David (8/5): A friendly and safe place - The staff was wonderful, great location, and easy check in. Staff was very friendly from the moment, we entered the building. The location was very close to shopping and restaurants. I used the app for pre check in. It was great to notify them that we had a service dog with us. It made the ease of check in so great. The hotel is starting to show its age. It seems to have been used as a Haven for out of town workers. Great use of a hotel and is very needed but may age the hotel over time.

Rob (7/5): Find a better manager that will actually do what he says he’s going to do and not screw over the customer - I was there for four days from November 30 through December 4 and on December 3 I went to the front desk. There was a gentleman there and I asked if they had outgoing mail. He said “I am the manager. I will take care of this” so I handed him my envelope. It never got mailed because it has never reached its destination and this is the first time in eight years I have missed a payment on my credit card and the only thing different this time was I trusted your manager to mail it out, which he never did Because it has never been received and now I received a late fee penalty on my credit card, My credit score was knocked down 26 points and I am very pissed off about this. My name is Robert Johnson, you can check your cameras and you can see and hear him say I am the manager. I will take care of this and it never got taken care of.

Danielle (3/5): Location was great, wish I could say the same for the cleanliness. - Front desk crew was on point. Very friendly and helpful. Lobby area was clean and welcoming. There is an overwhelming fragrance that permiates the entire hotel. Not sure if I was allergic to it but it was not pleasant at all. Booked a king suite and unfortunately it was not clean. We were so tired from driving that I didn't see most of the greedy fingerprints on the cabinets and fridge until the next morning.

James (8/5): Very convenient. Good parking. Clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. need new mattresses. - Breakfast was excellent. Service area and dining area were very clean and pleasant. The bed was sub par. Mattress was not comfortable at all. Bedclothes appeared very worn and outdated. Pull out couch was adequate but was described by daughter as "sleeping on slinkys". Tub crackled and bowed and sounded like it was going to fall thru the floor, and no, we are not terribly overweight folk. Bathroom was exceptionally clean.

Tiffiny (4/5): - The staff was great! However this place is very run down. Rooms were not clean, carpet in the hallway is humped up and stained, shower floor had black spots, shower head was filthy, dirt on the walls, stains on the curtains and bedding, furniture was falling apart.
Gerald (6/5): - Policy to offer housekeeping every 3 days was only told to me when I complained to front desk that trash needed emptied and bathroom towels needed changed. Problem with TV shutting off, staff showed up and attempted to fix but unsuccessful. Good part was the breakfast which was better than most places we’ve stayed.

Barbara (10/5): Nice hotel - Room overall was great, something of mine was knocked off the counter in bath and it could have used cleaning underneath. Ordinarily I wouldn’t have been looking there to retrieve the item. Staff were nice. Common area nice for relaxing. Didn’t have pet but someone brought a dog in breakfast area which didn’t need to occur.

Heather (6/5): Ok for quick stop - The hotel was in a good location. The room was ok but the shower had a large crack in it which was patched with caulk. Breakfast was lacking. The coffee maker was broken, no fresh fruit, and bread was stale. The waffle maker did work and was good. Common areas smelled of bleach like elevator. The sprinkler in a common area was leaking onto the floor. Only had 3 silverware for the room and a hair on the kitchen towel and dishes. Our particular room refrigerator would not open all the way because of the door and then had to be moved to close because it would be blocked by the countertop. The refrigerator had wear marks indicating this was common in this room.

Angelina (8/5): Very good - The location was great and the breakfast was ok.. The WIFI sucked. It kept dropping and wouldn't stay on for more than a few seconds. I reserved a Superior Queen Suit and when i checked in they gave me a standard queen. I told them that this was different from what i booked and i showed them my conformation. I was told to call booking because they will reserve a room for you on their site that is different from what they send the hotel. I was advised to book straight through the hotel.
