- Mirei (9/5): Amazing view, everything you need is there - The host was very kind and welcoming from the check in! We managed to check in the room earlier than expected which was a bonus. The room literally has EVERYTHING you need, glasses, a kettle, coffee, hair dryer, umbrella, shower gel and even sun cream which we didn't bring and needed because of unexpected beach day! The room is much bigger than we expected and bed was very comfortable. It even had a table and chairs, wardrobe and chest of draws so it will be handy if you're staying longer. The view from the balcony was outstanding both day and night. We felt very safe staying there as the attentive host was there all the time and very helpful. Thank you for the birthday gift as well. This trip was truly special for us because we stayed here! The steps to the apartment was very loooong!!! You can take a taxi to the very close point but we didn't and there were loads of stairs as other people commented.
- Robert (10/5): A trip to Croatia - The location was great from watching the views in the day or night you can see the sun set from here see the ferry's going out and got a really good view of the city. Stairs ! Not disabled friendly up about 300 stairs from the old town so if your not fit this isn't for you nothing to do with the apparent though that's just about the location.

- Romy (5/5): Locatie top maar niet schoon - De locatie was prachtig en de eigenares was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam Het was gewoon echt vies. Op de grond was snoep papier te vinden van de vorige mensen. Op het bureau, nachtkastje en in de kast lagen haren. De waterkoker en lichtknoppen waren met vet. De zijkant van het bed was geel. De lamellen konden niet dicht waardoor het enorm licht was in de kamer. Ook werd ons verteld dat zij de goedkoopste taxi kon regelen naar het vliegveld voor €55 maar we hebben een uber kunnen regelen voor €15. Nu is een uber wel altijd goedkoper, maar dit verschil is gigantisch waardoor de oprechtheid in twijfel wordt gebracht. Ook deden verschillende stopcontacten het niet en die het wel deden zaten los. Dit voelde heel onveilig..
- Soja (5/5): Die Lage und der Ausblick der Unterkunft sind wirklich hervorragend - Die Lage und der Ausblick der Unterkunft sind wirklich hervorragend – dafür gibt es definitiv Pluspunkte. Leider war die Sauberkeit ein großes Problem. Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr schmutzig, besonders das Badezimmer. Dort gab es starken unangenehmen Geruch sowie sichtbaren Schimmel. Das hat den Aufenthalt leider deutlich beeinträchtigt. Schade, denn mit besserer Reinigung und Pflege hätte die Unterkunft wirklich großes Potenzial.

The view of the city is incredible and would of loved to stay longer. No fault of the property but if you are a walker then the 15 min walk on google maps will take a bit longer. Would practice on the stairmaster. but not a fault at all just made it part of the experience :D (Forced to put something in this box)
- Irena (9/5): Dom gościnny z cudownymi widokami na Dubrownik! - Piękne widoki z góry na stare miasto w Dubrowniku, morze i wyspę Lokrum z balkonu to największe atuty tego miejsca! Gospodyni była bardzo miła i przyjazna. Pokój na górze z balkonem miał ładny, nowoczesny wystrój. Była klimatyzacja, lodówka i inne potrzebne rzeczy. A pokój na dole miał pełne wyposażenie z kuchnią. Trzeba mieć na uwadze, że aby dotrzeć do obiektu trzeba pokonać dużo schodów (ale dzięki temu są takie piękne widoki 🙂). Pokój z kuchnią i ogrodem mógłby mieć odświeżony wystrój wnętrza, a łazienka w nim miała nieprzyjemny zapach. W niektórych zakamarkach w ogrodzie i tarasie mógłby być troszkę większy porządek. 😉

- Maria (10/5): Zdecydowanie polecam! - Pokój wyposażony we wszystkie najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy. Przemiła pani Gospodarz, w pokoju czysto. Do sklepów i przystanków (i na lotnisko, Cavtat) bardzo blisko. Stare miasto niecałe 15 minut na piechotę od noclegu. Nie bójcie się schodów! Widok z balkonu wynagradza wszystko ;)

Po zejściu około 30 schodów plaża kamienista Banje Beach , z pięknym widokiem na wyspę Lokrum i port. Tip. Z uwagi na schody do przejścia do kwatery niezalecane dla osób z ograniczoną ruchowością. Jeżeli ktoś jedzie z Lotniska w Dubrowniku taksówką polecam wysiąść na górze by iść w dół schodami /łatwiej i bliżej/ Zdecydowanie warte swojej ceny. W dniu wymeldowania możliwość pozostawienia bagaży.

