- Peter (8/5): -
- Tara (1/5): Messed up royally - Booked this location to stay, we had a delay and called the hotel and they were willing to move to the next night. When we arrived they didn’t move our hotel night and they where sold out so we were stuck finding another hotel :(
- Matt (10/5): -
- Shweta (9/5): -
Petit déjeuner classique des hôtels US. Rien.
- Thomas (10/5): - Picked for the location; about 30 min drive from TRNP. Room was clean & comfortable and kitchen very handy. Breakfast was above and beyond what is usually provided at hotel continental breakfast. Shout out to Tammy who was the Breakfast Champion - we loved visiting with her.

- Danette (10/5): Best staff! Loved it! - This was the best stay, we had the best crew at the front desk. I loved this place! Loved the location,. So happy when you find a place like this. Room was exceptionally clean, beds so comfortable and it was quiet. Will stay again! Nothing.
- Brenda (10/5): - This was our favorite hotel of our trip. Amazing amenities and so clean. Fabulous beds. Great service. We loved everything about this place.
- Megan (8/5): - It was a good stay minus the thunderstorm raining into our window
- Cheryl (10/5): - Friendly, staff, clean room and nice amenities. The breakfast was solid too! Overall, a great place to stay for a weekend trip or an extended stay.
- Oksana (10/5): - Pretty standard, except for obviously bigger because it has a kitchenette. The beds were comfortable and location was central to everything in the town as well as very close to the national park.
- Kayla (8/5): - This was a great experience. My only complaint was the smell of the lobby. I think it was just smells of breakfast lingering. The breakfast was great and the pool was the perfect temp. Hotel staff was very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again!
- Valorie (8/5): - Nice rooms, pretty clean. Comfy beds.
- Stacy (8/5): - The property itself was very nice. However, the hot tub needs some new jets as they’re hardly on when you turn on the timer. They have no strength. Also, we had several bugs in our bathroom. Otherwise, it was very nice. I loved the suite that we stayed in. We had lots of room for all of us. The pool towels were like old towels that you would get from Walmart. And were kind of about green dingy color. White would be best so you can bleach them.
- Francisco (10/5): - Nice and clean
- Edward (9/5): Superb - The hvac unit was very noisy when operating. We ended up not using it and opening the window for fresh air.
- Jan (10/5): - .
- Karen (9/5): plenty of room - Two bedroom suite with two bathrooms made it comfortable for three of us. Kitchen was very useful. Hotel staff at breakfast was very nice and spinach quiche was great. location was in an industrial area and close to highway. Lack of landscaping made it not very attractive from the outside.
- Mark (10/5): - Stayed for 2 nights, while visiting the National Park. The clerk allowed me to check in early, without an issue; so I could drop my bags and get to the park for some hiking. The room was clean, updated, spacious, and had a great bathroom. Breakfast was good both mornings I was there. I also used the fitness center, and was surprised at how nice it was for such a smaller property. Great parking, and great location. Right near a Walmart in case you forget anything. Would absolutely book again if traveling back to that area of ND.
- Scott (4/5): I wouldn’t stay here again - Room was large and had every amenity. Thin walls and noisy guests you can hear everything. Ceiling were thin as well we could here the neighbors until 1am and people above us up at 5am walking around making tons of noise. So I would never stay here again. Pool area roof had a leak and they ran fans and it was noisy though I did like the size of the jacuzzi.
- Tanya (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (10/5): - Great stay. We will always stay here when visiting a city that is lucky enough to have a Townplace Suites!
- Lynda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Colleen (10/5): - I would stay here anytime
- Kurt (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robert (10/5): - Staff was awesome! Hotel is clean, and quiet
- ronald (4/5): - Air unit would not work properly. Dirty air filters. Had booked a king room and staff said they had given the room away. No resaon why. Will not stay there again. Was not a 10 rated facility. I would give it a 4.
- Geralyn (10/5): - Front staff in the evening very helpful.
- Julian (10/5): - We had to change rooms because the toilet wouldn’t flush on the weekend. Front desk was immediately responsive and we moved across the hall.
The room cleaners were friendly and helpful when we emptied trash or asked for fresh towels.
The breakfast was good. Enjoyed the omelet, and the croissant sandwich and really liked the toppings for the yogurt. Tammy was very friendly and did a great job of keeping everything filled, so did the lady on the weekend although I don’t remember her name.
- Regina (10/5): - The staff was very personable and helpful.
- Randy (8/5): Very good -
- Kadie (10/5): - The staff was amazing!! So accommodating and compassionate
- Betty (8/5): Great Breakfast, Clean Rooms! - We stayed in a 2 room suite which was spacious. But it had no easy chair. It also could have used a small table with 2 chairs, for dining. Tammy was great with breakfast. She asked if we needed anything else or helped clear our dishes. The breakfast was good with plenty of options & well supplied.
- Madonna (10/5): - Very nice hotel with great service!
- Bryan E. (8/5): - Room was adequate. Although a King Studio suite, it was not as large as pictures made it appear. Breakfast was basic and had normal items.
- Vjg0512 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bonnie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Josh (10/5): - We had a great experience
- Shaloy (10/5): - Very comfortable very kind professional staff
- Wolff (10/5): The staff, facilities & breakfast are INCREDIBLE! - TownPlace Suites in Dickinson always goes above and beyond in terms of making us feel at home, accommodated and comfortable! The staff and breakfast are exceptional and the rooms are spotless and have everything we could need to ensure a very comfortable stay.
