- Stone (3/5): I probably would not stay there again. - The location is hard to get to. It does not have "direct street" access. There is not a staff member on duty at the reception desk. You have to make a call to request assistance. After I called, I had to still wait 20 minutes before anyone showed up to help me. The hotel looks new on the outside, but the inside looks worn and out of date. The shower head was messed up and it was tricky getting in and out of the shower without slipping. There were "questionable" people loitering in the hall and I could hear people arguing. The rooms are cold, not welcoming. When I travel, I usually do not eat the hotel breakfast, however; they did not even have coffee or juice. Someone needs to be at the desk at all times. I should not of had to wait to be greeted. The rooms need to look better. It is like walking into a vacant apartment. Cold and empty. The owner needs to pay more attention to the activities at the hotel. I was traveling alone, and I am not someone that is insecure with my personal safety, but I did not feel like I was in the best location. People were arguing and there was not staff. It reminded me more of an extended stay location, then someplace that families, or individuals, can relax and enjoy their stay.

- Karen (7/5): - Front desk lady, very friendly. Room was clean. The front desk has very inconvenient hours. TV did not work. Phone in room had no dial tone. Two light switches did not work. No hair dryer in room

- DEE (1/5): People are people regardless of stereotypes hospitality shouldn't discriminate - I was in room 121 witch this a handicapped room im not one to complain but I stayed there for multiple nights and I mentioned to Josa the worker at the front desk if I could be moved incase if somebody came in need of that immediately. He didn't pay that any mind. The room was absolutely dirty I asked for cleaning supplies to clean it up I got some old dirty rags, i was also in need of a broom and he did give me that but no dust pan so I drove about 6 miles to get one from my folks house. But this is what gets me I got locked out of my room all night long and nobody ever came to help. Being overlooked like im less than.

- Veronica (6/5): Yes - I was closed from my friends house The sheets was dirty and the cats to open the door didn’t open the front door to come in
- Latahra (5/5): Okay for the price - The cost The bathroom could have been cleaner. Under the bed was absolutely filthy

- Mirissa (1/5): Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. - I checked out immediately, within an hour, and most of that was documenting how utterly disgusting the room and facilities were. They ended up charging me for the full stay, even tho I left after not even an hour. There was URINE in the elevator, blood on my hotel room floor, along with what I can only assume was hair dye, no sprinklers in the room (4th floor), and when I called the front desk; a guest answered the phone to tell me the front desk girl he was sleeping with had left the phone in the room!!! Awful. Do NOT STAY HERE. Urine in the elevator, blood on the floor of the room, front desk agent leaving the phone in a random room, no sprinklers on fourth floor. THE SMELL.
- meghan (1/5): Convenient but customer service is not it - The place itself isn’t bad Son is a working a shut down at a local refinery. At this point the job is day to day so just paying by the day. The desk was “closed” when he attempted to pay this morning so I called family from out of town to go pay by 11am. They arrive at 11 no one at the desk at 11:20 are charged a late fee of 50$. Staff claimed they didn’t leave the desk until 11:05.
1. When did hotel desks “close”?
2. If a guest has spent that much money and YOUR desk was closed surely to God you could give 5 minutes grace since they had tried to pay in person this morning, called and tried to pay and then had someone there.
3. I called at 9am and asked if I could pay via phone to avoid the fee. Nope.
He works yearly shut downs in the area and I would rather pay a higher rate elsewhere for customer service than to spend another dollar at this location. Needless to say I told him take his things in the morning and if the job doesn’t end I’ll book him a room elsewhere!

The top cover was full of stains and the inside rim of the toilet was nasty
The mattress was sunk in at the to

- Darlene (1/5): Walk away - I booked this hotel based on the address. I thought it was a good location until I arrived. Bring a plumber if u check in, otherwise just don't check in. They offered to move me into another room. Same issues with the sink, tub/ shower and toilet. We had to leave. The couple behind me at the desk had the same issues. Go figure. Everything was a shambles! I would only refer a wrecking crew. I am requesting a refund. The photos are very deceiving. This is not a 3 star hotel more like a .25
- Mao (1/5): My reservation was canceled. Had to call the hotel to ask why. They said it was due to overbooking. Had to get other acc -