W obiekcie byliśmy w dolnym apartamencie z prywatnym tarasem. Dwa duże pokoje z kuchnią i prywatną łazienka z prysznicem, suszarką i pralką. W pokoju były rzeczy, które ułatwiają pobyt takie jak mydło, szampon czy proszek do prania, ręczniki na plażę. W pokoju darmowy internet i strona z przydatny informacjami o mieście. Bardzo miła i pomocna właścicielka służy pomocą i radami co warto a co nie warto zobaczyć. Apartament powoli wymaga remontu jeśli ktoś zwraca uwagę na elementy zużyte. Nam to nie przeszkadzało.

Perfekcyjnie zorganizowany transfer z lotniska i na lotnisko (dodatkowo, nasze bagaże zostały przechowane w mieszkaniu i dowiezione taksówką do miejsca wyjazdu z miasta na lotnisko). Mieszkanie czyściutkie, wygodne, bezpośrednie wyjście na taras z widokiem, cisza, spokój i oszałamiający zapach jaśminu. Dodatkowo piętro wyżej ogólnodostępny większy taras z jeszcze lepszym widokiem. Jest sporo schodów do pokonania ze starówki, ale jest to do zrobienia bez problemu, a widok z tarasu wynagradza to :) Nie było takiej rzeczy, kolejnym razem zatrzymałabym się w tym samym miejscu.
- James (9/5): - Great property! Linda, the owner, met us on the street in front, showed us the place to park and took us up to the room. Very spacious apartment: kitchen with everything needed to make a basic breakfast and coffee, large sleeping area with a table and wardrobe, nice bathroom with good towels and the best part - a balcony looking out to the bay. Linda is friendly, helpful and offered a welcome gift of homemade blueberry liqueur. In mid-April her restaurant below was not yet open for the season and only one restaurant in town was. The trail to the lakes was 100 meters away, providing ample walking opportunities. Very quiet at night. Couldn’t be happier!

The stairs would be an issue for older people or anyone with health issues, however it's easy to walk down to the town and we just took an Uber for €8 back up .

- Louise (9/5): Lovely apartment, wonderful views and host, we will be back! - The apartment is in a beautiful location overlooking Dubrovnik. Easy to get into the old town (5 mins walk) but lots of steps in the way back! You need to be relatively fit to cope with this. Katarina was a wonderful host. Very friendly and helpful in planning our trip to Cavtat. The apartment was close to a supermarket so that we could self cater and save a bit of money as eating out is expensive. The steps! But we knew there would be lots!! And you get used to it

The owner Zrinka is such a lovely lady, she couldn’t be more friendly. She always has a smile on her face and made us feel like at home. I totally recommend this place in you are staying in Dubrovnik. Nothing. Everything was perfect, the apartment was very clean, our towels were changed on the second day which was not necessary. - Fatima (8/5): Beautiful views, quiet nights, sore legs. - Incredible view, very close to old town, quiet. Nice and friendly host. We booked this apartment because everyone talked about how amazing the view is. The view is indeed breathtaking, you can see the whole of old town and a part of Lokrum island. It was worth the whole stairs climbing. Asides from the stairs, it’s just a 10mins walk to old town where you can eat, drink, explore etc. There is a VAST amount of stairs to get there, which is fine if you’re prepared and fit enough to climb.

