En als er bv iets op is op een avond verwacht je dat dag later alles weer is aangevuld.

Bfast is good, facilities are good, they also have a pastry shop and it was so nice. Staff are nice and helpful. Pool on roof top is very nice with a nice view. They also have Spa facilities and fitness. But bathroom light should be improved since it was quite dark in shower booth.

• Gordon (10/5): Very good hotel - I arrived before Ramadhan had finished, and the hotel catered a limited breakfast choice for tourists. I think this was very acceptable. However, as soon as Ramadhan had finished the food at breakfast, it was amazing. There was so much choice for everyone. The hotel was busy and had a great atmosphere. The staff were lovely and helpful. Our bedroom was great, lovely and clean and well maintained. It is one of the best hotels I have stated in Bandung. No complaints

And the best part of this hotel is the delicious food! Special thanks to Mr. Satrio, Ms. Wiwi, Mr. Jimie, Mr. Toni for the great service. Recommended!

• wirawanwinarto (10/5): Fantastic hotel in Bandung city center - Even though it is located next to Cihampelas street, the room does not feel noisy. The hotel offers spacious rooms, various amenities, and excellent services from the staffs. Grandia also has a nice skybar that overlooks the Pasupati flyover with infinity pool nearby. Overall, it is a recommended hotel for a stay in Bandung.

Room was standard, nothing special, AC was not cold, there is no smile from the staff, breakfast enough from the taste and not to much variant. Only the infinity pool was great. The hotel is not worth when we have to pay Rp.700.000, this is like budget hotel.
• aditansyahg (2/5): Not recommended - First of all we wait too long for check in, second of all we booked a room with balcony but they didn't inform us that the door to access the balcony need a key, and they not took an initiative at least to inform me or give me the key when i do check in so i need to called them to get the key, third of all the balcony are dirty, dusty. fourth of all there's no sense that they lock the access to the elevator from B1 and B2 going to upper level that mean we need to walk going to lobby to get access to the elevator. They say this is 4 star hotel but it doesn't seem like 4 star hotel. And is my bad experience ever.

As my experiencen it was very hard to connect in WiFi coonection at my room (3rd floor) and at ballroom. Food taste is good but not many varians to choose.

We made checkin asking non smoking room and they gave us non smoking one with very strong smoking smell inside after 10 second enter the room we request to change room. I must tell they react very fast and changed it second one was better. After we leave our luggage inside room we decided to move to restaurant near pool and eat lunch. I can only say bad, but really like bad bad.4 star hotel but mushroom soup is instant. Spaghetti carbonara sause is instant.i mean come on ya how difficult it can be to make homemade mushroom soup and carbonara sause in house.and it is not cheap, you pay alot for these crap instant food. For this hotel only good thing is location. But that side cant survive this hotel from to be bad.
• hernarie (8/5): Suprisingly nice! - Went to short vacation in Bandung, and kinda suprise with this hotel.. new building and easy to access from main road. The breakfast simple but nice and tasty, we can choose many type of dish. The room was nice,clean and new with a modern yet minimalist design. The stafd was nice and helpful. Worth the money!!!
• Polar773 (4/5): Good location hotel but very poorly made. - Honestly when I stepped in to this hotel, I don't have much expectation. The pool has been talk of the town since the location is quite strategic to the iconic bridge in the city. When I tried to check in, only one person in charged, it took me a while before the other receptionist came and helped me check in. Room is decent but extremely poorly made. You can see from the uneven wall finish, very rough painting, and the worst part is the flooring. Seems they either rushed to finish the job or extremely poor made hotel. In my personal opinion, if I entered hotel that's roughly made, I always wonder what's going to happen if there's an earthquake or other natural disaster. Since I need to need few people, I bought some snacks in their pastry's shop. My God..... this is absolutely one of the worst pastry shop in town. Not even one pastry can be consumed. Not even close to decent!!! I'm glad I didn't get breakfast with my room, can't imagine what's the rest of the food taste like. Definitely not coming back and definitely not recommend this hotel.
• Diajeng_Yulie (10/5): Wonderful - What i really enjoyed the most was the bed. It's silly i know. But it felt like sleep on the cloud :D The service was satisfying. The receptionist helped me getting a car for my city tour. I really appreciate that. They were very helpful and friendly. Its room is wonderful. Its location is the best. It's near Ciwalk. You could just take a walk to go there for lunch or dinner. It is that close. I'll stay there when i visit Bandung again.