- Madison (1/5): Hosay is a thief and liar. Stealing from customers by falsely claiming they've done something wrong - Nothing. This place scams people by kicking you out & threatening police to steal your stuff. I paid for a week & on the 2nd day Hosay the front desk guy came up to my room with another man and threatened me, told me we set the fire alarm off (we didnt, I don't even smoke) and then proceeded to tell me cops were on the way and we needed to leave NOW. They wouldn't let me pack my belongings and we had $300 worth of groceries in the fridge, $200 in hygiene stuff, clothes, a $160 ring camera & many other things that were left behind. And 2 days later I get an email that someone was trying to setup my ring camera. They basically just kicked us out because they saw us carry in alot of stuff and groceries & they figured itd be a good score for them. They are thieves!! And totally messed up to do that to people who have done absolutely NOTHING wrong. This place is horrible & I would absolutely NEVER recommend anyone stay here. I plan on calling the BBB because this little "hustle" they have going on to steal peoples belongings is just so wrong and messed up. Hosay is the main one who's behind all the scamming & stealing. Hosay and his scamming to steal my stuff.
- Keariss (4/5): It was good enough for what i needed it for but wouldn’t stay again - The location was decent and staff was nice The bed was so uncomfortable and they only put 1 flimsy pillow per person. There are long term residence that live here and some shady characters, i wouldn’t leave my room past 8pm
- Brady (9/5): -
- Papagayo (1/5): DISAPPOINTED. - When we first came in i said ohh this place smells good and the front desk is very nice very helpful. All of them are nice.. For us couple this is our first time here at tulsa since we saw woodspring at booking.com it looks nice and since its cheap so that we decided to booked it..so by the time that were there the room is okay but the toilet everytime after you use its kinda has a noisy sound and the bath tub theres no drain cover in it so we cant use it for bathing but somebody help us on it too they gave us the improvise cover in it.. and one more thing you will here all the sounds maybe because it has thin walls and the doors of the other rooms, one of the guest they are playing loud music and even if we complain it they are still continue doing it even if the frontdest talk to them. So instead of staying and keep arguieing and getting stress about it we choose to leave at that night its very long day to us coz were form other citiy., we wanted to take a rest but then this happen... so yeah we left and we juat waste our money for that.. so we just booked in another hotel instead...
- Alvi Ataur (2/5): - The staff’s behavior is terrible. They are asking us to leave the hotel when we requested if some room is available upstairs since we are given the first floor.
- Justine (8/5): -
- Michael (5/5): - The staff was friendly. The bed you could feel the springs inside & it was not comfortable at all. This place allows people to live there and there were so many different types of smells. We stayed on the end closet to the highway and a big flashing billboard sign that kept us up all night long.
- Makayla (10/5): - Great place to stay
- Jose (7/5): -
- Avery Thomas (10/5): - All of the staff I encountered were extremely professional and friendly. The room was clean and tidy, and the property is in a safe and convenient location. The rates are great, too! I highly recommend this property!
- Steven (2/5): - Terrible
- Javier (6/5): - Hotel was cleaned, it just had this funny smell tho. The first room we got assigned to had a problem with the bathtub, unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed immediately because it was the weekend. They accommodate us with a different room till Monday. Overall it was okay.
- Rosalyn (3/5): Not staying there ever again poor customer service and they basically charge you what they want and probably pocketing t - Convenience easy to get to work. The property has staffs that are unprofessional and has no clue about customer service or how businesses are ran. I was lockout of my room after the first night due to a pet deposit after I had been staying there and then on top of it, he was trying to charge me twice without my knowledge. I pray the real owner cleans house.
- Hannah (2/5): - Mold was everywhere
- Teresa (10/5): The staff was super friendly, helpful and professional. - The property was very clean and accessible. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
- Susan (10/5): - Nice place
- Hector (2/5): - Staff bad ppl
- Victor (2/5): Horrible when it comes to guest experience. - Not customer friendly at all. Hospitality is not their virtue so beware when booking at this location. They treat guests like parasites and not people. Spent a lot of money at this place as a long term stay but would choose a Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG over this brand in the future.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Try somewhere else - Right off the bat, the ac did not work the best. But fine, it’s hot and the ac can’t keep up. Kept it on all day and all night and it wasn’t the greatest but we got thru it. The freezer door did not stay shut properly so good luck keeping anything frozen. We had to use masking tape to keep it shut. The real cherry on top was the part where they came knocking my door down one morning insisting I owed them money because I didn’t pay my full stay when I checked in. Even tho I repetitively stated I had used hotels.com to pay my full stay up front and confirmed with the front desk at check in that everything was good they insisted I owed money. The guy made me go downstairs and demanded I give him a card to pay for my remaining balance. After stating multiple times that I wasn’t paying anything additional he then magically was able to see that I had already paid in full and didn’t owe anything. I’ve stayed here in the past and it was not this bad. Terrible customer service and will think twice before returning to this location.
- Michelle (2/5): Don’t do it! - This place is terrible. Mold was on the AC unit just blowing out mold. The front desk was closed when we got in and when we tried to check out. Dust on the blinds as well as yellow stain on the bed. A drawer was broken. Pictures on the web are not at all what the rooms looked liked. You can hear everyone come in and out of the doors. Not sound proof at all! Spend the extra money to go somewhere else.

