• Vero (10/5): La vista desde este hotel para los atardeceres es privilegiada ! - El personal fue muy amable, nos dieron una habitación con vista al lago, el atardecer desde ahí fue espectacular! Por el precio deberían incluir desayuno o bajar un poco la tarifa. Si bien es cierto el hotel tiene una magnífica ubicación está un poquito descuidado.

• Dominica (1/5): Absolutely never again. A jail. - Nothing Very dirty establishment, old and run down, you really get what you pay for. Service ok. Sheets were 100% dirty. Didn’t replace towels. Didn’t help with taxi for airport. Nice staff but has so much work.

Central location and takes card payment Room wasn’t as clean as elsewhere I’ve stayed, shower was quite run down and no refills on water were given like other hotels in Guatemala

Sicd vetsi, ale pro 4 lidi jsme meli 4 pokoje ( 11 mist ke spani) Neochota resit problem. Nabidli jen storno a novou rezervaci, ktera by byla vcetne storno poplatku mnohem drazsi. Takze jsme zaplatili 4 pokoje a pouzivali jen 2. Pres booking nekomunikuji vubec, neodpovidaji na zpravy.

• Jonathan (2/5): Sucio, trato pésimo, no respeto de normas por el propio personal - Las sábanas estaban sucias, fue asqueroso. A la chica de recepción parecía que le molestaban las preguntas. La piscina cierra a las 20:00, pero a las 00:00 permitieron meterse a 4-5 personas gritando y poniendo música muy alta. Tuve que bajar a quejarme y decir que mucha gente hace el tour del amanecer en Tikal y supone levantarse a las 03:00. Entonces quitaron la música. Una vergüenza.

• Justyna (6/5): Super lokalizacja, bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. - Super lokalizacja, piękny widok z basenu i pokoju z balkonem. Cudowny kot Luna. Bardzo miła obsługa w restauracji. Darmowa kawa w lobby. Bardzo głośna klimatyzacja, niektórzy pracownicy recepcji byli bardzo niekompetentni.

• Lyn (9/5): - I like the location and the view from the room, the pool area and the restaurant outside seating - all overlooking a perfect Flores sunset. It is quiet, but minutes away from tiendas,laundry, main plaza and lancha launces. The cafe nextdoor does lovely food, but I enjoyed food cooked in house also. The staff were all incredibly helpful with sorting issues for onward travel and trips. I recommend highly, despite the rooms being a little basic, worth it for the views. Rooms a little basic, but clean and secure.

• Jason (8/5): Nice place to stay, right on the lake - Great location at the northern tip of Isla de Flores, the island is small so everything was close by. The room was basic but clean. The staff were helpful when enquiring about trips and transfers. The pool and restaurant/bar are situated right on the lake, so nice views and you can catch also catch a lancha here if you want to go over to the view point.

Під час замовлення співробітниками готелю таксі до аеропорт стався інцидент. Таксі не прибуло вчасно і довелося ловити машину на вулиці. У іншому все було ідеально.

• Catarina (6/5): Very noisy but very kind bar staff. - The lovely young lady and young gentleman working at the bar/restaurant made our stay. The pool area is nice, right next to the lake. You get what you pay for it, the room is super bright, you get little to no curtains so as soon as the sun rises it will rise in your room as well. And extremely noisy around. You have boats, people shouting housekeeping staff knocking in your room before 8 am, a weird SUPER loud noise (probably pluming) every 20 minutes or so, water dripping from somewhere outside and an exhaust fan from the restaurant next door. So if you want quite this is not it.

Daily housekeeping was nice & we also liked that there was constantly a pot of coffee on in reception Our room was on the ground floor so it was meant to have a balcony but it was just the walkway

• gray (5/5): The property could use some TLC. - It's in a beautiful location and one of the few hotels with a pool. The whole property appears neglected. Outdoor pots of dirt with no plants. Linens and pillows are extremely old and poor quality. My room was a depressing tacky with pictures on the wall uneven. No lamps just overhead light. Air conditioner worked intermittently. Window covering very old with a broken curtain rod.
