They also sell water and have a laundry service so everything is super easy The property were un contactable through booking.com when I rescheduled my stay out by one night, the receptionist had stayed up late for me which could be avoided if contactable

It is on the street but in our third floor unit you couldn’t hear anything with the doors closed. AC was very nice. Parking was a bit of a problem, but we made it work

До аэропорта 10 минут езды (200 бат). Хозяева дают в аренду байки. Депозит 300 бат. Полотенца, застиранные до состояния ветоши. Вода из раковины еле течет. Пляжик маленький, неразвитый, в принципе все основное - рестораны, магазинчики есть, но с центральными не сравнить. По сравнению с Ката/Карон/Патонгом на пляже все дороже.

For longer stays the new block, Pensiri 2 would be the location you would prefer.The rooms looked more spacious and crucially had access to outside space.

- Tor (9/5): Bra hotel for prisen - Gode rom for prisen og hyggelig personale. Kort vei fra Phuket flyplass som var ideelt for oss ved ankomst. Gir også 15% rabatt ved besøk på restaurant med god mat på stranda, hvor det er fint å sitte om kvelden ved solnedgang. Intet å bemerke.

- Peter (9/5): Gute Unterkunft vor der Rückreise - Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, gutes sauberes Bad, gute Dusche, kurzer Weg zum Flughafen, Strand mit guten Restaurants in der Nähe, ebenso ein netter Markt. Leider kein Frühstück, wir hatten Zimmer im 2.Stock, leider ohne Aufzug und auch ohne Gepäckträger, etwas beschwerlich, für ältere nicht zu empfehlen. Zimmer zur Straße etwas laut, für eine Nacht vor dem Rückflug war es ok.

- Martin (9/5): Amazing budget friendly stay - It was not on too busy road, in the morning there was a nice natural sounds from the nearby trees. Rooms were clean, cleaned every day(I asked for cleaning only every 2nd day). I had a room with little older bathroom but it was clean and sufficient for the price. Close to this hotel there was great restaurant (across the street). Also nearby were few exchange offices with good rate(€). Way to the beach was through forest road where also motorbikes are going (400-500m) but it was fine they were careful. Nayiang beach was beautiful, if you wanted to walk for 1hour you can get to the airport landing beach and take nice photos. Only thing I didn’t like was that personnel didn’t speak too good English, but the woman on reception tried hard to explain some things in English. And sometimes in the room near the bin I could see some tiny bugs but it was not too much. Nothing to be concerned about.

- Antje (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft in der Nähe zum Flughafen - Uns hat vor allem die Freundlichkeit des Personals beeindruckt. Eine Taxifahrt zum Flughafen wurde unkompliziert vermittelt. Alles war super, vor allem das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!!! Nochmal vielen Dank. Wir sind gewiss mal wieder Gäste.

- Petr (8/5): - Ubytování bylo v docházkové blízkosti pláže, měli jsme pokoj v horním patře s hezkou terasou, na pokoji lednice a varná konvice s čaji a instantní kávou. Pokoj pěkně uklizen. Možnost parkování auta u hotelu. Po check-outu nám majitelka řekla ze pokud budeme chtít můžeme se kdykoliv během dne u nich osprchovat což bylo příjemné. Míla paní majitelka. Pokoj v horním patře byl příjemný ale hotel nemá výtah což bylo komplikovanější skrz zavazadla a naše 3 leté dítě.

- jolie (9/5): Perfect for the night of arrival and the night before we flew home. - Location and cost for the airport and a great beach is brilliant and it’s really clean and the owners are so so lovely. You really can’t beat it for all these things. Check in is super easy and friendly and they found a place for us to park. We stayed twice - first time a big double bed and air con worked great - second time the air con didn’t work and even when the lovely owner came to try and rectify it still didn’t work so we had a hot nights sleep. We also requested an extra bed both times but didn’t end up getting one. Minor points and nothing that I’m sure won’t be fixed. The owners seem really conscientious.
