Sergio (10/5): Magnifico alojamiento cerca del centro, tranquilo y limpio - Alojamiento excepcional, habitación grande, baño muy grande, zona de jardín y piscina fantástico. Todo estaba muy limpio. Llegamos alrededor de las 12 de la noche y nos estaban esperando. La ubicación es muy buena porque estas separado del bullicio del centro y es super relajante, ademas no está tan lejos del centro. Nos movíamos en moto al centro que eran 10 min, nos pareció que se podía hacer andando aunque las aceras en bali escasean y podría complicarse pero por distancia no supone un problema. El personal muy atento. Nos dieron servicio de lavandería y muy bien, aunque la ropa blanca no quedo muy limpia pero igualmente nos fue de gran ayuda. Si tuviera algo que decir para mejorar sería que tuvieran una opción para dejar el desayuno empaquetado y llevarnoslo a las excursiones. El desayuno es de 7-10 y como turista había días que teníamos que salir mucho antes por excursiones programadas y hubiera sido de gran ayuda poder empaquetar el desayuno la noche antes para llevarnoslo pero es un dato como mejora pero no una critica o descontento ya que ellos indican cual es el horario del desayuno como cualquier alojamiento

Celine (10/5): Un séjour vraiment parfait - Une belle villa, les chambres sont agréables, la literie est de qualité et le personnel très accueillant. La piscine est parfaite. La villa est située dans une allée, avec quelques commerces à proximité (bar, salle de sport, restaurant, salons de massage…) Rien. La villa est un peu éloignée du centre-ville pour pouvoir faire le trajet à pieds mais cela permet d’être réellement au calme et le trajet se fait facilement en taxi ou scooter.

Lena (8/5): Ruhige Poolvilla in der Nähe vom Zentrum von Ubud - Schöne eigene Villa mit Pool und modernem Badezimmer. Das am Vortag bestellte Frühstück wurde in die Villa gebracht. Es war möglich, in die Villa Essen aus einem nahegelegenen Restaurant zu bestellen. Das Personal war freundlich und hat sich bei Anliegen umgehend gekümmert, zB einen Roller organisiert. Die ruhige Lage mit Blick auf die Reisfelder hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Da die Türen der Villa aus Schiebetüren bestehen und im Bad ein offenes Fenster über der Dusche ist, können durch die Ritzen kleinere Krabbeltiere wie Ameisen ins Zimmer gelangen.
Anna (8/5): Wasn’t what we initially expected but very pleasantly surprised - Loved the villas, pool and staff/family. Staff take a lot of pride in property and maintain it well. Koi fish pond was delightful and pool an amazing way to finish a humid day. Air con in rooms work well and cooked breakfasts with fresh juices a beautiful way to start the day. Driver for touring or a drop off/pick up from the markets can be arranged easily and villa is conveniently located easy walking distance from some amazing restaurants and is a short drive to Ubud. Lovely to chat to staff each day coming or going from the villas and as breakfast is being set up. Gardens around villa are beautifully appointed. Not much to not like, only comments are that there was a lack of kitchen utensils and only 1 wine glass plus a spare roll of toilet paper would be advantageous. We had to stock up on bottled water from the Bintong as 1-2 small bottles a day isn’t enough in heat and humidity. A water dispenser would be more eco-friendly than bottled water and allow guests to use what they need. Some tiredness shows in parts but essentially a beautifully maintained villa complex.

À 5 minutes à pied des restaurants et supermarchés mais très au calme ! La 2ème chambre est située à l’étage et il faut passer par l’extérieur pour y accéder (ce qui n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce) ce qui n’est pas très rassurant avec des enfants en bas âge.

We didn’t realise that the three rooms are actually seperate buildings all within the same enclosed private compound but that was fine and fun for kids. Only slight negative was that one of the rooms smelt damp and musty but the other 2 were fine so we just used those 2 as our youngest wanted to sleep on the couch in our room rather than by herself in the musty smelling room. Our 2 boys loved having their own room. Overall was pretty good value

The hosts were so attentive, making sure we had our breakfast order in, checking if our room needs cleaning and making sure we are.enjoyjng our time. The villa is brand new and we could bave easily moved in! There is everything you need, from full kitchen, big bathroom, very comfortable bed and beautiful private pool. The location was perfect for us. It was quiet and just out of Ubud central but in walking distance (well for us as we love walking). Otherwise you can get a short scooter ride into the main area. Breakfast was delicious especially the Uma Padi smoothie - we could have drank those all day. The host kindly looked after our luggage on our last day and arranged a transfer to the airport and the driver was excellent. If we visit Ubud again we will definitely stay here again, we loved it!

Our driver was very insightful and provided us with lots of knowledge of local customs. Would definitely recommend Uma Padi for a relaxing stay in Bali.
Katie (10/5): Beautiful home away from home - We loved our stay at Uma Padi Villa with our 4 young kids, so much so that no one wanted to leave. The hosts were so helpful with any questions we had. I had read reviews about limited breakfast choices but the breakfast of fresh smoothies, fruit platter and the choice between American, pancakes & local breakfast were so delicious. It was more food than we could get through every morning. We loved the location being tucked away from the busy part of Ubud but close enough to walk (ordering a bike or car on grab was by far the easiest option). It was quiet at night for sleeping which was a lovely change after being in Seminyak which was so noisy at night. It was nice just to walk to the end of the lane/street and walk through the local rice fields. The top rooms had a beautiful view of the rice fields and surrounding villas. It was so pretty. All the rooms were standalone / not adjoining so that can be tricky when you're staying with young kids. We made this work by putting our 2 oldest kids in a room together then my husband and I each shared a room with our 2 youngest kids.
Lee (10/5): - We loved staying at Umi Padi Villas next to some rice paddies. Our villa was spectacular and within walking distance to stores, restaurants and all the things you’d want to do. There are some fabulous small restaurants and massage places a few steps from Umi Padi which we really enjoyed.