- Flora2308 (9/5): Wunderschöner Balkon mit Aussicht auf die Altstadt - Top Lage in Dubrovnik, man braucht nicht einmal eine Viertelstunde zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Traumhafter Ausblick vom Balkon, die Betten sind sehr gemütlich. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und auch jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Föhn, Duschgel und Küchenessentials wie Öl und Essig vorhanden. Handtücher und sogar Badetücher werden gestellt und auch gewechselt. Die Lage für Dubrovnik ist zwar top, man darf die steile Anlage der Stadt allerdings nicht unterschätzen. Von der Altstadt zum Quartier sind es einige Hundert Stiegen, dadurch vermeidet man, untertags mehrmals in die Unterkunft gehen zu müssen. Das Badezimmer hatte anfangs einen unangenehmen Geruch, der aber nach ordentlichem Lüften auch so gut wie verschwunden war. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt zu wünschen übrig, es war zb kein Schneidebrett oder kleine scharfe Messer vorhanden.

Przesympatyczna właścicielka ktora pomaga we wszystkim. Komunikacja po angielsku bez problemu. Sporo schodow ze starego miasta do apartamantu ale trzeciego dnia juz nam to nie przeszkadzalo. Wiekszosc apartamentow polozona jest na zboczu gory wiec schody nie uniknione.

It is quite uphill so it may be a challenge for reduced mobility or people with children (a LOT of stairs from the city). The host was absolutely lovely and very helpful. When we arrived - quite late - the host greeted us warmly and 2 beers were waiting for us in the fridge of the flat. While the environment is calm, isolation between flats is not the best. (We could hear the neighbors snoring at night). Aside from that it was perfect!

- May (9/5): Great place to stay close to Old Town - Close proximity to Old Town beaches and attractions. Partial ocean views from our suite. Comfortable beds. Owner very friendly and provided lots of info on things to do. Heads up lots of steep stairs, if mobility and fitness is an issue. Wifi is sporadic.

Would not suit anyone with any mobility issues at all . No way a car/taxi can get any nearer . - Clare (10/5): Lovely guest house with incredible views! - This guest house is lovely! The host, Tsrina, is so kind and helpful if you need anything during your stay. She advised me on how to rearrange some of my activities due to the week's weather forecast, which was incredibly helpful! The room was very clean and had everything you could need in the small kitchen to make a few meals and keep drinks very cold. The balcony was the perfect place to unwind after a long day walking around Old Town (with a really incredible view of Old Town and Lokrum Island). The bed was also very comfy! P.S. Prepare yourself for the stairs in Dubrovnik. Many accommodations are reached by long streets of stairs, including this one. Good thing about this place is you can cool off with the AC and a shower once you get up :)

- Ban (9/5): - The owner was very pleasant and wonderful. She made sure our room was cleaned daily. The view from our balcony was spectacular. There were lots of stairs to get to the property. It's not for people who have mobility problem. Going down was fine but going up was very hard for us. We took a taxi every time we went back and there was still some stairs to climb.

- Katja (10/5): - Ein phantastischer Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Altstadt, einfach nur traumhaft. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Leider ist die Unterkunft mit dem Auto nur noch mit Sondergenehmigung anzufahren. Man muss sich also vorher einen Parkplatz suchen und das ganze Gepäck in ein Taxi umladen. Das ist extrem umständlich, gerade wenn man mit viel Gepäck anreist.

It has a bit of steps to get up to but it was well worth it with amazing views of Old Town and Lokrum Island at your door step. Amenities were good enough for us on a short trip and a small kitchenette was handy too. Thanks to Katarina too for helping with any queries we had along the way
- Jucimar (9/5): - The location and the stuff - an amazing view of the old town and the sea. Very friendly and welcoming owners. Felt like home. I would defo book it again if I see it available. I was offered towels for the beach, and I loved the care and the thought, cause it was super handy to have them there. The place is lovely, and it has all the major stuff for cooking and relaxing. I found that the cleaning could be improved in the toilet and shower. FOR CLARITY - I would have booked Home Sweet Home again.

- Alexandre (9/5): Muitas escadas, vista compensa - A vista do local realmente é o ponto alto da acomodação. O quarto é espaçoso, bem equipado e confortável. O local é próximo do Old Town. Realmente são muitas escadas. Se não estiver com disposição e fôlego em dia, talvez essa acomodação não seja pra você. Da rua mais próxima até o quarto, são aproximadamente 90 degraus. Se for do centro velho até o quarto, são mais de 400 degraus de escadas.
