Dawn was so nice and let us have a bonfire with our extended family at her property. She was always connecting with us to ensure our kids were having fun. One of the best hosts we have ever met. The house and furniture is a bit old but everything you need is provided and in working condition.

- Julie (10/5): - This was the perfect B&B for a getaway in Wakefield. The room was clean, cozy and had all the necessary amenities such as mini fridge, microwave, keurig coffee machine, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, utensils, glasses, etc. The bed and futon were very comfortable and even the kids slept well. Obviously there is a bit of noise since this is a B&B in a century old house but ear plugs work very well for light sleepers! The B&B in located right in the heart of Wakefield and is walking distance to the main road with all the restaurants and shops. It is also 2 mins drive to Vorlage ski hill. Dawn (the owner) was absolutely lovely and catered to everything we needed. the breakfast was like a gourmet meal and took into account my husband's allergies. We look forward to returning to this place!

The suites are accessible by stairs.

The breakfasts were excellent, pre-ordered from a varied menu making use of tasty local products. The location in Wakefield was perfect for access to the Saturday market, walks along the river paths and close to the best restaurants. Nothing. The room was small but cosy and just as advertised.

She provided dairy free options for my boyfriend and even gave us a free room upgrade! She always made her self available to contract in case we had any questions or concerns (we didn't), and I feel she did everything she could to make our stay exceptional, which it was! Would most definitely recommend this B&B to stay in if you are in the area or are looking for a quiet place to stay while you tour the beautiful countryside of Wakefield. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to spend here, but will definitely be coming back. Also the breakfast options for highly impressive and both my boyfriend and I enjoyed both our breakfasts and our stay! Nothing at all! I only wish we could have stayed longer :)

- Julien (10/5): - Cozy room in a great location. The host is exceptionally attentive, generous and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches as well.
- Marleen (9/5): Amazing and felt right at home. - Clean and cozy bed and breakfast in beautiful Wakefield! Dawn is such a tentative and gracious host and makes you feel at home. Her property is a two minute walk to Riverside (the main street in town) and hiking trails are right behind the property, so it's the perfect location if you want to explore the town for a little getaway. Breakfast was fantastic and we loved all of the options available! Thanks again!
