• Denise (10/5): Toll und immer weiter! - Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen! Unser Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr schön! Das Hotel Morgen in der Stadt mit Pool ist sehr zu empfehlen! 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Kathedrale Es gab nichts auszusetzen
• manuela (10/5): Wunderschöne Oase mitten in der Altstadt von Palma - Wir waren 2 Tage nach einer Kreuzfahrt hier und sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die Altstadt oder auch in die nähere Umgebung. Die Zimmer sind über einige Treppen gut zu erreichen und die Lage des Pools ist einzigartig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wieder kommen. Auch die Hilfe bei der Beschaffung eines Taxis, was in Palma oft nicht so einfach ist war hervorragend. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und hochwertig Da gibt es nur eins , das Licht könnte etwas heller sein und die Zimmer zur Straßenseite sind leider etwas lauter.

• Tony (9/5): Lovely hotel, great location in the Old Town. - The location is fantastic. A lovely pool & pool area. Breakfast was very good. Very comfortable beds. Slightly quirky. Teabags left, no kettle to get hot water, no teaspoons. No shampoo. Tiny little things however would make a big difference. Staff are helpful, not necessarily very efficient. There appears to be lots of different staff on different days. It wouldn’t put us off staying. Just slightly quirky.

• Petra (8/5): Schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt trotz kleiner Mängel. - Top-Lage und aufgrund der wenigen Zimmer sehr privates Ambiente. Größtenteils sehr nette und bemühte Mitarbeiter. Gleich beim Reingehen ins Zimmer Strom-Probleme, Safe funktionierte nicht, warmes Wasser erst, nachdem man mit dem Duschen fertig war. Möglichkeit war, dass man das Wasser laufen ließ, bis es warm war und dann erst duschte, was natürlich eine immense Wasserverschwendung bedeutet und somit auch der Wahnsinn ist! Pool nicht beheizt. Da wir bereits um 06:30 Uhr abreisen mussten, bekamen wir am letzten Tag kein Frühstück! Hotel würde von uns keine 4 Sterne bekommen!

Kleenex im Bad fehlen, man geht jedesmal zur Toilette im Nachbarraum und nimmt WC Papier... geht besser. Die Treppen sind am ersten Tag schon beachtlich, s.o.

• Sue (10/5): Luxury hotel with attention to detail for a very memorable stay. - We had booked into the Junior suite, and were blown away by the large bedroom and bathrooms. The room also had a large lounge area which was very comfortable. The outside space was excellent with two loungers along with a table and chairs which overlooked the pool, the area was very discreet and shaded with lovely flowers. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast very fresh produce with a choice of eggs. The bread was delicious. The location is very central and so quiet throughout our stay. The hotel, room, staff and location are faultless. Quite a few steps to the room but so worth it for the Junior suite.

• Rex (9/5): Gem of a hotel in the heart of Palma. - Hotel San Lorenzo was ideal for sightseeing Palma, right in the heart of the Historic Centre. The hotel itself was lovely, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The only downside was that there was only a coffee machine in our room, we would have preferred a kettle and teabags, apart from that it was lovely.

• Weinig (7/5): Zentral für einen Citytrip im Frühling - Das Hotel liegt gut. Unser Zimmer (Nr. 1) war gross - ebenso das Bad und die Toilette. Unser Zimmer war recht hell, zum Pool hin mit einem kleinen Balkon. Ich schätze, die Zimmer unter uns sind bei weitem nicht so hell. Ich fand schade, dass es keinen Wasserkocher hat und dass das Wasser nicht nachgefüllt wird. Es hatte zu Anfang keine Pantoffeln - wir mussten diese nachfragen. Insgesamt hatten wir in den drei Tagen eigentlich kaum Kontakt zu den Hotelangestellten.

We had one bathroom with a shower and another separate bathroom with a bathtub, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. It would be a nice addition if the property provided room slippers, as the tiles were quite cold to walk on barefoot. :)

• Rosemary (10/5): Centrally location traditional Mallorcan interior with helpful staff and SUPERB nutritional breakfasts. - We chose the Junior Suite as wanted the extra space on 2 floors. Authentic Mallorcan interior, lots of stairs to climb, balcony overlooking pool closed for winter and a terrace to sit out on for our daily lunches to break up the days exploring in the city. Very comfortable huge bed. Hot water for showers. Breakfasts were SUPERB, healthy, freshly cut fruit beautifully presented on white platters. The housekeeping and kitchen staff were exceptional, speaking good English and always had time for a chat. And making us both feel welcomed. A wonderful 3 night stay, central to where we wanted to explore- Arab baths, Maritime museum, Cathedral, various churches & cultural arts centres. A nearby bakery and restaurants made our stay memorable, and the best way to end our 4 weeks holiday in Mallorca. Palma is now our favourite European city. Thankyou to all the kind staff. • George (10/5): Amazing Hotel with perfect location!!! - Hotel San Lorenzo is a wonderful place to stay in Palma de Mallorca. The location is excellent—quiet yet perfectly situated for exploring the city. The staff are truly amicable, always welcoming, helpful, and attentive. The room was very comfortable, with a particularly cozy bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was well designed and functional, and the interior throughout the hotel felt tasteful and relaxing. Everything was spotlessly clean, which really stood out and added to the overall comfort of the stay. A charming hotel with great service and atmosphere—highly recommended. Breakfast was a little poor with limited choices, and it could be better to be improved.
