- Lyberinth (8/5): Chiang Mai is so lit. - The staff were very helpful and friendly, the location was close to a 7/11 and relatively walkable to other places within the old city. If you are not able to walk long distances (15+ mins) probably not the best location because it is bordering the moat. It's a little bit old so not in the best condition but for the price it's definitely worth it to stay here.

Además fueron muy majos ayudándonos a alquilar un coche. Aunque la habitación era un poco ni fu ni fa, la cama era enorme y se dormía bien.

- Janet (9/5): - My double twin room was very clean, had a separate shower, and elevator to my floor, had AC. The staff were exceptional, and when I sprained my foot, lent me a crutch to get around. The breakfast was really good, western style, and included fruit, dry cereal. Bacon , eggs , Toast coffee etc. I'd say a walk of about 10-15 minutes thru the neighborhood to the restaurants and shops, but I took Grab Taxi which cost only a few dollars to get to the shops after I sprained my foot. No city view from 2nd floor., there happened to be a generator outdoors which came on and off during the night, it wasn't too loud for me but ...

- Henry Taylor-Costin (1/5): Beware - Nothing. The place is a lot smaller than the pictures suggest. It’s more tired looking than the pictures suggest. My bed was just a mattress on the floor. The AC did not seem to work. If you ran on the treadmill you were at risk of banging your head on the air conditioning unit. Multiple ceilings were only 1.8metres high. The whole place was super dark. I had booked 3 nights but I was unable to stay at the hotel because it gave really bad vibes and did not feel safe.

- Mattia Enrico (7/5): Struttura situata a Chiang Mai con ottima posizione sia per l'aeroporto che per visitare la città - La struttura si trova a Chiang Mai, molto vicina all'aeroporto (ovviamente non a piedi ma a pochi minuti d'auto) ed allo stesso tempo comoda per raggiungere a piedi la città ed i punti principali. Letto comodo, nonostante sia un semplice materasso poggiato al pavimento, e servizi in camera confortevoli. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, soprattutto per la colazione; quest'ultima, a buffet, offre una buona varietà di scelta, inoltre lo staff prepara al momento su richiesta piatti con uova e bacon. Per quanto pagato mi sento di consigliarla! Sicuramente la camera dalle foto appare molto più bella che dal vivo, la vista che avevamo era su una fabbrica/magazzino. La colazione un po' ripetitiva ma come spesso accade anche in altre strutture. Qualche odore un po' strano e sgradevole si sentiva lungo il corridoio che si percorreva per raggiungere dalla reception la sala colazione/ascensori per piani superiori.

Breakfast has some options and here some improvement at the moment of serving can be done (we need to wait for the 2 persons to manage all requests which is complicated if majority of guests take breakfast at the same time). If we return (which I expect) this hotel will be an option for sure! I don't have anything to say against!
- Martin (1/5): Was there around about 50 minutes and left after booking a new hotel. - Nothing, bad location and terrible AC, I was taken to my room and was still sweating after 10 minutes. I went and explained I can’t sleep or stay here as it’s too hot. It was prior to check in time and they said I could not give me a refund. They suggested another room, it was exactly the same (terrible AC) I was in there with the manager for 10 minutes and still sweating. I suggested they would please give a refund, but they said they could not. The location is not very convenient for much, but also a 5 - 10 minute drive to most go to areas. I would not recommend this hotel, and feel they could have done something better with my obvious request for a refund. Location, condition and especially aged air conditioning.

- Carol (6/5): Great Budget Stay in Chiang Mai - The hotel is a bit of a maze. To get to our room, you had to go up and then go down. Our room faced interior so it was quiet. Amenities were clean in the room and there were plenty of outlets. We had an issue with our safe, and the staff was quick to fix it. The staff was the highlight of the stay. They were very friendly and helpful when we needed to do laundry (outsourced). The breakfast served in the dining area was good. They took your egg order and you could toast your own bread, eat other Thai dishes, and get a good variety of fruit. Everything was fresh and presented nicely. The hallway on our floor had open windows without screens so mosquitos came in. The nozzles for the toilet spray were a bit moldy.

- Frédéric (3/5): - L'hôtel a besoin d'une sérieuse rénovation. les photos sur booking sont les chambres témoins. Le marbre prévu au sol est un parquet bois mal posé. Matelas posé à même le sol. TV en panne pendant le séjour. Vue sur la ville correspond à une vue sur le toit d'un garage. L'accueil m'a gentiment donné une bombe désodorisante pour supprimer les odeurs dans la SdB. Prix élevé pour le niveau de prestation.

- barbara (10/5): - Tutto quello che mi serviva l'ho trovato. La posizione era perfetta sia per visite nella città vecchia a piedi, sia per l'occasione del Flower Festival. L'hotel è proprio sulla strada che hanno chiuso per il.passaggio della parata. Si trova anche vicino al Parco dove sono stati tenuti gli spettacoli.
