• Rebecca (9/5): Home away from home...with benefits! - Marijana is the kindest host, very efficient and excellent communicator. Anything we needed, she made herself available. She met us near the apartment to walk us in, helped with our checked bag, and pointed us around/made notes on a very helpful Old Town map - sometimes it helps to have a hard copy, smart. Loved the stocked fridge, perfect. Location, brilliant, right near the Marjan stretch of excellent restaurants, but that courtyard...such a lovely little oasis and a chance to meet your fellow travelers. Thank you, Marijana, for taking such good care of us! The wifi has a strong signal but it's very slow at times, internet cuts in and out. I would stay here again anyway, plenty of places to bang around on your phone 😉

• John (10/5): Stunning Split apartment - Superb apartment close to Riva and the Diocletian's Palace and in a lovely car-free area. Very helpful and friendly host. Apartment was stunning - beautifully furnished and really well equipped with a large roof terrace. Beautiful, shaded garden area with seating downstairs for guests. After checking out we were able to leave our bags in the secure garden and use the time before the flight home for a last walk round Split. Nothing at all.

The garden courtyard was inviting. The beds were comfortable and the decor very nice. The location was very close to all attractions and food and shopping. we liked everything!

• Ceri Mark (10/5): - This is the perfect place to stay in Split. Right in the Old Town. We stayed in flat 5 with stunning views from the balcony. Our host couldn’t have done more for us. The accommodation is so clean and comfortable. Lovely touch having breakfast provided including tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, cereal and granola. Air con in the lounge. It really felt like home from home and we were made to feel so welcome. 100% would recommend and choose flat 5 for stunning views. Thank you to all at Zephyrus.

The lady that greeted us was amazing she helped us with our luggage walking with us to town square and helped us with getting an Uber! Hope to try it again soon!

• Rachel (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful boutique accommodation. We were in Room 3 and it had a kitchenette with breakfast items such as cereals, milk, and coffee. The room was clean and a really good size, and the bed was huge and comfortable. We had a lovely view of the garden and it was an oasis from the heat. Marijana was very welcoming and helped us with our luggage and even sent us a message before we arrived to help us find the right place. She also kindly let us leave our luggage for a few hours after check out before our transfer. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Split and wished we could have stayed for longer.

• Greg (10/5): A nice gem in Split - This location was great. Very close to the core and palace. Plenty of wonderful restaurants and shops close by. Just a short walk from a taxi drop off point. We had a car and lucked out on parking but otherwise need to park about 10 mins walk away. Our host Marijana was great with communication and very welcoming and helpful with our check in. Our rooms were excellent, clean, and spacious. Very quiet area and rooms quiet too. Even had a few breakfast items for us in the fridge. The inner courtyard is a beautiful place to rest and enjoy a drink after touring and before dinner. A very nice hidden gem in Split. A good value and definitely recommend this place.

• Jeffrey (10/5): - This apartment is just off the beaten path enough to be quiet and intimate. Our apartment had a lovely terrace and there is also a courtyard on the main level for everyone's use. As with most places in Split, there are a lot of stairs! Not a bother for us, but be aware. Also you will need to drag your luggage up the cobblestones as the street does not accommodate car traffic, which is kinda nice

The AC in the room worked really well. Super convenient location for walkability. We just had to walk 2 minutes to take an Uber. We highly recommend this property!
• Holly (10/5): - Really, really cute studio apartment. I wanted to move in. The skylights were wonderful and really enjoyed the view of the city from them. Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and points of interest. Very quiet.
• Mona (6/5): - Marijana was very helpful and provided the location of a nearby parking lot. If you book a room here, request to NOT be in the upper room. My husband is over 6 feet tall and could not stand up straight except in the middle area. Also I am 5' 2" and couldn't stand up straight at the bathroom sink and hit my head after using the toilet. There is no light above the mirror so putting on makeup is tricky. And it is over 60 steps to the top room - do not take heavy luggage. On the plus side, the apartment was convenient to access the old palace and city center.

She was so kind throughout our staying. Lending us beach towels and we were able to change bath towels any time we needed. The location is perfect for walking everywhere and the communal garden is beautiful. We had the 4 bed flat with the balcony which was perfect for a family of 4. So spacious and clean and comfortable. It really was truly lovely. The fridge had basics which was also a lovely added extra. It was a wonderful place to stay. Marianna who runs it is exceptional and so helpful and kind. Thank you. Property is conveniently located within walking distance of the main attractions and restaurants but far enough away to not get any nightlife noise. Hotel itself is very clean, safe, and nicely decorated. Marijana the host was a huge highlight - nicest woman, incredibly responsive over WhatsApp, checking in to see if we needed anything, and allowed us to store our luggage after we checked out. Cannot recommend this place enough! Our room was spacious, clean, AMAZING AC during crazy heat wave (38 C).

Our apartment was fantastic- sea views from our balcony were gorgeous. Apartments are located 2 minutes walk from the old town but still really quiet. We loved the building - traditional & quaint. We would highly recommend Zephyrus apartments. It was really hot when we were there so some sort a shade on the balcony would have been helpful - canopy or umbrella.

Our room was situated at the top of the house with the most stunning views. It was so lovely to look out in the morning and watch the birds flying over the rooftops. Marijana was such a wonderful hostess. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for her, she was so kind and even made us a delicious cake on my husband's birthday. Nothing really. There were a few stairs to our room but even at 60 ish years old it wasn't a problem.

We enjoyed breakfast in the pretty courtyard garden. The room was very clean and comfortable with great air con. Marijana the host was really kind and helpful - thank you!

• Sophie (10/5): - Our stay was comfortable, clean, and cozy. Marijana and Martha were super accommodating and attentive. Marijana was easy and fast to communicate with at any time and even assisted us with a late check-in that was even later due to flight delays. To top it off, my partner left something behind in the room without realizing and Marijana notified us and mailed it within hours of us leaving. I cannot recommend Zephyrus enough!
• Maria (10/5): - Fabulous apartment in Split, close to everything but far enough away to be quiet. Lovely sea views and the apartment is bigger than it seems in the pictures. Owner very helpful and available as needed.
• Tom (10/5): - I don't normally write reviews but I have to in this case. Our stay at Zephyrus was excellent. The location is within walking distance to restaurants and the marina. The host, Marijana, was exceptional! She went over and beyond our expectations.
• Sandra (10/5): - Gorgeous apartment and Marijana was so accomodating with our late checkout allowing us to leave our bags for the day. The courtyard is very beautiful and the location is convenient to all areas.

• Tom (9/5): Gray department, highly recommend. Would definitely stay there again. - Excellent location, incredible outside porch. Very comfortable beds and incredible shower. Very close to the downtown, very safe area.
• Mary (10/5): - Lovely, quaint hotel, very close to old town. The best thing about it all is the proprietor, Marijana. She is incredibly responsive and accommodating, no matter the hour! We were three couples and each of us were happy with our rooms and all agreed we would stay there again upon returning to Split.
• LORA (10/5): - Very comfortable, well appointed, cute. The staff, especially Marijana, were so friendly and helpful. Loved that it was located in short walking distance to restaurants and markets and the waterfront. Loved the courtyard for guests to gather.
