Mauro (9/5): Boa - Localização central, garagens cobertas e um bom café da manhã O preço ofertado no Booking informa que impostos e taxas estão incluídas. No entanto, a recepção do hotel negou a isenção do IVA (apesar de pagarmos com cartão de crédito brasileiro e apresentarmos passaporte), alegando que já havia dado desconto pelo Booking e não poderia dar mais e que a informação de "impostos incluidos na tarifa" do Booking não era correta. No entanto, o IVA é imposto "por dentro" do valor cobrado, sem prejuízo ao hotel. Os aparelhos de ar condicionado ainda são de janela, com baixa eficiência calorífica.

Rafael (10/5): Muy recomendable - Muy cómodo y amplio. Tienen frigobar, pava eléctrica y te de cortesía, lo que me gusto mucho es que tiene una mesita con dos sillas para tomar un matesito. De la habitación se ve el mar y está muy cerca de todo. Super recomendable. Tuvimos un inconveniente con la ducha y lo solucionaron enseguida. No incluye estacionamiento pero tiene el espacio, hay que preguntar para reservar el lugar.

La relación del valor del agua en la habitación. La poca variedad en el frigobar. La habitación estaba con los radiadores encendidos en forma permanente, un poco cálido para los grados de temperatura del clima en esos días.

Kerry (10/5): Great hotel in Puerto Madryn - Amazing staff. Excellent breakfast. Family room was in fact 2 rooms with separate bathrooms. Hotel is close to the seafront. Puerto Madryn is an ideal location to visit the Welsh museum and monument, Peninsula Valdes and Gaiman.

I’ve arrived 11pm a they not allow me to bring my wine bottles , roooms are super old, and sometime colds. Very bad view. Forget about to Iron, they will not give you, and don’t lose any access card. They will charged you. All cheap asses.

Camas y almohadas cómodas, muy buen desayuno, rica comida en el restorán (pedimos ñoquis de papa caseros). Olvidamos una prenda en el hotel y nos la guardaron hasta que volvimos a buscarla.

Camas y almohadas muy cómodas, estuve en una habitación superior y había dos durezas de almohada para elegir. El desayuno muy rico y con mucha variedad. Tienen servicio gratuito de préstamo de bicis y toallas para la playa. Me dejaron hacer el check in súper pronto, mucho antes de la hora establecida porque llevaba cansada del viaje Todo bien. Ruben (7/5): Eigentlich gut, Überraschung war aber schlecht. - Lage sehe zentrumsnah, Fahrräder konnten umsonst geliehen werden Wir kamen relativ spät in der Nacht an und haben ein Zimmer erhalten. Leider schliefen in diesem Zimmer bereits Gäste, dass haben wir erst festgestellt, nachdem wir die Tür geöffnet haben. Bitter!

AleksandraChlap (8/5): - Czysty hotel, dosc wygodne łóżka. Dobre śniadanie. Podejście na recepcji do turystów z plecakami ;) pani byla bardzk zdziwiona, ze mozna podróżować bez walizki. Hotelowi przydałoby sie odnowienie łazienek. Jest wilgotno, wiec obecny jest grzyb.

Lilia (9/5): Sehr liebes Personal und tolles Frühstück!!! - Sehr sehr liebes Personal! Wirklich selten so liebe Menschen gesehen!! Das Frühstück war seh seh gut. Es gab sogar glutenfreies Brot für mich und die Birnenmarmelade von Carma ist so so lecker! Es war sehr sauber und das beste waren die lieben Menschen. Sie haben mir sogar geholfen meine Kopfhörer zu reparieren. Manchmal war es an der Straße etwas laut. Motorräder fahren wild. Aber mit Ohropax kein Problem!

Frédéric (9/5): Hôtel très confortable dans lequel nous avons eu plaisir à séjourner. - L’emplacement est très bien situé, à proximité de la mer et des commerces. L’hôtel est très bien entretenu avec une mention spéciale pour la literie. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très diversifié. Peut être que c’est rare, mais nous avons séjourné à un moment où il faisait chaud à Puerto Madryn. De fait, la climatisation ne fonctionne pas vraiment et fait beaucoup trop de bruit pour être laissé pendant la nuit. C’est vraiment un point à améliorer.
Hans (10/5): - Sehr schönes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht, Frühstück war sehr lecker, Personal profesionell und hilfsbereit. Die Lage sehr gut, 5 Gehminuten von der Strandpromenade, Restaurants, Bars und den Einkaufsstrassen.

Craig (8/5): This is a good base from which to explore the area (Valdes Peninsula, Punta Tombo, etc.) - Perfect location in Puerto Madryn. Garage parking for a fee. Most of the city, including the beach, is walkable from the hotel. Breakfast was good. Bicycles available for an enjoyable ride along the shore. Paying to park.
