- Dorota (10/5): - Położenie tuż przy stacji kolei do Machu Picchu, blisko do restauracji i sklepów. Hotel czysty i zadbany, w pokoju wygodne łóżko, dobre śniadanie w formie bufetu. Rezerwowałam w hotelu 12 pokoi dla uczestników naszej wycieczki do Peru. Rezerwacja była gwarantowana moją kartą kredytową, ale w innych hotelach każdy pokój mógł płacić za siebie, a tutaj nie zgodzono się na to, tylko musiałem za wszystkie pokoje zapłacić swoją kartą kredytową. Było to dla mnie kłopotliwe, zwłaszcza że część uczestników wycieczki była z Polski, część z USA, a część z Peru i nie wszystkich znałam.

- Fabian (1/5): Völlig überteuertes Hotel mit mangelhafter Sauberkeit, billiger Ausstattung und insgesamt sehr enttäuschendem Aufenthalt - Die Lage Leider kann ich dieses Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen. Das Badezimmer war bei unserer Ankunft alles andere als sauber – Haare im Bad, ein dreckiges Waschbecken und allgemein ein ungepflegter Eindruck. Zusätzlich waren sogar Ameisen im Bad, was wirklich gar nicht geht. Auch die Ausstattung des Zimmers war sehr enttäuschend. Alles wirkte billig, wenig hochwertig und insgesamt sehr dürftig eingerichtet. Für den aufgerufenen Preis ist das schlichtweg unverschämt. Das Hotel ist völlig überteuert und bietet dafür weder Sauberkeit noch ein angenehmes Ambiente. Würde ich definitiv nicht noch einmal buchen.

The reception staff were courteous and efficient and allowed us to store our bags when we arrived early for check-in. Breakfast had a simple but good selection. There was a large aircon/ heating unit in the room that was very loud although it could be white noise for some when sleeping. Once turned off you could then hear doors slamming, people coughing and people walking up and down the stairs.

Es un lugar perfecto para descansar. El personal de recepción y restaurante son súper amables. La mayoría de los turistas van Machupicchu y para ello es el hotel perfecto. Bien ubicado, de fácil acceso, habitaciones que dan al exterior y pueden ser poquito ruidosas pero por lo pequeño del pueblo, y habitaciones interiores que son mas silenciosas aunque no tengan vista. Yo pedí una silenciosa y fue perfecta para descansar. El personal es súper amable. Janeth y Mayelin un encanto y siempre atentas a que tuviéramos la mejor experiencia Para el objetivo que teníamos fue perfecto. Ninguna queja. Escuché a una señora exigiendo vista a la montaña, y terraza. La verdad también hay que saber que es un hotel económico y gama media.
- Anthony (8/5): Short one night stay. As advertised. - We only spent 15 minutes in breakfast as we had to be out of the hotel by 0520 to catch the first buses to Machu Picchu but it seemed nice. The staff were really nice. There was a power cut to the whole town for most of the day but obviously not the hotels fault!

- Irena (4/5): Good location but hot shower is not guaranteed. - Location was good, close to the train station. Good options for breakfast and the two rooms we booked had all we needed. The hotel switched off hot water for some reason it there was a lack of, we never really got a good response. After hiking the Inca trail I was really looking forward to a hot shower. But got to shower in nearly cold water for 15 min and then asked for scribe to warm up. The hotel did not have any robes. Another thing is our bathroom did not have a working hair dryer. The plug in also did not work in the bathroom. Luckily I had my kids room to leverage.

- Sancha (10/5): - A localização é perfeita, cheguei num dia de bastante chuva e foi um alívio enxergar o hotel da janela do trem. Fiquei no sétimo andar (com elevador) e o quarto muito confortável, com banheiro grande e uma ducha excelente. O café da manhã é apenas ok, mas nada tão bom como a prestatividade da equipe (que nos deu um box para colocar algumas frutas e levarmos no trajeto até a citadela).

The breakfast was very good and open at 5am for those headed to Machu Picchu. The wifi in the room was a little spotty but worked great I'm the lobby. Close to the train station.

They were very sweet, attentive, and hospitable. They made sure our stay at Machu Picchu was comfortable and worthwhile. Amazing experience!

The gairl called Maryland at the reception was extra helpful and friendly and patient with my limited Spanish, she helped me with direction and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home. The staff call to remind you so you dont miss your breakfast, Roxana was helpful and happy to store your bag safely before and after checkout and I got to hear some great live, local music from my window!

It also died after 10 mins of use. The mini bar was not stocked There was no fried eggs for breakfast on the second day. Breakfast was nice, but could have included some salami, prosciutto, chorizo slices, and smoked salmon

- Valeria (8/5): Centrico - La ubicacion muy centrico y cercano a todo lo que necesitabamos restaurante , buses , tren , cafeteria ferias artesanales. Y esta bien en precio y calidad. Hay un solo ascensor , y solo lo usabamos para subir; bajabamos a pie porque tardaba mucho en llegar y como estaba en piso 3 podia bajar sin problemas 3 pisos.

The property and rooms are outdated. A lot of deterioration in the room ceiling and bathroom. The hotel is located right next to the train station, so can’t open a window or balcony door because of the train fumes.

Our room was clean and comfortable, however, don’t expect luxury as we noticed most hotels in Aguas Calientes were quite simple. Some minor cosmetic issues that could be fixed easily.

- Edwin (6/5): Existen en la zona mejores hoteles por el mismo precio - La ubicación está muy cerca a todo Desayuno solo hasta las 8:30 am, habitación muy pequeña solo un interruptor para cargar celular. El check in es a las 12 pero llegue a las 11:40 y me dijeron que solo me podían atender a partir de las 12. Baño con tiradero deteriorado en si las instalaciones antiguas y descuidadas

- Boiboi (10/5): - スイートにアップグレードし、3泊しました。キングベッド1台とエキストラベッド1台で、部屋は広く、とても快適に過ごせました。日当たりもよく、バルコニーからの景色も最高でした。シャワーは熱いお湯が出ました。石鹸やシャンプーなどアメニティも揃っていました。 駅に近いため、列車の発着時は燃料の匂いでバルコニーにいることができません。スイートにはバスタブがありましたが、バスタブの蛇口からは熱いお湯が出ず、結局湯船に浸かることはありませんでした。