- Jamica (2/5): - Mold/mildew smell. Not clean Metal cot for bed. Not as described at all.
- Jovanna (6/5): - The tv in my room wasn’t working. There smell in lobby area that was strong like maybe it was paint. The lady at front desk was really nice.
- Aaron (10/5): - Nice property, nice staff.
- Victor (2/5): - Stay is good but the staff is not.
- Gabriellia (7/5): Good -
- Diane (10/5): - I arrived early for a Youth Basketball Tournament at the Cox Business Center and could not check in, but as promised by Joe (I believe was his name), said when I returned at 6pm he would be there to get me situated.....he was there and very courteous and kind.....I had a issue with getting the channels to work on my tv and he was jolly on the spot to help me...much appreciated, he is a keeper.....Everything about my room was great it was clean, bed comfy and the shower was super hot.....loved it....I did want a room with the couch, but did not get that, not sure why, but all else was absoutely great....The price was very accomodating for me on this trip.... Thank you, much Ms. D
- Destinee (10/5): Exceptional -

- Wilson (10/5): Very pleased - Great value. Very clean and staff was pleasant. Will stay here again Nothing to not like
- Rick (4/5): - Found black hair on in bathroom and around on floor
- Doris (8/5): - Found some drinks and drink containers in the room from previous occupants. Spider in the room which i removed and discovered the other items.
- Kendra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kelly (4/5): Stay somewhere else - I stopped at the hotel before going to my destination in Arkansas. It took like 10 to 15 mins to find the clerk to check me into the hotel. I wanted my key ahead of time so I could just get to my room. The air conditioner didnt work once I turned it off the next morning as I was getting ready. The phone in the room also didnt work to call the front desk! What if there was an emergency and I needed to get ahold of the front desk?? Then when I checked out the next morning and told the clerk about my issues with the AC all he did was apologize. How about offering me a discount when it is 90 outside and the Ac should work properly. Very unsatisfied.
- Trinite (2/5): - They had roaches
- Wilson (9/5): Superb - It was very clean. The rooms were large and the bed comfortable I had the room a week. They never changed my bed or brought clean towels
- Vincent (2/5): - Bad.
- Nathan (2/5): - Had to go to a different hotel because I need an early check in and they never gave me a refund back
- Gaylene (8/5): - The rooms are nice and big. The beds are very comfy.
- Teola (10/5): Enjoy the stay, will be back at the next tournament. - Close to the softball fields None
- Jose (10/5): - Good
- Racquel (10/5): - They have been an amazing service. Very helpful very polite.
- Brent (2/5): - Horrific Management.
Stalked my wife into the elevator, down the hallway, up 3 flights of stairs, & calls the police when we don't answer the door to his insane attempts at created conflict.
- Drea (10/5): Awesome property and totally affordable - It was perfect. It felt like home and had all the things I needed. It was very clean and felt more like a little apartment than a hotel. I’ll definitely stay again. I tried to extend and stay longer but was told it’s all full. That’s a good sign. You should build some more!
- Jordan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Racquel (10/5): - Great staff.
- Maria (8/5): - Nice staff
- Rachel (2/5): - This place was gross and felt like a prison.
- Racquel (10/5): - The front desk has been very helpful and supportive of my needs. I truly appreciate the staff here.
- Colin (8/5): - Property is a good value for the price. It's not a fancy place - build is economy in terms of finish. Room was clean and minimally furnished but adequate. Bed was comfortable enough, though the two pillows are really minimal. Default internet connection is only barely good enough for streaming but can be upgraded relatively economically. Location near a major highway is quite noisy. Did NOT like the lousy low flow shower head - only barely puts out enough water for a shower. Elevator is a bit sketchy. Lots of pets in the building if you don't like dogs... Road access to the building is confusing your first couple of times. However, I'll be staying here again due to economical price.
- Alida Wallenda- (8/5): - Affordable
- Jameela (10/5): - Place was a recommendation and I was impressed by the price and the staff. The room was clean.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Bed bugs, random hair and other marks in the bed. There was enough black mold in the air vents to kill someone.
- James (6/5): - Two complaints.
1) The road / traffic noise kept me up part of the night. Might need better windows or something to cut down on outside noise.
2) When I starting taking my stuff to the car at 5:50 am, there wan't any parking lot lights on. Lot was completely dark. For guest saftey, I highly recomment turning on lights when it is dark.
