- Dan (10/5): Fantastic stay - Such a pleasant change from motels. Old style but renvated with all modern features you need. Our room was huge with classic wood panel and a cozy but comfortable bathroom. Both fridge and microwave plus coffee maker. Friendly and helpful and fully bilingual front desk staff. Quick checkin and out. Great restaurant on site. I would not consider any other place to stay in Baie Comeau, and all at a very reasonable price.
- Catherine (10/5): - I liked the old style of the building. Though our room was in a renovated wing with new laminate flooring and bright white paint which felt at odds with the style of the original hotel. It was clean , staff were friendly, and beds comfortable.

- kezia (10/5): - The rooms was quite spacious, having two separate rooms for the two beds was kinda fun! Although having the bathroom being only near one bed is a bit annoying for the other people we were with, but other than that the beds were very comfortable, the comforter was actually fluffy, and not just a sheet of paper, and the pillows were soft and cozy. The ambiance was so nice, and I loved the bricks in the rooms, such a different and cozy vibes. I don't go in that area often, but now I want to just so I can go to this hotel again. The price was extremely reasonable for what you get. I definitely recommend this place for a nice quick stay or a longer one!
- Anton C (8/5): Second time at the Grand - Our second visit to the Grand, the place is ok a little old and the bathrooms are very small but the bar and restaurant are very convenient which is more our priority. Comfortable beds, clean rooms.

- Luigi (2/5): - To start off the room that I paid 176 taxes and fees were included the room was in the basement in a 150 year old hotel even though it was renovated there was a window of about 2 feet by 2 feet wide to add to that my wife is claustrophobic and they offered me a room at 227 dollars which I had no choice to accept .nowhere in the add that I viewed the room was there a mention that the room was in the basement I wouldn’t have rented there so please consider on giving me a refund of the difference that I paid extra please contact me in the next 3 days so I can get some justification for what happened thank you my phone number is 514 927 5687

- Shylah (10/5): - This properry is lovely. The rooms are huge and seems newly renovated. I was on the lowest level in the 100s. The restaurant looked beautiful but we didnt eat there. The ownly downfall is parking is limited at the hotel. We lucked out with a spot right at our entrance but if not then we would have had to park somewhere near by not at the hotel

- JF (8/5): - This is a very central location. I was on second floor. Smelled cigarette - would benefit changing the carpets. The hotel is kind of rustic which gives it charm and lots of old looking wood decoration. Staff needs a pep talk. Mostly students or intl students?; polite but have no sense of service to clients. Do not go overboard on explaining where the parking is. Disd not know the parking rule on the front street. One of them spoke some sort of teenage growling. The bar is nice and you can get a decent beer and some food. Useful place for quick short business station. Room was comfir but toilet bowl is literally installed across the door between you and the sink.. Weirdest design ever seen.

When asked about Parking for the hotel, we weren’t giving any clear instructions and had to find a place to park ourselves. The hotel had very good ratings, however It was very dated.

Draps et matelas tachés. Ménage incomplet. Fenêtre très difficile à ouvrir et endommagée. Wifi non disponible. Tapis du couloir très sale. Difficile d'avoir du service le soir. Très peu de places de stationnement. On s'attendait à beaucoup mieux d'après les photos et commentaires. On ne recommande pas cet hôtel, manque de professionnalisme.

The wifi info given to us was incorrect. Parking was very difficult for average size suv. Area around facilities were not safe feeling. Adjacent businesses closed. Many homeless people loitering around.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Fausse représentation - La chambre obtenue n'était pas du tout comme sur les photos. Elle était au sous-sol. Il y avait de mauvaises odeurs dans le couloir. Les salles de bain du plancher étaient sales et mal éclairées. À notre arrivée à l'accueil, la réceptionniste nous a indiqué qu'elle ne voyait pas notre réservation. Nous avons pu obtenir une meilleure chambre pour les deux nuits suivantes, mais nous avons été très déçus que la chambre ne corresponde pas du tout à ce qui était affichée dans l'application.

No parking place, you have to park in the street in front. Laundry bags line the hallways and cardboard boxes are stacked in corners. I do not recommend and will not be staying there again.