- Tiffany (10/5): Recommend - Fantastic 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite...good breakfast great staff
- David (9/5): Great stay! - Great pool and hot tub! Breakfast was wonderful. Good wifi.
- Diane (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shawn (4/5): - Hot tub didn’t work. Second time hot tub didn’t work while staying in this hotel..
- Mari (10/5): - Good place to stay
- Eryka (10/5): - Very clean, great staff, very impressed
- Stefany (6/5): Good experience - It was ok. Clean the only things that bother us was a damp smell, probably from the carpet. Breakfast was tasty and the lady helping with breakfast was a sweetheart
- Carolyn (7/5): Large room. - Very large room with separate bedroom. Large windows making room bright. Housekeeping could better, food stuck to carpeting under table along with debris found on carpet between couch and window.
- Nena (10/5): - Very nice and roomy. Love the kitchen area and free breakfast.
- Joshua (8/5): Decent stay - just need more cleaning oversight - Having a two room suite for our family was super nice! We enjoyed that option. The issue we had was with housekeeping. The room appeared clean, but once we were in it, we found an unflushed, clogged toilet which we had to go and get a plunger and unclog ourselves. There was a used washcloth hanging in the shower. And under the pullout bed was a large amount of food crumbs. Despite that, the hotel itself was nice, the pool was a comfortable temperature, the hot tub was great, the fitness center had machines and free weights and a weight rack. The breakfast had many different options for many eating plans and was well kept up.
- Dirck (8/5): Very good -
- Amy (10/5): Wonderful stay, highly recommend! - Everything was perfect! Great location for visiting Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Hotel is really clean throughout. Nice size room with comfortable beds. Nice pool and jacuzzi. One of the best free breakfasts of any hotel we’ve stayed at. We had very little interaction with any of the front desk staff, but Tammy who did breakfast was wonderful! She talked to us for several minutes and even recommended we check out the enchanted highway on our way out of town (which we did and it was great)! Nothing, everything was perfect!
- Debbie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gary (9/5): Quiet. Great room with a kitchen - Hotel is relatively new — well maintained. Clean and comfortable. It’s on the edge of town — no restaurants in walking distance.
- Kent (9/5): Would stay again. - Big room, good breakfast. Friendly staff.
- Susan (10/5): Loved it. Would recommend - The staff was friendly and helpful. The suite was perfect for us to relax in after a long day of traveling. The coffee was terrible 😫 Please have more delivery options besides pizza available.
- Karen (10/5): Exceptional - Nice pool.
- Eve (10/5): - Super clean property! Was absolutely amazed with amenities conditions. Breakfast was good.
- Tiffany (10/5): Great Homie Feel - A great place for a lengthier stay or if you prefer to cook for yourself or want a homie feel. The Queen room had a table with 4 chair and kitchen with all the necessities to cook a meal (pans, plates, silverware, strainer, stove, micro, larger fridge and freeze).
- Marc (8/5): - A rather new property near the interstate, this hotel was good. The room was great. The only suggestion would be to have a mirror outside of the bathroom. The breakfast was ok. They tried, but it wasn’t that good, we ended up driving four hours to Fargo to have a good brunch. Why can’t American hotels learn from their European cousins? Ours are so bad in comparison.
- Tse-ming (10/5): Great experience -
- Bob (10/5): - Nice and clean. Quiet, great grass for the dogs. Non dairy options in breakfast area. Pleasant stay.
- Daniel (5/5): wouldn’t stay there again, especially for the price per night. It wasn’t worth it. - The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, and the bathroom sinks had no counter room for items
When we got there, the air conditioner did not work in the room with the sofa bed so they had to replace it
- Maria (10/5): - Staff was very helpful and friendly.
The room was clean and comfortable.
- Tom (10/5): - A very nice place
- Amy (8/5): - The maids here were very nice and friendly and the hotel room was very nicely stocked.
- Judy (9/5): Was excellent - Clean, nice beds
- Linda (10/5): - Nice hotel
- Douglas (9/5): Superb - The staffs at the entrance were nice and kind. The location is good. The room was dark.
- Donald (8/5): Over all good .. - Put Out the damn French vanilla out at the coffee kiosk before breakfast not afterwards..had to go and find the pleasant lady who was taking care of the breakfast and ask her where the French vanilla coffee creamer was.. she said Marriott has a “thing’ about not putting them out until afterwards.. cheap !!!!
- Amy (10/5): - Nice and clean! Friendly staff. Huge room!
- Carrie (10/5): - Spacious room and clean.
- Amanda (9/5): Superb - Overall, great, quiet, modern hotel. breakfast was a little disappointing
- Verified traveler (10/5): Good one night stay - Clean comfortable room, usual hotel fair breakfast well presented, Person who checked us in talked very softly and did not tell us about breakfast times.
- Margaret (10/5): - Safe, clean, and great stay.
- Joseph (9/5): Superb -
- Beth (8/5): - The property was lovely with lots of nice features in the room. There were 4 of us. It was in the 90s with a 109 degree day. In 3 days no one came to our room to give us fresh hand towels or to empty the garbage. We had to go to the front desk to get what we needed.
The gal at the front desk was very helpful though.
My husband fell outside on the steps by the garbage back door. He was supposed to get a phone call from a manager today but we havent heard anything.
