- Deborah (8/5): - Wonderful bed, and I appreciated the variety of pillows. Only suggestion is for more variety of foods at breakfast. Otherwise, a wonderful stay!
- Tracey (9/5): Great overnighter good value for money - Each room faces the river with a balcony. It was flowing really well. Only a short walk into the Main Street. Loads of options for dinner. It’s a little tired but great value for money. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would stay there again if passing or visiting Leavenworth. Our toilet cistern was broken.
- Tiffany (10/5): - Amazing view of the river. Said it had a hot tub but they don’t anymore. Looks like it got turned into a smoking area
- Darlene (10/5): - The view from the balcony was glorious, the river was beautiful rushing past with the mountains for a background.
The room was very clean and cozy I truly appreciate the full size refrigerator.
Oh and breakfast was great, a wonderful selection fresh and hot. And don't forget the staff who were very helpful and accommodating. We had a great experience, would definitely book again. Nothing
- Brooklynn (9/5): -
- Lisa (1/5): Terrible facility. - All of it was terrible. We left before even spending one night due to the nasty dirty smell and dirty facility Everything
- Louis (7/5): -
- Mandeep (8/5): -
- Tammy (8/5): It was okay - Breakfast was good My tv didn’t work and it took all the next day and two calls for someone to come fix.
- Celia (8/5): -
- Kathy (8/5): Would stay again. - On the river. The gravy before biscuits and gravy was not hot.
- Gary and Debbie (7/5): - It didn’t seem like it had been vacuumed or dusted and the sliding glass doors weren’t clean.
The breakfast was decent but not varied each day.
- Gabriela (7/5): - Location.. Needed upgrades
- nataliya (10/5): - Everything was nice

- Celia (8/5): We will definitely stay here again. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Facility was wonderful. - Breakfast was good. Staff was fantastic We were pleasure with everything. No complaints.
- Mary (8/5): -
- Tatiana (8/5): -
- Nathalie (10/5): Heavenly - By the river
- Shannon (5/5): - Location was nice. We could easily walk to town. The room was very dated. The air conditioning/heater unit was SO loud. Could hear a lot of movement/noice in the room above us during the night. The bed was not very comfortable.
- James (10/5): -
- April (10/5): -
- Paige (9/5): - Excellent location and view. Located just outside of town, so was a very peaceful stay. Staff was helpful on checkin and needs during the stay.
- Chris (9/5): -
- Alexandria (10/5): Beautiful location. Walking distance to all the shops without having to drive through any of it. - Good variety of hot items.
- Seaside59813530814 (2/5): Pathetic, Unhygienic, Rude - STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTDATED AND UNHYGIENIC INN. Carmen and Gary are rude, there are used bandaids in the bedroom, and the staff refuses to take responsibility or assist. In their words “we don’t want to be here either”. Ridiculous, and a shame to the welcoming vibe of leavenworth.
- Denise (8/5): safe and comfortable. - food was ok for meat eatters but not so great for vegitarians. would have been nice to have fresh apples
and more hot water for tea 20 minutes is a long time to wait for tea.
- Cailey (2/5): - AC is just a fan. Room was not cleaned well, towels are old, worn and falling apart.
- Hendrik (5/5): - The location was good for visiting Leavenworth Adventure center and Safeway grocery. And the front desk ladies were friendly. The outdoor pool was dirty and the overall outside of the hotel was dirty. Also the inside of the room carpet area was very dirty and stained. Need to be update the carpet. I got bitten four different area of my right thigh on the bed. Not sure what bitten me.
- Sue (7/5): -
- michael (9/5): All in all I would return - The view from the balcony, and location to main town A/C very loud, breakfast cold
- Glen (9/5): -
- Richard (9/5): -
- Linda (8/5): We were very pleased, would definitely come back.... - Great selection... Very good No complaints
- Stephanie (9/5): - River views were amazing
- Bruce (7/5): The inn was quaint and the staff was very friendly. - The breakfast was good, the location was great. We enjoyed looking down on the river. The decor of the rooms was simple, yet charming. The price was fair. The facility was not as clean as it should be. The hallway and stairs could use more care, such as spiderwebs and under the railings. The person that serviced our room did not understand English. My elderly mother did not want to go with us on our ride so she stayed behind. She told him he could clean the room while she sat on the balcony. He vacuumed the balcony but did little to nothing to the room. Beds were not made and we did not get clean towels.
- Jordan (10/5): -
- Cynthia (9/5): Friendly staff, beautiful deck, clean, comfortable, parking a bit tight, great little breakfast - Deck Parking wasn't adequate, ice machine ran out
- paul (5/5): - My wife and I scheduled and paid for 2 nights but had to leave after 1 night because of respiratory health problems due to smoke from forest fires.