Colleen (9/5): Peaceful and relaxing holiday for a group of friends. - The villa was a lovely design. The pool was terrific and we enjoyed living alfresco. The bedrooms were comfortable. The staff were friendly. It was in a quiet area of Ubud off the main road. The shower pressure and hot water was a bit irregular. The road getting in to Ubud is busy and hectic for walking so we found a walking track parallel to the main road.
Mark (10/5): - Loved it. Perfect stay for being close to ubud but not deep in the busy area. Perfect for relaxing and the staff were amazing. So accomodating and lovely. I already miss uma padi already. the breakfast is fantastic too.
MICHAEL (10/5): - First things first. Thank you Nyoman, you got us everywhere. Tucked in a calm corner of Ubud, this really felt like a home away from home. Close enough to everything in Ubud, including the Monkey Forest. Family owned and authentic feeling. The view of the rice field was beautiful. Others have spoken about how the next villa, which is two floors, looks over this one bed villa. They've taken care of that by adding more foliage between the two. So, absolute privacy. From the smiling pick up at the airport, which in our case had to be rescheduled on the fly, to the smiling drop off at the other villa we stayed at in Seminyak, Nyoman and the rest of his family took amazing care of us. If you want to stay in Ubud, I can't recommend this villa more.

Highly recommend for a memorable stay in Bali and Ubud!" Nothing, everything is marvellous.

Villa is only a short walk from few restaurants, gym nearby. Definitely will stay again. Great price-quality ratio. Breakfast could be a little of better quality but was not bad at all.

Sandrea (6/5): - We rented the 3 apt villa for a family of 6. It was not clear in the description that the rooms were all separate and one was upstairs. The living spaces are outdoors. It was very spacious but we had planned on being more together like you would in a house. The bathrooms were not clean, lots of mildew. The staff was friendly and helpful. Often felt rushed at breakfast due to over eagerness for staff to remove plates and dishes. Wished they would just remove once we were done eating. There is no longer a shuttle service as described in the Expedia review so we had to call for rides. Staff also arranged a driver for us when we were departing.

I wish i could have opted for some branded property who cares for their gursts rather than thes - Pictures are very rosy but the property is very old and not very clean. There was nothing in the bathroom so as to lock the door, this has created lot of inconvenience. Location of the property is in a very narrow street. Streets have no lights snd it becomes scary after 7 or 7:30pm. Lot of mosquitoes and ants in the room that everyday we had to request staff to wipe out the huge clusters of ants. We did not like the breakfast so we have asked the Staff to cancel the breakfast from next day and we tried to confirm if they will adjust the price. They did not clarified that they would adjust the amount rather they said that they have not charged anything yet and would consider later. However later they threatened us and forced us to pay everything. We were scared in a foreign country and paid. If they could have been clear that they wont adjust the breakfast amount then we could have atleast ordered the part of the breakfast like fruit platter and juices. We have paid the breakfast prices for 7 people for 3 days without having anything. They threatened us to pay.

James (10/5): - The villa was incredible. Private pool. Two levels with balcony overlooking a rice patty field. Outdoor living area. Stunningly beautiful. And the best part of the Villa however was our driver, Ariawan "Ari". Ari picked us up from the airport and drove us wherever we wanted for our 3 day stay in Ubud. He gave us great recommendations on places to go. During our drives he told us lots of info about the fascinating history and culture of Bali. He happily answered my many questions too. He even drove us to Nusa Dua and spent a full day there driving us around. His prices were quite affordable. I highly recommend the Villa and Ari's driving services. Our vacation would not have been as enjoyable without him.

Silvia (9/5): We loved our stay a bit off the busy Ubud center. There is a wonderful possibility to walk to Ubud through the rice Fiel - Very big and generous Villa with wonderful pool and outside areas! Kitchen and bathrooms are a bit dated - but definitely ok and we’ll looked after.
Candy (10/5): Amazing villa, staff, services, and location for an amazing price! - The 3-bedroom villa with private pool was amazing. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and you could pick Indonesian, an egg breakfast, or pancake breakfast. They would set up the breakfast at our outdoor dining table and then clean it up afterwards. The fresh juices were the best. We paid $620 for 4 nights! Kadek was amazing. We didn’t have any set tours or plans, and he helped us plan everything out. For only $53, he drove us around all day and even acted as our tour guide and photographer. We wanted to ride ATVs and he took us to the best place. When we want a massage, food delivered to the villa, or a ride to town, we just let the staff know. Everything was so cheap and so amazing! Thank you Uma Padi Villa for the best time we had in Bali!
Maite (9/5): Lovely views, people and pool - I stayed 3 night as a solo traveller. I like this part of Ubud as it far away from the crowded part, more authentic. Whilst it is remote, there is plenty to do and it’s easy to get to the centre by taxi or scooter. There is a gym in the same lane. Book an in-house massage with Ketut! I had treatments two days in a row and loved it. I was tired the first night and ordered food from a nearby restaurant advertised in the room (just message them on WhatsApp!) and it got delivered to the villa. I also really recommend dinner at « Balinese Home cooking », which you can access easily via a charming walk down the villa’s alley, through rice fields. I also celebrated my birthday on this trip and the lovely staff surprised me with a birthday cake. The bed is very comfortable! I think the village had an annual 3-day party with loud music all 3 nights until 3-4 in the morning 😂 This area is usually very quiet. The bath towels are an the old side but I’m sure they’re clean.

Pool has only 1 flat depth and too deep for us so swimming with the baby was difficult. Bathrooms needed a better clean as you could see grout in some places. Good breakfast but lack of variety with only 3 options.
