• Judit (5/5): - Good location. I didnt like that they were doing renovations that started at 8am on a Saturday. Also I got bitten by bed bugs because it was cold during the night and I grabbed a blanket from the closet, woke up at 2am and killed the bug. I would recommend to wash everything that you got there. also check out at 10 seems a bit too early
• Mia (7/5): - The location is Old Town Central so you can easily nip back to the room in between site seeing. The staff, although not onsite, are very responsive via the Bookings messenger system. The listing said it had a terrace. I guess it technically did, but it's not somewhere to sit leisurely. Its just an enclosed courtyard.

• Kevin (8/5): Simple, no frills, relatively affordable room located in a quiet but central part of town - It was nice—one of the cheapest places and it was extremely clean and located in a quiet but central part of town. The in room sink and balcony was also a nice touch. We had to check in late because our flight was delayed and without cellular data, there was a little challenging to communicate with the front desk. It was a bit ambiguous on how to check in after hours but we figured it out without much issue. The place also had a slightly old/mothball smell (but not in an unclean way).

• Cathleen (10/5): Perfect location and a small but attractive/adequate room! - You can’t get any closer to the city center without tons of stairs too! On a quiet dead end street! The shower was smaller than we liked and there weren’t any instructions on the TV/ cable- the remote needed new batteries . so that was an inconvenience for a couple of days.

• Stjepanka (9/5): Excellent loation and rooms - The hosts are amazing and were so easy to communicate. There is nothing bad I can say about this property and could not recommend it more. The location is great right in the city centre but hidden just enough to be quiet for a well needed good sleep after a day of exploring. The rooms were super clean and very spacious honestly just 10/10.

• Dooley (1/5): AVOID - nice spot, but we got bed bugs - Lovely location in the center of Dubrovnik. Room was clean, but smelled a bit musty. Unfortunately we got bed bugs while staying at the property - three mornings in a row we woke up with bug bites all over our bodies. After returning home, these were diagnosed as bed bug bites. The host denied that the room had bud, did not offer any support when we asked for help in resolving the matter.

• Liz (8/5): Very good - In a quiet area of the old town but close to everything and with only a few stairs. Great room with a fridge and the added bonus of a small table & 2 chairs, crockery, cutlery, electric kettle & sandwich toaster. Everything was good.
• Andrew (8/5): Very good - In the heart of old town. Jelena the agent, was very helpful. She organised pickup from the airport, and met us when the driver dropped us off. Not much storage for clothes. Tv didn't appear to work.
• James (6/5): - This review is for the property at Pecarica #6 (in the old town). PROS: First and foremost this property is great for walking the whole old town and access to the City Wall. The room is clean and a helpful city map is provided as well as booklets on sights and restaurants. CONS: If you are older and moving luggage please note that the photo showing the "entrance to property" is misleading. What is missing is the flight of stairs before you arrive at what the photo shows. The advertised 4 min. walk from the Pile gate is a bit longer and even longer when encountering crowed streets. The advertised "shared patio" is shared with non-residents who use it as a place to smoke, several times a day. Hence, the room has an odor of smoke. ADVICE: Uber is much cheaper than a Taxi. They both pick and drop off at the same location.

• Nedim (10/5): Exceptional - It was such a great experience staying at Booba Rooms. Dubrovnik is so busy and lively, but our accommodation was at a perfect, quiet spot which we appreciated a lot. If you are a GoT fan like I am, you will love being super close to that famous staircase from season 5 of Walk of Shame. Booba Rooms’ staff was professional and helpful, and communication went smoothly. I recommend this accommodation wholeheartedly.

• Emily (9/5): Amazing location - The location of this property is brilliant. It had everything we needed for a two night stay in the old town. It was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly meeting us on arrival. The locks were a little bit fiddly and the stairs are quite steep to get up to the room but these are minor issues overall very happy with our stay.

Considering it was so close to the centre, it was a very quiet location at night. very clean. Good experience with the owner and contact person, who was able to book us a taxi to get from the airport and back. Very compact! The terrace could do with a tidy up... dried up plants etc are not very nice to look at. Also could do with bigger table and more chairs - the terrace is supposed to be shared between 3 apartments. That wouldn't be feasible if everyone wanted to sit out there at the same time.

The AC was not working properly and the hot water was not enough for two people. Our biggest issue was that we tried to contact the host about the AC and he never responded back. Also the walls are very thin you can hear everything from the other rooms.

• Martyn (7/5): Check-in went really smoothly and given instructions regarding air-con, keys and check out. The stay was fine and we enj - Good location, clean, good air con, powerful shower, good Wi-FI. Only enough hot water for one shower before waiting for it to heat up again. Only one bath and hand towel each for a 6 night stay. The shared outdoor seating was a rusty table and 4 chairs in a dirty area and not as described in listing. Builders were working next door though which had an effect, hopefully will improve when work finished. Much better to go and sit in the lovely squares of the old town.

She was really helpful and quick to respond to any of our questions . Everything about the room was good other than bathroom being a bit small. It was a bit of a hassle.

I'd highly recommend using their transfer service too. Picked up at airport and then dropped off outside city walls and met by owner who walks you to apartment. Nothing
• Joanne (8/5): Very good - The room is in a great location in Old Town. It is central but tucked in a backstreet so you don't have any noise from the street and foot traffic. The room was a good size and the bed and amenities were comfortable. The room isn't noise-proof so you can hear people in the neighbouring room quite loudly. The shared terrace also isn't really a terrace - it was just a table out the front of the property, but it wasn't an area you would really sit and and enjoy.

• Lucia (8/5): Incredible location, comfy and clean - Location was amazing! Right in the middle of old town. The bet was incredibly comfortable and the room was very well equipped so we were able to make ourselves breakfast. The shower and water pressure were fantastic too! We thought we booked a different room. Our room was very dark and in the first floor, but the pictures of the room I booked looked different. We were still comfortable though! By the entrance there’s a lot of mosquitos so perhaps they can put a citronella plant there?
• Robyn (10/5): Exceptional stay in the old town - The location was fantastic. Loved the front courtyard where we would sit every night. Apartment was very comfortable. Communication before our stay was excellent, with directions to give to our driver for easiest drop off. Simple handover of keys. Organised then to have a pickup on our departure to take us to the airport. Highly recommend. Just be aware that Dubrovnik is full of stairs however this apartment only had about 6 stairs to the property and then a staircase to 2 rooms.