• Anindyaekaputri1 (10/5): Bandung Time - The Pool was the best. View from the pool next to the pasupati bridge gives a distinct impression that is hard to forget. Its position is not far from the icon of Bandung city, Cihampelas only need a few minutes walk.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Kami menginap pertama kali disini tgl 31 des, hotel nya lumayan bagus, yg paling menarik itu kolam renang nya view nya oke banget, makanan nya enak, kamar pun bersih, parkiran luas, tempat strategis dekat kemana2, tapi minus nya waktu check in harus nya check in jam 2 siang tapi ngaret 1 jam lebih jadi masuk jam 3 lebih dikit, agak kecewa sedikit, tapi terobati dengan suasana dari acara tahun baru disana
• izrafarhana (6/5): Average Hotel - Booked the double room with balcony in August 2017 and came down to Bandung in December 2017. I specifically requested for the balcony room with Pasupati Flyover view when I booked 4 months earlier, but was denied such room when I checked in. It was the main reason why I chose Grandia, because I wanted the balcony room with view. The hotel staff told me that the balcony room (Pasupati Flyover view) are all fully booked but throughout my stay in the hotel, I saw that the rooms looked empty. So I’m not sure why I couldn’t get the room, even though I offered to top up for the room that I wanted. Are the rooms even available in the first place? Instead, I got a balcony room that offered an ugly view of an old building that stores construction materials. The balcony was never cleaned throughout my stay (6 nights) and the balcony was just so so dusty. The balcony door was really difficult to push open and made a ridiculously loud noise whenever we tried to open it. The room was well cleaned every day, though the sheets weren’t changed in the 6 nights that I stayed. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Water, tea and coffee were replenished every day too. But signs of age have begun to show in the room. There was some cracks in the walls, stains on the floor. Considering that this is a fairly new hotel, the hotel needs to step up on the maintenance of its rooms and facilities. Breakfast was alright, quite a few options offered. Though it’s nothing amazing. Out of the 7 days I stayed at the hotel, my partner and I only ate the breakfast 2 times. One commendable thing though: The staff are very friendly and helpful. Always smiling and will attend to you promptly. Thumbs up for that! I’m not one to be really picky and leave negative comments on a hotel, but Grandia honestly has many areas that they can improve on. Pictures can be really deceiving. I’ve been to Bandung 3 times now, and Grandia is the most disappointing hotel so far, especially when I compare to the previous hotels that I’ve stayed: La Grande Hotel and Tama Boutique Hotel. Sorry to say I would not be coming back to this hotel! Hope the hotel will improve in the near future.

