the stairs. a bit more out of the way than I expected
- Denise (8/5): Very good -
- Simon (7/5): Good -
- Tim (10/5): Exceptional -
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Fred (10/5): all small and big things for a road traveller is thought of already. they se the standard for the quality of excellence -
