We loved the intimate size of the hotel, which made it feel private and peaceful. The views were absolutely show stopping, and the location was perfect, set in such a beautiful part of Tuscany. It was the perfect place to celebrate our honeymoon. Highly recommend staying here, already hoping to come back.

• Shanice (10/5): Incredible Stay - We had an incredible stay at L’Olmo. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a glass of wine of our choosing. The staff went above and beyond and the service was brilliant. They secured the suite I requested, arranged a morning horse ride and serviced a full three course meal in the suite for my birthday. There was also a bottle of wine waiting in the room with a birthday card. The grounds are incredibly beautiful and everything is immaculately clean and well maintained. We purchased some of their own brand olive oil also which was so delicious! 10/10 stay and will definitely be returning. I also received a Christmas card following my stay - thank you all so much. When booking your stay through booking.com it doesn’t secure you a specific suite/room even if you’re paying a premium. So you don’t actually know what you’re paying for despite the pictures it suggests, I had to request a specific suite with the hotel. Thankfully this was accommodated by the lovely staff but given the rooms are different, some being standard rooms and some suits. I would have been disappointed to turn up and given a standard room for the price played (£500+ per night).

We will be returning again and again. - Breakfast was very good with large selection and can be served in either dining room, outside your room or anywhere on the property. I will say that the staff went above and beyond our wildest expectations. I can not say enough about Julia and Gabriella- they are two of the most helpful, accommodating, informative managers I have ever had the great good pleasure to deal with. They will do anything to make your stay the best. All the staff are courteous, gracious and helpful. If you are planning on staying in the Tuscany area don't even think of going anywhere else. The room was so spacious with a private sitting area, huge bathroom and comfortable bedroom all with views. The pool was relaxing and the breakfast under the pergola was delicous and a wonderful way for us to start our day of sightseeing. It was an easy drive to Montalcino and Montepulciano, which were both fantastic towns to visit with a lovely drive. The staff was friendly and so helpful. We will be back again!! nothing!
• Mary (10/5): Bellissimo L’olmo! - It was a stand out! Beautifully upgraded and decorated. Bedding was amazing. Ambiance, location, view unmatched! It was great but a few things can make it even better. We had to call back to the front desk each time we took our car out for the gate to open. Guests should be provided an electronic card or keypad entry. No USB chargers built into nightstand at the bed which for 2025 is essential. One room key provider for our family of 4 meant we had to stay together or leave the door unlocked - can be upgraded to electronic doors. No sheets or bedding provided for the pull out mattress. Pool closed too early and we were asked to get out. Can’t remember the time but evening dips on a hot summer night just makes sense. If you pay those rates you want complete luxury. A few essential upgrades and they have me returning along with bringing the costs back in line.

We stayed here for a couple of nights in a garden suite with a private patio and amazing views of the rolling Tuscan hills. We only wish we had booked for longer. This was probably the most enjoyable and relaxing stay we have had for many years. The service was truly excellent with a really good intuitive approach that made each guest feel truly special. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The large bed was incredibly comfortable, as was rhe whole ambience of the suite. It was only a short walk across the garden to the outdoor pool, which also provided a fantastic view of the surrounding hills. We would not hesitate to return to l'olmo and look forward to doing so in the not too distant future. Only that it seems a bit 'petty' to charge for milk and small snacks in the room. Some complimentary biscuits would have been nice, but these are really quite minor niggles in our overall experience.

Breakfast on the patio of our garden suite was amazing every morning and plentiful! We got to pick which items we wanted to eat for breakfast the next day. The pool and lounging area were nice and clean as well for relaxing. The pool could have been warmer (i.e. heated). I'm not sure if the heating system stopped working while we were there or if it was just because of the weather (mid-spring).

The location was incredible, with multiple towns 5-20 minutes away. Some of the best meals we had were just 5 minutes up the road, including a Michelin-star restaurant. The property is stunning, with a gorgeous heated infinity pool. The grounds are kept and there are multiple places to sit and enjoy a book or take in the views. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and helped plan our days and make dinner reservations. We had a gorgeous outdoor breakfast each morning and water waiting by our bedside each night. This is a one-of-a-kind place and we can’t wait to go back!

The staff sets a bar so high one will find it difficult to experience elsewhere. Personal touch is delivered at custom ordered and personally prepared breakfasts, turn-down service and ongoing engagement of staff looking for opportunity to enhance your visit. One will not wish to leave and long to return. There is absolutely nothing to dislike about the property. Our second time to stay here, it has only improved since our first visit. Under new ownership from our first visit, the staff is exceptionally caring and attentive. Never before have we been met greeted outside by reception and porter who delivered our bags in minutes and parked our car. The price paid is offset by superb accommodation at every turn.

• Diane (9/5): Superb - Beautiful location! Hard to find when driving there, address didn’t work in our gps or on Apple Maps. Would have loved to know that we should only use google maps to find property.
• Taylor (10/5): Stunning views of Tuscany and the property was immaculate. We loved lounging by the pool! - Breakfast was perfect each morning we looked forward to sitting on our terrace with espresso, the homemade croissants were the best I’ve ever had! We also loved the fresh fruit and omelettes. Nothing! Staff was exceptional and everything was perfect. We felt spoiled there.