• 184nanij (6/5): A hotel with nice view - I stayed in Grandia hotel Bandung for 3 nights in September 2017 with family and friends for a family wedding. The check in was fast but the hotel refused to give double key card for guests. When I asked what if my hubby slept in the room and I went out somewhere and wanted to go back to our room, the receptionist said that the guest just asked for help and someone from the hotel will open the door for me. Come on ! It's really a waste of time for everybody. What's the point of not giving a double key card ? Many hotels out there just give them easily. And...on the third day of my stay at last the receptionist gave me an extra key card because nobody was there to help me to go to my room while of course he couldn't leave his desk. The room was spacious but not very clean. The water in the shower and sink couldn't run easily. Take sometime to go down the pipe. The location is good. Some rooms have nice view of Pasopati fly over. Breakfast during weekend was good but on Monday they served fewer choices of food . The pool has a nice view though it's not a big pool. Overall the room is okay but the service is not worth the money .
• PokeTraveller (10/5): Lovely Hotel - Was here for vacation. The room is nice and I love the view from my room shooting to a beautiful Bandung bridge. My most favorite one is breakfast that serves good selection of buffet and nice armosphere in the restaurant. Pool is just awesome.
• Goonerbeer (10/5): Very pleasant stay - Very pleasant 3 night stay at the Grandia. Modern hotel, formally decorated, the room was very large (even with the supplied cot), decent bathroom and plenty of facilities. The pool area, restaurant and bar (all in the same area) again was very nice, interesting and impressive views of city life and road bridge (note interesting not beautiful), better in night. Good selection of food for breakfast, would say Asian rather then continental based, but I had no problems with that; rice, chicken dish, omelette, salad with toast!! Yum yum. Main dishes changed each day. All staff were very friendly, English speaking was mixed, but my basic indonesian covered any cracks, so no problems. Security outside. The hotel is on a busy intersection with a fly over, couldn't hear the traffic from the room on the 5th floor we were in. Walking out from the hotel was restricted, just down the road was an Indo mart and some local food stalls. We did find a Balinease restaurant aswell, it was ok. For going further, the hotel got us a blue bird taxi. After we enquired concierge offered a quote of rp800k for a driver for the day, but in the end we just got a taxi to take us out to Lembang for 4/5 hours, about half the price (driver was happy to wait at the various stop offs we made). Very pleased we chose to stay at the Grandia.
• god_able (6/5): nice breakfast beside the pool, but price can be expensive - location is good, there is indomaret, 2 restaurant nearby (indomie specialist in front of the hotel), the swimming pool is okay and nice view as well, the gym is pretty good, but only one working threadmill. the inside room facility seems to be between 3 star and 4 star hotel - standard and can be improved.
• Tanita (8/5): A great choice of stay in BDG - I was in Bandung for business therefore i didnt utilize the room much. The room was simply comfortable with everything basically needed. Staffs were nice but some couldnt communicate well in English. This is a nice hotel with reasonable price.
• Sim (8/5): Not bad but not great. - Location was decent if you are planning to travel by foot as the traffic is really bad in this area. Hotel is overpriced for Bandung's standard comparatively to a few within the proximity which I did stay. Breakfast was ok at best.

• Muhammad Mustafa (8/5): Great value for money hotel - Took a drive trip from Jakarta to Bandung. Off the Pasteur Toll-way was this little gem. Lovely spacious hotel that gives you a welcoming feel. Parking was convenient and safe. Location was within the fringe of the city centre. The front office staff was very welcoming though we check-in very late in the night. The room was spacious with a small balcony. Just take note that the door leading into the balcony had no lock. Bed was comfortable and the room was well laid out. Distance to Cihampelas Walk was about 1km away but because of the infrastructure of the roadways in Bandung (mostly one ways) and mostly heavy traffic it will take awhile to get to the main city centre. As we traveled around the city I found that other hotels within the city were jaded and glad that I made the better choice. I also discovered that most businesses opens at 10am hence looking for breakfast outside the hotel (like cafes) will be challenging. Truly a value for money property.

• Stella Wanda (8/5): - It was okay. Got dissapointed with the hotel service. Ordered 2 rooms and got one of the room cleaned for checked in for almost 2 hours, and withouth bathroom towels. However, overall the place itself is quite pleasant.

• bee lian (8/5): Overall Happy - The Hotel is new and clean. Room was good size, not too big but not crampy at all. It has 70 satelite channel on tv, very good for a 3.5 star hotel !!! The staff was friendly and polite. Speaking english is not too difficult here as a few of the staff here can understand pretty well. Only regret is that the Free Wi-Fi in the room was very unstable and had problem connecting most of the time.
• hardy (6/5): Bad service - Lack of monitoring. Theres a smoking customer in the non smoking room, but the room service do nothing about it. Wifi always disconnected. We dont get Shampoo and bath shower gel refill for the second day.
