Everyone is very kind, all staff was very helpful, so there is a good atmosphere. The best with this hotel is the good price- quality ratio. Honestly, the price was very decent. Rooms were clean. I think this is an hotel for people that are looking for a place to sleep only, as you don’t have that much amenities, but they also serve lunch and dinner at a pretty affordable price (16€ per person).

The staff were nice and helpful, didn’t have the right charger for my phone for about 3 days, they lent me their charger till they were able to help get a suitable charger. I had a very beautiful of the sea. Nice environment and clean too . Didn’t get to eat their food because I was out very early and back late at night, sure it would have been nice too. Was quite a distance to my conference venue in Talatona but glad I trusted my guts and booked Art House. Keep up the good works.

The rooms are clean and provide enough space to make the stay comfortable. Breakfast is simple but any style eggs can be ordered and excellent coffee is provided 24h. The diverse African are on display makes the stay here a real treat.
• ck1967 (8/5): Beautiful decoration - I enjoyed staying at Art House for 2 nights. All reception staff speaks good English. I came late and the kitchen made me a toast. In the daytime you can walk along the beach and there are several nice places to get a coffee or lunch etc. I visited Miami Beach right on the beach and it was very nice. The hotel staff also helped me every time I needed an Yango (a local Uber). I can highly recommend this place.

• Trail63132694006 (8/5): Excellent location, attentive staff - I stays for a couple days end of September/October in one of the sea view rooms. That definitely lived up to the name. The location is perfect with the city’s best restaurant and a bunch of beach clubs nearby. The staff are super friendly and were able to accommodate all sorts of extra requests 24/7. The rooftop is also especially nice with views of both the sea and port/city skyline. The bar was unfortunately closed for maintenance while I was there but it was still a clean and enjoyable space. Breakfast could be improved - quite sparse even by Luanda standards. I didn’t try lunch or dinner but there were usually 2 different options each day to preorder a few hours in advance on WhatsApp. Overall, would definitely recommend for leisure stays.

The good points are very friendly and helpful staffs , good breakfast , very comfy bed and clean room. My room faced to the sea it's nice but will be nicer if can move out 2 big trashes that opposite the hotel.

• 401kevino (8/5): Great place. Bring cash - It’s a very quaint place by the beach with lovely art work and tasty food. The payment process was a problem. Bring usd in exact change to avoid hassles. I spent 15 minutes to check out and had to find another hotel guest to make change for a usd50 note.
• marlatiyev (10/5): A perfect artistic place to stay with awesome ocean views! - This is the only place to stay in Luanda, Angola! Why? The owner always ensures that her guests are treated the best. The place is always clean and the breakfast buffet is delicious. As a writer, it is a haven for artists. The artwork displayed throughout the property is stunning. They were gracious to house my book: "Jasmine Breeze" as part of their art collection. I love every minute of my stay there and I highly recommend it to one and all. The beautiful beach is just a step away. What more could one ask for?!!!

The location is great, the staff top notch, the hotel so funky and creative with all the fun art which is all on sale with no all proceeds going to the artist. The room quiet, clean and comfortable. I would like to have stayed several more days.
• gl893 (10/5): I liked it! - This is a nice place on the peninsula in Luanda. The hotel is close to a couple of good restaurants, it has nice rooms and great staff and offers reasonable prices. I stayed there twice during my recent trip to Angola and I would definitely recommend this place for a few nights in Luanda.
• Marcel_C_ZH (8/5): direct on beach at Luanda islands with for an excellent price - I had the "Suite" which was a nice bigger room, with a kitchen corner and a big refrigerator. Room service was good but shower had often problems with the water pressure. Window was on the backside with some noise of dogs and music Geographically was very nice direct at the beach where you can walk for a long distance and some good restauants around. Please be aware it is quite far from the Center and you need a taxi to go there. Unfortunately the rooftoop Bar was the whole week closed "for renovation" Small breakfast available, with fresh fruits. Lunch/Dinner; every day you will get 2 choises by whatsapp; need to prebook in advanced, I often missed due to later return from tours. No alternative in the hotel, neither a snack nor a sandwich. Good Wifi connection and very friendly staff, especially at the "reception" Fantastic price for the service and place

• Voyage600892 (10/5): Totally worth it . - First, I have to congratulate the owner for the amazing display throughout the House of amazing local artists. Please follow the artists. The place feels like home, the staff really took care of us. From the welcoming staff, the room cleaners and food providers, they all showed great costumer service. My only suggestion is, make sure there's always food replacement throughout the breakfast times. We felt we had to be in the first hour of the breakfast squedule to be able to get access and enjoy the service. I'm definitely keeping your place in my list of favorites. Thank you.

Nice beds and bathrooms, A/C and internernet that always work, coffee and breakfast, drinks and meals always what you need, same with ransport, laundry and whichever other essential services you may need, they help!. At very reasonable rates you will certainly be hard pressed to find a better value for money accommodation in Luanda ❤️

Sitting around the big eating table sharing experiences with others is a highlight as you learn so much about Africa and Angola. Staff were so helpful and knowledgeable.

Breakfast can be made to be taken away if you have an early flight. They also order airport taxis at a reasonable price.

Nice breakfast and there is option to have lunch and dinner for a good price, but you have to preorder it. The stuff ads you into the whatsap group where you can get easily in touch with them. Hotel is directly at the beach , with a short walking distance to the beachclub. Next time I will stay definitely here

The place was really clean and comfortable and the people very friendly. Breakfast was really good. It is a pity of the location, we walked and got to see the real way of life. So I suppose overall it was a great experience. The local art and deco of the place is breath taking.

Rooms are comfortable and a shuttlebus to and from airport is included in room price which is quite reasonable compared to hotels nearer to town centre. Great for a short stopover. Would certainly stay there again.
