- DEBRA (1/5): - The room itself was ok. Room was not handicap accessible. No walk-in shower. Low toilet seat. No grab bar. Bed was like sleeping on concrete. Pillows felt like stone. Bedding was not soft. Bulky and rough.

- Scott (5/5): Ok on some stuff, but many annoyances - The beds were comfortable, the AC worked, the shower was clean and had hot water We got kicked off the WIFI twice a day and would have to re-login. The walls were so thin we could hear a baby crying next door. There was a low-level mystery sound like a gurgling that was constant until we discovered it was coming from the refrigerator. The breakfast was blah. There is only one entrance to the parking lot and one evening we found it blocked by a truck.

We're able to get to a delicious dinner at the big orange within 7 minutes. Check in and check out went very smoothly. The room was very clean. Air conditioner went on and off all night long.

Don’t do ex - We were drawn by its higher star ratings on Booking, lower price and location. Facilities run down, ceiling in bathroom peeling, lights didn’t work, threadbare towels and staff who couldn’t do a thing about it because of some offsite “Management” . No coffee cups provided in the room with maker, etc. The staff was kind but helpless. We were in town for a family funeral and it was a stressful visit on top of having little to zero comfort in our accommodations.

Went from cool room with cold water, painted over mold, stale smells, and cold water to hot room with hot water and rust stains. Breakfast was cold coffee, and old food. I blame lack of guests staying.

- Deana (1/5): The stay was very uncomfortable. - Location The first room we had the shower didn’t work (202). The second room (212) the pipe for the shower head was not anchored to the wall and there was an opening into the wall around it. The tub drained slow so you would be standing in ankle deep water while showering. The pillow cases had holes in them and the mattress protectors had stains on them. The mattresses were stained as well. The sheet rock on the ceiling was peeling from a previous water leak. The floors were sticky. We had booked two nights to stay the day before and after my husband’s surgery. We stayed the first night, but I told them we would not return for the second night. There was no way I would bring my husband back to recover there after surgery. Cancelation fee was $100. I didn’t cancel I just took the loss of the second night stay.

- Melissa (4/5): Without the courtesy transportation what is the benefit of staying here? - The staff is always very welcoming. It is usually the best place to stay due to it's proximity to medical facilities. I was very disappointed that their courtesy transportation was not available!! A lot of us go there for medical purposes and often travel alone. We depended on that being available in case we have to have a procedure and can't drive ourselves back. Please bring it back!!

Mostly quiet. Staff was attentive. Room was clean. Clock/Radio in room didn't work. TV volume wasn't adjustable, either too loud or too soft. Some outlets were non - functioning (electrical). A couple more full-size towels would have been nice.

We reserved a king room and when we got there they gave us 2 queens. When I went to the front desk to take care of the mix up, they said they were out of kings and it shouldn’t have let us book a king. Also the shower is designed for people under 5ft 8 and it was out of shampoo in the dispenser.

- Paige (10/5): Cozy, Charming and Clean - It was a wonderful property, it felt cozy and charming. The parking felt safe and so did the staff there, they made you feel welcome. One of the ladies at the front desk was so sweet. I can’t remember her name but she has blonde hair, she made me feel so welcome. Everything was clean, even though the building is older and outdated, it’s still so nice. It gives it charm and character, while still being safe, comfy and clean. Nothing at all, it was perfect.

Relaxing room amenities, color scheme was excellent, bathroom facilities were comfortable and clean, beds were firm, extra pillows and a variety of filling, shower was acceptable, plenty of hot water! Location was ideal for our needs. We are more than satisfied with the accommodations as they are.

- Shirley (4/5): Room 400 - The FRIENDLIEST STAFF! Latonya was the only reason I gave it any stars. We booked a total of 3 rooms among the family. Room 400 was absolutely the worst. First observation was the door opened outward. There was probably 30 can lights in the ceiling and no way to turn them on. Moldy bathroom and bad smelling. Visually run down. Terrible sound came from the bathroom lights when on. Bed was not comfortable and did not appear to be a nice clean look. Did not sleep well due to lack of a comfortable feel. Stayed because my dad was having open heart surgery and we all needed to be close. Please give room 400 some attention. I thought maybe it was an old hospital room or nurses station in the past.
- Randy (8/5): - I have stayed here to be with family member in the hospital. It is within easy walking distance of the hospital but they have a shuttle if you need it. It is older but appears clean. They have a good breakfast selection. The cost is reasonable. There are restaurants and shopping across University but you need to be aware if you are walking.

The first thing you are greeted with as you walk through the door is the smell of mildew. If I had to guess where it was from i would say the elevator shaft that probably hasn't been cleaned in decades.