Both Alpine Rivers and Bookings.com have refused to refund for the unused 2nd night.
We will not be returning to Alpine Rivers nor using booking.com in the future; neither will we recommend either to our friends and family.
- maria eugenia (9/5): Placer - Urno
- Arlene (7/5): Other than the TV, it was not bad. It was very quiet. - We like the view overlooking the river The TV remote would not work, the desk guy had to come and replace it, I had to stand to the side of the TV, practically stand on my head in order to change the channels
- Emily (9/5): Would recommend! - Was walkable to downtown, and the family rooms all looked out onto the river! Property was a little dated, but was a great value for the location and was clean.
- Greg (1/5): Missed opportunity - View and relatively close to downtown shopping Check in was super slow not real friendly. First night we stayed you were woke up at 1 AM in the morning to loud thumping noise. This continued for several hours into the early morning understanding this was New Year’s Eve. However, this continued on throughout the morning into the next day, the room next to us People were yelling off of the balcony and blasting music base echoing through our hotel room. Making sleep impossible
The next morning
I called the office below and told them of the night before and I’d like to relocate rooms for the next night and if they could address the noise issues before I did, they said sure they’d look into it but really couldn’t do anything until 10
PM.
However the noise continued around 10:00 AM we’ve gotten ready and we’re heading to town at this point, I went into the office and asked if I could have a different room or we were leaving. They said they could not refund my money or move rooms because they were booked full. Keep in mind this as well before anyone else would be checking in for that day so I highly doubt that the absolute worst experience not to mention my anniversary my wife and I packed up our things and drove 3 1/2 hours back to home in the snow and ice Having to celebrate our anniversary on the road thank you very much.
Feel free to call me for more details.
We’ll never be back.
- villegas (10/5): Everything about the view is excellent except for the mouse inside cabin - There was a mouse in there The view is spectacular no comparison
- michaelnF3678JE (2/5): Beware. They will lie and steal your money. - My family arrived around 5:30 p.m. for check-in and were told our rooms were still unavailable because they were still being cleaned. The front desk told me to contact my third-party booking service for a full refund and said we could wait in the lobby in the meantime.
While I was on the phone with the booking service, the representative told me the hotel refused to approve the refund. When I questioned the front desk, the staff’s tone immediately changed, and I was told I would not receive a refund, despite them being the ones who told me to request one.
The hotel then fabricated a story claiming I arrived at 2 p.m. and declined one of the rooms, which is completely false. I was told I could either pay full price for two subpar rooms or leave and “possibly” receive a partial refund. I chose to leave on principle.
When I followed up the next morning, I was told again that no refund would be issued due to “hotel policy.” Please read the other reviews, since this is not an isolated incident. Do not book here unless you’re willing to risk losing your money.
- Ayumi (8/5): Staff was very nice. - It was great location. Fridge was new. It was unfortunate that the people staying in the room above us were making so much noise with their footsteps late into the night.
- Gene (6/5): Okay, would choose another place next time for the price we paid - Nice view of river Tired & dated. Filthy under the beds & nightstands. Neglected by housekeepers. Could hear the children running back and forth in rooms adjoining. Not soundproof.
- Luke (9/5): -
- Teresa (8/5): - It’s walking distance to the Christmas village
- Vetea (8/5): Bien - Lieu pas loin du village en voiture
- Kelsey (8/5): - The breakfast wasnt as good as the last time when we stays in Aug 24
- Marie (2/5): Disappointed - Staff was nice, beds comfortable We stayed during the flood.
Put in a room facing the river with a very slanted walkway felt like we were going to fall.
- Evelyn (10/5): Great location and staff - The location had a nice view
- Lei (3/5): -
- Lei (3/5): - The front girl was VERY friendly and helpful. The only thing that was great besides the river view and proximity to the town. The room which smelled the heater/ air conditioner which kept switching on and off and was loud. The bed was uncomfortable. My son's allergies were so bad in the room we canceled out 2nd night.
- Virginia W (8/5): Love the location overlooking the river - I love the location which is just a quick walk into Leavenworth. The balcony overlooks the Wenatchee River. Nice breakfast in a quaint dining room. Staff is friendly and helpful The rooms could use some updating.
- Joselyn (8/5): -
- Kaylee (7/5): Nice stay, but a tad expensive - Friendly staff, quaint view, comfortable stay A little expensive for what you get
- Sage (10/5): a dream i cant wait to go back to! - gorgeous and clean! tasted great. amazing view.
- Markus (8/5): - Very good location in walking distance to the town. Lots of parking.
