You enter into the living room space that is furnished with plush couches and a smart TV equipped with wifi and cable. To the right is the full bathroom featuring both a tub and shower which is stocked with essential toiletries. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed adorned with cozy duvets and fluffy pillows and a closet to hang your clothes. Moving through to the other side of the living area is a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge, stove with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, along with dishes and accessories. There is a small dining table with seating for four providing a comfortable and functional living space for your stay.

Die kleine Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und noch vieles mehr. Das Haus ist viel zu hellhörig. Wir waren 3 nächte da und 2x sind oben neue gäste ein und ausgezogen. Man hört einfach jede bewegung und das war nach kurzer zeit bereits extrem lästig.

Sehr, sehr hellhörig: Aus der Wohnung im ersten Geschoss hört man viele Geräusche, insbesondere wenn jemand normal über den Fußboden geht. In der Nacht wacht man davon auf. Die Gartenlanlage ist ungepflegt.

Einzig der Aussenbereich war auf den Bildern etwas ansprechender dargestellt. Es wirkte etwas verwildert.

• Angela (9/5): Great place to stay in Clearwater - The suite was very clean and modernly decorated. Good kitchen with everything we needed for preparing a couple of meals. The bed was very comfortable. The suite is in an older house located on a very quiet street in Clearwater. We'd stay again if we were booking a place in Clearwater. Would have preferred a table and chairs. The suite has only some bar stools at the counter. The shower curtain liner needs to be replaced. Can hear noise from the upstairs suite, but fortunately the people above us weren't too noisy.

• Ksenia (10/5): Great house in quiet location near the lake. - I cannot express how wonderful this apartment is. It’s very quiet — we slept with the windows open and didn’t hear a single sound except the birds in the morning. There are hiking trails near the house. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. There’s a smart TV in the living room. Communication is great and the instructions are clear. I also highly recommend the restaurant by the lake for breakfast. It’s only a five-minute walk or a one-minute drive from the house. The only inconvenience is the showerhead fixed to the wall — I don’t understand how that could be convenient for anyone. Unfortunately, there’s no washing machine, but this is known in advance.

It was a quiet location but close enough for us to take in the lake and the Hop n Hog Smokehouse close by. Recommended! Nothing springs to mind.

The bedroom was wonderful, slept like a baby, even though I had some preconceptions about sous-terrain at first. The kitchenette is great, equipped with everything you need to prepare a good savory breakfast. Met the lovely host and got some amazing hints on different trails. Very valuable. Wished, I could’ve stayed longer. It seems to have very thin walls. You can literally hear every step made in the apartment above.

Beautiful yard around with blossoming saccura tree, fireplace and place to go out to breathe some fresh air. We have been doing a long trip and stayed in 6 places on our way and this one was the best! Additional appreciation to the owners and staff for their support and readiness to help! Great job!

• Amil (10/5): A perfect stay—clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location with excellent management. - Our stay was fantastic! The place was exceptionally clean, and the house condition was a perfect 10/10. We rented the upper level, which included two bedrooms and a living room, fully equipped with everything we needed—towels, bedding, TV, internet, cookware, dishes, and more. The beds were super comfortable. The location is great, just a 7-10 minute walk to Dutch Lake. Heating and A/C worked perfectly, and the rooms were bright with plenty of natural sunlight. The management team was incredibly friendly, kind, and quick to resolve any issues. Plus, the fireplace in front of the house added a wonderful touch to our vacation. Next time we travel to Clearwater, we’ll definitely rent this place again. Highly recommended! To be honest I couldn’t see any negative thing during my stay
• Specialcld (9/5): Comfortable stay - This property would be comfortable for 4 adults. We did not do any cooking, but the fridge and stove looked new. The fridge was a good size for what we needed (not a small one). The table for 4 are nice. There are 2 love seats in the living room, they were very comfortable and new looking. The TV wasn't huge, maybe 40". There was about 10 stairs to get to door. They were in good condition and the railing was very sturdy. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and there were a lot of towels. It was a cold day and I wish they had turned on the heat. Next time I would request the heat or AC turned on. The house is close to everything. They list a few restaurants and things to do. We enjoyed our stay are thinking of returning. Not sure there was anything that we did not like, but I wish they had turned up the heat before we arrived.

• Caroline (8/5): A beautiful property close to many amenities - The property was beautiful, spacious, clean, modern and well equipped. The ideal location for exploring Wells Gray Provincial Park, close to plenty of amenities, shops, garage, etc. The apartment is in the basement of a property. The upstairs apartment had new occupants arrive on both nights we were there. The noise and bumping from upstairs was very loud.

The house was clean, roomy and modern with an equipped kitchen, tv, and games. They also had a lovely outdoor fire pit that was accessible. We enjoyed the location as it was close to the lake and river as well as easy access to trails. We felt comfortable and would stay again. There was a terrible smell from the shower curtain but that can easily be remedied with a replacement.

We were glad we found this guesthouse to stay overnight on our way to Vancouver. Excellent value for the money.

• Sandy (8/5): - A short distance from the highway, very quiet, treed and nicely groomed property in a residential street. We read the very strict check in procedure to be done after 4 pm at a different location (commercial property) - and since we were planning to arrive about 2 pm, the renter kindly agreed to check us in earlier, but never showed up. We went to the information centre to get help and they called the company. The communication break down meant we were running around until almost 4 pm anyway, and it wasn't fun after driving all day. Otherwise the unit was lovely, and all I could wish for was a package of coffee and tea for the coffee maker. We are not camping or travelling with much food, but the kitchen was well endowed with equipment. Great value for an overnight stay! We know all this for next time!

• yunjeong (10/5): 캐나다 가정집 같은 좋은 숙소 - 재스퍼 가는 길에 잠시 묵었던 숙소입니다. 호텔은 아니고 에어비앤비 스타일의 집이었는데 주방 이용이 편리하고 집 내부가 잘 꾸며져 있어서 아주 만족했습니다. 침구는 깨끗하고 침대도 아주 편안했네요! 와이파이도 잘 연결되었으나 티비는 제가 연결방법을 몰라서 그런건지 이용이 어려웠네요. 밤 10시 넘어 도착해서 체크인은 어떻게 하나 걱정했는데 전화 통화도 바로 되어서 걱정없이 들어갔네요. 아이가 있어서 음식을 조리해야 한다면 강추합니다. 밤 늦게 도착해서 잠시 잠만 자고 재스퍼로 떠나야 했던게 많이 아쉬울 정도의 좋은 숙소였습니다.
