• Liza Radley (10/5): Great apartment for a short stay - The apartment was perfect for a few days stay in Tenby. It's just a few minutes walk to the beaches, restaurants and shops. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We were even lucky with parking and managed to find a space just outside the apartment or round the corner. There is nothing we didn't like.

• Tyndell (10/5): Easy to book, fabulous apartment close to all the town and beaches . - Having been to Tenby many times before, I knew the location I wanted to stay and Lockinbar Apts met my exact needs. Close to the venue I was going to that evening and well within walking distance to beaches and town. Not much can be done but the parking as a little difficult. Possibly think about parking permit for the apts.

• Jayne (9/5): A little break away - The accommodation was excellent. Very conveniently located on the ground floor. The quality of the accommodation was excellent the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed , the shower room was lovely and big. The bedroom was large with plenty of room for your clothing and plenty of hangers.

• King (8/5): Really nice place to stay Simon is a lovely guy. Really helpful if you’re looking for somewhere to stay at a reasonable - The property location was perfect! 2 min walk to the beach and five to town centre! Plenty of space and well equipped! We had tea and coffee available on arrival which saved us having to make the trip to Sainsbury’s straight away! The original check-in time was 3 pm however I sent Simon a message advising we would be there at around 1230 and if there was somewhere for us to leave our bags not only did the offer to have them at the hotel if needed but the advised the property would be ready for the time that we arrived, which was amazing. Our train to leave wasn’t until late afternoon so Simon also offered to have our suitcases at the hotel which is a minute walk from the apartments which saved us having to lug them around all day in the rain. Simon is a really nice guy we need accommodating and easy to get a hold of the apartment was clean and tidy the upstairs neighbours were a little bit noisy but you do expect that in an apartment building 10 out of 10 for perfect stay! There was nothing to not like about the property. We use it as a base as we are out most of the day and it was perfect for that the kitchen was well equipped so we were able to cook when we got rained in with storm Benjamin.

• Jackie (8/5): A comfortable, spacious, well-maintained apartment - A comfortable ground floor apartment in an excellent location minutes from the South Beach and the town walls. A large, light bedroom which was very quiet, even though it fronts the street. The lounge faces the garden and is a bit darker. The little garden looks nice though it wasn't the weather to sit out! A large well-equipped kitchen and a good size bathroom with a large shower. It was all well maintained and very clean. Simon was very helpful and responded quickly when contacted. A good place for a short break and very reasonably priced. Parking is expensive in Tenby as there is no street parking for visitors, but this is true for every holiday property. The car park is very close by.

Wi-Fi great, shower great and kitchen facilities great.😊. Couldn’t fault it only 5 minute walk to the restaurants, shops , carpark. Multi storey car park cheaper than the 5 Arches car park. You may be able to park in the street out of season. Host Simon was very helpful. Nothing ……..

• MARTIN (9/5): Excellent apartment that my wife and I hope to use again in the not too distant future. - Brilliant location. Excellent host. Spotlessly clean and modern. Slight problem with mattress which was reported and dealt with promptly and efficiently.
• Róbert (10/5): - The location of the apartment was fantastic. Only a few minutes walk from Tenby South Beach and to town centre as well. The apartment was great, well equipped, comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully equipped. There was no parking right in front of the apartment, but there was a huge car park a minute walk from the apartment. Our host, Simon, was very helpful, gave us few instructions to the apartment, and knows a lot about what to do in Tenby as well Everything was great.

• Jane (10/5): Great apartment - very comfortable - The apartment was excellent. It is really spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is amazing, right in town and next to the beach. The beds were so comfy. Communication from Simon the host was great.The apartment is great value for money. Car park at the end of the street, a very short walk away, it reasonably priced for location. Would definitely book again if staying Tenby. Nothing! Shame we were only there for 1 night!

The vertical blinds in all rooms were annoying, some didn't open and would be better to have curtains in the bedrooms. The blinds made a lot of noise when having windows open on the warmer nights
• Amy (9/5): Once again had a lovely stay here for the last week of summer. - We stayed here last year and decided to come back again this year! We loved that we could cook for ourselves with the equipment provided, and the location is brilliant - close to the beautiful South Beach and walking distance to everything in the town centre. The apartment was very clean and had a nice atmosphere for holidaying. All amenities were appreciated. The bed was a tiny bit rustly/noisy perhaps due to the mattress type/topper or springs, otherwise very comfortable.

(Emergency?) light outside bedrooms couldn’t be switched off & all heavy fire doors throughout felt excessive. Decor whilst clean was a little outdated & dark (brown carpet, glass table, artificial flowers etc). Would be nice if a resident parking permit were included.

• Colorado Hiker (9/5): Quiet and comfortable. - Excellent location - close to a car park and stores. The apartment is well equiped and comfortable and not on a terribly noisy street (plus good insulating windows to keep out the noise). EXCELLENT host - Simon was extremely fast in replying to our queries and very helpful in providing information. The wifi was poor (although the host said it was going to be replaced).
• Steve (7/5): Pleasant first visit to Tenby. - Location was good, access to the garden was good. Communication with owners was very good. Room sizes were good. All facilities were good. Bed was uncomfortable and noisy. Pillows were old and need changing. Could do with instructions to use cooker/hob. Noise from upstairs was loud constant slamming of doors and heaviness of feet especially during the quiet times. This only applied to the 2nd set of guests as didn't know 1st guests were there and they were as considerate as us which cannot be said of 2nd set of guests.

• Crawley (8/5): - Great location, clean and tidy Could do with new blinds in the bedrooms as they are all broken,the light woke me up at 5 am. Could also benefit from new pillows as had a bad neck sleeping on them. The second day, i went and purchased some. 4 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. I no it state's stairs but didn't realise how many. But it is difficult for someone with a broken leg.

• Jane (8/5): Lovely apartment. - Super modern apartment. TV on bedrooms as well as living room. Our host was very helpful regarding a small issue and resolved it straight away. Stairs. 5 and a half flights to carry suitcases to the bedrooms. Not ideal for an 80 year old.

• Amanda (7/5): - Simon was very quick to respond to queries. Also helpful in letting us check in early as the appartment was ready. The blinds in the twin bedroom don't quite fit and let a lot of light in. One of the twin beds had an uncomfortable mattress - I used the other one, so it was OK for us. It was very windy one night and there was a loud banging/rattling noise coming (I think) from the roof above us.

• James (8/5): - Bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom were great. Seating in the lounge a little uncomfortable for 3 of us. 2 seater leather sofa and 1 bucket style chair with a hard back. Didn't see any door wedges to keep the internal doors from automatically closing so had to use chairs and shoes to wedge them open. Internet is basic and only Mbps download. With 2 phones, 2 iPads and a fire stick it really struggled. A connection between 20 and 40 Mbps would have been ideal. Appreciate you don't go away to stay on the internet but at night, with a family, this is the normal reality tbh.
