Charged my card one amount when it should have been a different one. By about $50.00. Will not give my refund. Having to dispute it.

The toilet paper holder is falling out of the wall. The coffee maker had coffee left in it from who ever used the room. The coffee maker was half full of coffee.

Make t - That they was pet friendly That the house keepers was rude and didnt like pets…I have a service dog with license, that I raised from 4 weeks old and I had to keep my room door closed because I quote from the house keeper… “ not everybody like dogs” keep your room door closed yelling it to me from the bottom floor while I was up stairs on the second floor with my door open… couldn’t give me the respect to come upstairs to my room and voice your problems you yell it from the lower level !!! I quote “ 208 CLOSE THAT DOOR”

The windows had tinted shades; and there was plenty of parking. The WiFi was very picky my kid couldn’t play his game system because it wouldn’t connect to the WiFi. I wish I would have seen that there was no breakfast before I booked.

- Justice (4/5): About what you'd expect for the price, but they absolutely could have tried harder. - The room was quiet, neighboring hotel guests were considerate. The floors were disgusting, it was very obvious the room hadn't been swept before we arrived. The hotel bathroom was not properly designed with the room being too small and the door too close to the toilet, there were cigarette burns all in the sheets, and to top it off the toilet was definitely well used; let's just put it that way.

- Rachel (6/5): Inconsiderate Hosts - It was a good location, and the beds were comfortable. The tv's are left on in empty rooms. I complained for two nights and asked that someone would turn the tv off in the room next to us because we could hear it through the walls and it was disturbing our sleep, but they did not bother to turn it off until our last night. Also, the sheets on the beds are polyester, which makes for hot nights.

Big thanks to the housekeeping ladies too — they kept the room very clean and were always kind and respectful. You can tell the staff here truly care. The room was quiet and comfortable, and I had everything I needed. Thank y’all so much — I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Dothan!
