This is an extended stay motel so please know that some ppl actually LIVE here. It's home. I love it makes settling in a lil more comfortable. The fact that I paid MORE on this app than the actual property. Just to save y'all time it's 321 for 7 nights for a single king bed with micro fridge... I paid that rate for 4/5 nights.. 361 for the suite with kitchenette.
Betty (1/5): Roaches and nasty staff - Nothing The room was nasty had bugs roaches crawling around microwave was horrible food in the microwave the refrigerator has roaches in it u could even smell the black mold the housekeeping was smoking pot. Didn't give a damn the so called general mgr she was nasty as hell she tried to tell me the room was clean that I didn't know what I was seen that she didn't see nothing wrong with the room I believe she doing drugs don't stay at this motel it needs to be shut down because of the nasty rooms it's not safe to stay here

Brittany (2/5): - There is a list of negative with this hotel worst hotel in over yr since i went traveling on the rd. 1st they kept knocking on the door to clean the room even with a do not disturb sign on the door as we work nights. 2nd the shower flooded the whole room and they did nothing about it. 3rd called to extend check out by a hr as we had to work 16hrs to finish the job to get to the room and they invaded our privacy by going in putting our stuff in the corner. 4th take my pillows out the room and they try to run at me to attack me over my pillow.

Verified traveler (4/5): Dirty but friendly - Door looked like it had been broken down and wouldn't close all the way. Nothing looked washed, we took all the bed sheets off and washed them. Mattresses were flipped over spring side up that we didn't know so the first night we slept horribly and woke up so achy we could barely stand. Bathroom door was coming apart, and Bathroom fan was broken. Walking across the floor is bate feet left your feet black. Just sheets no blankets. Maid took the towels and never came back. TV was broken. We were military waiting for a house so we had to stay somewhere cheap because we were paying out of pocket. We got our house two days early and tried to check out early but they said we got a special rate for the 10 days and if we checked out early wed lose the rate and actually have to pay them so they just pocketed our extra 2 days. Lost $100 Only plus was everyone there was super friendly. Laundry mat was nice.

The bathroom had dead bugs, the TV did not work well, the bottom sheet on the bed wasn't clean, the bathroom walls and floor were dirty, and the bed area floor needed sweeping and mopping. The microwave had a red source spill in it. The room wasn't welcoming!

Verified traveler (4/5): Very rough property. - Man, this place is rough. Our first room found the door wide open and two bug bombs on the floor that had just coated everything with insecticide. It took an hour to get a different room which was clean but only sheets were on the bed and we had to request blankets. The staff there are friendly but it's just not a great place to stay.
Robert (2/5): - Walked in the room and it smelt like Cat or dog piss! Dirty sheets! Floor dirty and sticky! Did not get the room i paid for. Paid for a kitchenette and didnt have one. Told receptionist and they said theres nothing she could do about it. Was charged a $50 pet deposit and walked in and it smelt like a kennel. Charged another $50 deposit for what i dont know. Worst motel room i ever walked in.

David (2/5): Find another motel - The bad: Strong smell of weed in the room. No blankets, but we had our own. Fireworks RIGHT outside our room at 10pm. No one at the front desk to check us out until I called. The rest: the ladies who checked me in were very friendly. The AC worked. Other than odor, everything was clean. I did not get a good night’s sleep, so I would look elsewhere in the future.

Skye (2/5): Run. - This was was disgusting. We first were given a dirty I cleaned room. The. Given a second that smelled of mold and fresh cigarette smoke. Th me toilet wasn’t flushed and the shower hadn’t been cleaned. There was a naked man on drugs in the room Nextdoor that kept screaming. Needless to say…. We did not stay there. Run. This place is like a long term brothel for section 8 housing, and completely unsafe.

roger (2/5): - Check in was excellent but after entering the room, it went to terrible. If the Motel 6 corporate owns this property then they need to visit it. This property needs attention. Upon check in, my wife and I terminated 8 roaches and then requested another room. If I list all of the other problem we had it will take another page of typing. This was our first trip to Augusta and it was for the Masters tournament that I was lucky enough to win. I searched for a place to stay for 2 nights and the motel 6 was the only place available with in our budget. I understand that pricing is raised during this tournament but to charge $200 a night and then have the kind of accommodations that we had would be considered beyond the pale. I highly recommend that travelocity not recommend this motel on their web site. I will also try to contact Motel Six corporation and discuss this experience with them.
JESS (6/5): Worst place ever - Worse place we’ve ever stayed. TV did not work. Window curtain not in place. Roaches and bugs everywhere. (Killed 6 roaches the morning we left.) commode seat loose. No hangers in closet. No smoke detector. Big crack around entry door. Bed was made with top sheet on top of blanket instead of on top of fitted sheet. Housekeeping issues need to be addressed. Certainly not worth the $250 nightly charge.

Kefona (6/5): - There was no problem with the room but they only room available was on the 3rd floor. My husband and myself are both disabled. My husband only has one leg and I have mobility issues. The evaluator was out of order so that was greatly inconvenient to have to climb 3 levels of stairs and we had pets with us.

Jake (4/5): My stay was satisfactory.The bare minimum. - No breakfast. Location was fine. The room I was giving had someone occupied next to me playing very loud music with his front door wide open . The motel had many people hanging out. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I went and ask to be put in another room. All they had was on 3rd floor. So I took it. It was much quieter. Shower sprayed a mist of water out on bathroom floor. Couldn't shut off completely. Then the TV, I couldn't shut it off. Wasn't the cleanest. I brought cleaning supplies and cleaned up and wiped down things. It was ok but I feel it was too much money for what it was.

Leonard (1/5): They are nothing but ghetto thieves!! - I was told to pay in advance for the week so I did that instead of day by day. Well I ended up only staying for 2 nights. When I went to to check out, I was told that I could not have my money back that they had to contact management. That is complete bs! That is against the law to steal people's money, and not provide any services!! If they did not steal my money for services but I'm not providing completely against the law on professional and the fact that they need to do better is a complete understatement to what really should be said

Jessica (1/5): Roach Motel-Needs New Manager - I have never been treated like this before but I must say that because I was desperate for rest and they had a room available was the ONLY THING I could say that I like but to be honest I would have rather put the money in my gas tank and slept in my car. From the beginning I was greeted by a woman yelling from the back office to the front desk receptionist about the family that was standing in the cold outside of the office looking homeless... wow just wow. Then I was then told by the front desk receptionist about a "only" cash deposit before I was even asked if I had reservations or if I was looking to get a room. Immediately I was told about the deposit and I was ok with the deposit however I expressed that I would be needing to check out early before the check out time and ask would I be able to do so, and would I be able to get the deposit back. I was told that it would not be a problem and it would be given back to me once the room was inspected for any damages. Long story short, I was unable to check out early and I had to cancel my appointment for my husband and I lunch date because I had to wait until the manager came to get the deposit out of the safe. I usually don't make reviews unless I had the best experience or I had a very terrible experience. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The unprofessional language that was being used by whomever was in the back office, one can only assume that she is the manager, was just the tip of the iceberg. The ROACHES ARE BRUTAL! ONE CRAWLED ON THE BED WHILE WE WERE IN IT! This place desperately needs new management!!!! This is no place for travelers with kids nor is it a place for any one who is in need of a nice place to stay..be warned! DO NOT STAY HERE
