• Jarno (8/5): - Voldoende plaats, grote oppervlakte, alles is aanwezig en het was heel proper. Centrale ligging op het eiland. Heel goed bereikbaar. Het huis heeft enkele laag beglazing ramen. De hond can de buren blaft heel de nacht lang en maakt je regelmatig wakker. Door de dunne beglazing hoor je hier alles door. 1 van de bedden kraakt enorm. De pannen zijn versleten. De tefal laag komt los en ik wilde ze niet gebruiken voor de kinderen.
• Marja🍀 (10/5): - Dit leuke authentieke huis staat in het buitengebied van Inca. Hier heb je de ruimte in een rustige omgeving, fluitende vogels, mooie insecten en hagedissen. Het zwembad is geweldig, wel fris in het voorjaar. Het terras aan huis is overkapt, met een fijne grote eettafel. Bij het zwembad lekkere ligstoelen. De bedden zijn prima, de slaapkamer ramen voorzien van horren. Het keukendeel is ruim en erg goed voorzien. Geen wifi ontvangst in het keukendeel.
• Christina (7/5): Insgesamt haben uns die Insel und auch die Umgebung sehr gut gefallen. Alles ist innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar – - Pepe hat uns beim Empfang freundlich mit einem einheimischen Gebäck begrüßt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, dass auf dem Grundstück Zitronen- und Orangenbäume standen. Auch war es sehr sauber. Für diese Jahreszeit ist das Haus leider nicht geeignet. Im Haupthaus waren es gerade einmal 11 Grad, und selbst mit der Klimaanlage haben wir es kaum warm bekommen. Dadurch war es insgesamt sehr ungemütlich. Die Küche, die nur von außen zugänglich war, ließ sich nicht beheizen und war deshalb kaum nutzbar. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet. Zu einer anderen Jahreszeit wirkt es bestimmt ganz anders. Auch die Außenanlage könnte etwas gepflegter sein. Die Müllentsorgung hat sich ebenfalls schwierig gestaltet. Es gab keine Mülltonnen auf dem Grundstück, wir mussten nach Inca fahren um diesen zu entsorgen. Gerade am Abreisetag in der Nacht war es eine Herausforderung.
• Jurgen_Vdb (8/5): Aangenaam verblijf op een rustige ligging - Mooi gelegen in de natuur iets buiten Inca langs kleine (smalle) cami. Het huis bestaat uit 2 delen met aparte ingangen. Achter de eerste deur is de living, badkamer en 3 slaapkamers. Een andere buitendeur laat je binnen in de eetkamer, keuken en tweede badkamer. Keuken is goed uitgerust. De inloopdouches zijn erg comfortabel. De locatie is goed als uitvalsbasis om in meerdere richtingen excursies te maken of om te fietsen. De nutsvoorzieningen kunnen beter. Gezien het 's avonds koud was, diende de airco heating aangezet te worden. In de keuken tijdens het koken gingen de lampen dan ietwat flikkeren. De warmwaterboiler is aan de kleine kant, net voldoende om 3 personen te laten douchen. Er wordt gevraagd om het afval zelf weg te brengen naar het containerpark (of containers in de stad zijn ook mogelijk). Ze doen het zelf mits 90 euro. Het is niet erg aangenaam om als toerist in vakantie het afval zelf nog te moeten wegbrengen op het einde van je verblijf.

• Julien (2/5): Disappointing stay, forget about using the pool if you want to stay healthy! - The rooms and kitchen were clean 5 minutes away from the city of Inca - Pool was very dirty and cloudy with presence of algae when we arrived. Owner has no clue how to properly take care of it. Unsafe to use based on the measures we made during our stay (high Ph level + very high chlorine concentration) . As a result we couldn't use the pool during our entire stay. - Wifi connection is really slow - Kitchen and biggest bathroom not connected to the rooms making it not very convenient to use. - No "welcome kit" with sponge etc for your arrival - Bad smell coming from the chicken coops around the house - Only one A/C unit for the entire house (the part where the rooms are). If you are using the 3 rooms of the house you need to leave the rooms doors open to benefit from A/C. So you have to choose between intimacy or heat. - Sewer flies in the house - Not enough dishes to cook and lack of cutlery (if you are 6 you need to run the dishwasher after every meal) - Neighboring dogs barking the whole night
• Jo-anne (9/5): Lovely, country stay - The place was lovely and private, also a perfect location for what we needed. Also appreciated being able to stay in the property until late on our last day. There were some nice touches such as laundry and dishwasher tablets left, along with fresh eggs Unfortunately the Wi-Fi was broken, which was not resolved. A cleaning cloth of sponge would be helpful in the kitchen