- cheryl (8/5): our stay was delightful, super delightful - all went well. friendly staff, quiet and peacefully lovely location. and breakfast was SWEET
- Maria (7/5): - Location was great, right by the river and just 10 minute walk to the town. The river sound and view from the room was pleasant. The bed was very comfortable! Everything was great, just the AC/ heater machine was a little loud but that's typical in all this places.
- Maples (9/5): Great staff and good location for staying in Leavenworth - Staff was extremely helpful and location was ideal for our trip to Leavenworth It’s a little dated, but everything was in good order
- Sidney (10/5): -
- Real (5/5): - We liked the view and the beds were pretty comfortable and walking to downtown took less than 2 minutes. The smell in the room was atrocious. It smelled like someone pickled a cigarette and then smoked said cigarette and used the pickling liquid to clean with. I had to wash everything that spent any time in the room, including my purse and shoes. Walking from the room to car, you could smell that smell in all the rooms. I had to take 4 allergy pills in order to breathe for the first two days.
- Laura (8/5): -
- Sherri (9/5): -
- Terence (4/5): Disappointing! - There was no breakfast available at 8:30 Very run down. Pictures on website are very misleading
- Geun (10/5): -
- ted (7/5): We have been coming here many years, have no plans for future stays - god breakfast, good choices, excellent view of the river, trees change of colors Over the years, they deleted German paintings and pictures from the room, leaving only plain walls. Additionally, the bath sink drains very slowly. The floor was not vacuumed very good under couch.
- Mark (10/5): -
- Asawari (9/5): -
- Stella (7/5): -
- Mitchell (8/5): - The room was small, expensive, no TV, nice hot tub, and the receptionist was extremely helpful.
- Thomas (2/5): -
- Iheartvacays (1/5): - Worst customer service ever. Do not recommend.
- Elizabeth (7/5): -
- Laura (10/5): - Great service from the first phone call. Beautiful location and comfortable accommodations.
- Lilian (10/5): Good place to stay - Excelente Everything was very specia!
- Kim (2/5): - Was not allowed to check in. Will never recommend this property and will not go back. Terrible customer service and extremely costly by the time we found other accommodations.
- Clinton (10/5): - Nice place to stay
- MsPippin (2/5): STAY AWAY. BAD NEWS. - Stayed one night and the shower never ran hot water. I tried to reach out to management/owner about the concern with absolute no response. When I called the person working they were very nice but could tell they felt uncomfortable having to give me the go around since management refused to handle it. Bad place to stay and bad place to work?
Also now reading their reviews on google where they have stranded people and didn't refund them for reservations?! Yeah stay away.
- Anirudh (8/5): -
- Dale (10/5): - Friendly staff, clean rooms and a wonderful view of the Wenatchee river. Nice and quiet.
- Kimberly (10/5): - Close to downtown, river view, free breakfast
- Cate (8/5): - View of the river was pretty.
- ESMERALDA G (10/5): - Friendly staff, beautiful view and location, clean room
- Hannah (10/5): - The beds were comfy and clean! The location is great and the staff was so nice/helpful.
- Scott (10/5): - Great location
- Marissa (8/5): - This property is perfectly located a walk away from everything in town. Clean, convenient and the front desk was great.
- Tracy (7/5): The staff is always kind and we enjoy our stay there. - The resort is definitely dated and the prices are higher than they should be, but the staff is kind and it’s our go to place when we go to Leavenworth. Having a kind staff is a must when you have children and 10 people staying with you. We don’t want anyone to get upset or discouraged. They are always so nice. it is definitely dated, prices should match the dated resort.
- Jason (6/5): - The beds were way too soft - no support. Slept on small couch.
- Jerry (8/5): - Clean rooms, friendly staff. Price was quite right for what you get, but I guess this a tourist town after all.
- Eva (10/5): - We liked the location near the river . 10 min walk to the downtown. Clean ,quiet and friendly staff.
- tom (4/5): - Dated, Hair on sink, Abrupt checkin procedure, Owner/manager openly arguing with maintenance staff in front of guests.
- Relax40383376059 (2/5): Do not go here, Very unprofessional hotel - I cancelled my reservation this morning because of unhealthy air quality due to fires in the area which would endanger me as I have a respiratory condition. I asked for a refund recognizing that it was less than 72 hours. I was told there was no manager at this time but someone would get back to me. No one got back to me and I saw the charge on my credit card, so I called again in the afternoon. Again I was told there was no manager or supervisor that I could be referred to and the clerk who answered the phone could not authorize a refund. The best I could do is write another email and maybe someone would get it and reply. I’ve never had an experience like this and am appalled.
- Sheila (10/5): - The location is perfect - walkable distance to town, right on the river. Quaint, room was very clean, staff were always smiling and helpful. Breakfast is in the cutest little room and the food was actually very good - the best I have ever had in a hotel lobby. Stay here!!
